It's been over a month and I still haven't received mine

For my order, it took a loooong time! Anywear from 5-11 weeks.

Because of Covid19 and because Brave NL uses DHL instead of UPS - I got mind a month after.

I think they are out sourcing to China, so your best bet would put a stop payment on your card so they can not charge it. My order was from 5-13 and put a stop payment on card, never received, never shipped keep getting different times when it will ship. Tired of this crap

I ordered April 25,2020, two masks, was told they were going to be 'expedited' May 31, lol, still don't have them. 4 other masks still waiting for, so-called support email consist of automated responses. I ordered 4 others May 18 for daughter in Seattle, she has received 2 so far, shipped by DHL from China. What a waste of time and money. Shame on brave new world!

5 to 6 weeks as they are importing from China. Their website says they make everything to order at their manufacturing site but the mask I got from them had a packing slip printed in Chinese.

After sending several emails I received my order exactly one month from ordering. I ordered April 25th and it was delivered today the 27th.
