Never received my mask, stay away if you value your money. I should have checked the BBB.! The reviews that they have on their website probably done by them. Please check before ordering with these scanner.
I ordered $80.00 worth of mask in March--primarily because they stated 7-10 day processing. Now in mid June- no masks, phone numbers listed are disconnected. One reply email a month ago saying my order would be expedited-- still nothing. Fraudulent, I'll be reporting on all sites I can review, contacting BBB and my credit card company. Do Not Order From this company-- I am not sure it even is a real company-- total scam...
I ordered face mask which were promised in 3 weeks. Five weeks and I'm still waiting. I simply want a refund, but the only response is an automated message informing me that my mask will ship soon. Am unable to speak with anyone. This is a ripoff company. They don't even rate one star. Buyers Beware.
One order says it was delivered, but not to me. Another first showed tracking and then disappeared around July 7. I don't expect to see either ever. Found much better suppliers on Etsy. Ashamed to have fallen for this. Maybe its COVID-19
I am still waiting for masks I ordered April 20th. The website promised 7-10 day shipping. I have emailed them several times. Each email I receive is the exact wording in response no matter the question I ask. Apparently "Ian" can't really answer any questions even though he sends me an email. I was assured with each correspondence that my masks would be expedited. I have asked for a refund but that is never acknowledged. Needless to say their customer service is lacking. There are lots of other places to order masks, I suggest not using this company.
To whom it may concern! After waiting for 2 months and having read reviews on-line, and disputing my order, you sent the masks anyway once there was a dispute in place. The order is incomplete! If someone read the order, I had requested and paid for additional 4 filters which were not included in the package when received.
1 filter per mask + 4. It's such a shame that a company who has a great idea can't deliver, I find it very unprofessional taking advantage of people and not even really caring about all the people who died from Covid or who susceptible. Maybe you (the company) don't have family members or friends who have died. Think about how you would like to be treated, not sure how you live with yourselves.

I have been waiting 2 months for products ordered. Phone number is bogus. They will take your money fast.
Look at the BBB, they give them a (F). Still waiting FB or my refund. PAYPAL is stepping in to help
Ordered mask and filters on 4/25, still no product. Each time I contact customer service I receive generic response, your order will be shipped 7-10 business days. Last e-mail they offered expedited shipping for free. Laughable as they're offering free shipment on a product they obviously don't have. Wish I would have read the BBB comments before ordering.
I ordered masks on May 1 and am still waiting for them... they keep telling me that they will be shipping them soon. Status still shows "ordered". I've contacted them several times via email and just get an automated reply assuring me that wait times are 3-4 weeks and that my order will be processed soon. Hello! It's been 7 1/2 weeks already!
Lots of scammed buyers posting on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/bravenewlook and company deletes them. I bought a shirt, after 2+ months it was never delivered and I opened a PayPal dispute. Company provided a fake tracking number to win the case. This is what they do. BEWARE.
I ordered masks on April 27th. Still have not received them almost a month later! I email frequently only to get a reply to be patient, and I would receive expedited shipping. I asked for a refund today. I'm going to contact PayPal to see if they can help. Then BBB. It angers me because my family really needs them. They are taking advantage of people in a time of need

Terrible customer service. Product ordered never arrived and no one at Brave New Look would provide a status update. Brave New World is a total scam. Look them up on BBB. They are rated F. Stay away from this fraudulent company!
I'm telling you consumers right now... Don't buy any products from Brave New Looks! If you do, you're just throwing your money away! Because they will surely take your money, and never contact you, or send you your merchandise. I thought I was ordering washable, filtered face masks. But I waited, and waited... I thought I would get some kind of feedback about the transition of my order. No confirmation that my order was shipped! No tracking number! No response back after all the emails that I sent to Brave New Look! I was SCAMMED! Now my bank has been notified! Please don't end up a Sucker Shopper like Me! Avoid this company!

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a month ago they says they would be here in two weeks but I had to buy others because theirs didn't come. I contacted them and tried to cancel order five times. They would offer me fast or free shipping to keep order but when I said I didn't want it they ignored my email and keep moving forward with order saying they are in their way to me!
If you purchase from them you deserve what you get... or don't get as the case seems to be. I'll spare you the details of my awful, frustrating experience with these retail hacks. Just look them up on Better Business Bureau. 1 star given because there wasn't an option for a negative star rating.
I ordered my masks well over two months ago, and still have NOT received them. I have emailed and gotten a response indicating the time delays due to virus issue. Delays are understandable due to demand. However, I've received masks from at least three other companies since ordering from Brave New Lookso, this excuse is no longer valid. Basically, my money has been stolen by what I now believe to be a fraudulent company that I will be reporting.
I ordered leggings for my wife. Took 3 weeks to ship and they never arrived. I contacted customer service and all "Daphne" said was that their records show the package had arrived. Moral of the story is I'm out $43 with nothing to show for it but aggrevation. I have since learned that there are hundreds of complaints against this company. Don't be fooled... save your money and show elsewhere.
I ordered mast about a month and a 1/2 ago they said it would be delivered by May 9th or 12 it has been 3 weeks I have requested a refund or at least the product they have not sent me either one. They did respond however they blew the proverbial smoke up my behind. If you're looking for something to protect your family stay clear away and find a company that has a better business model.

I have read many of these reviews, I only wish I read the reviews before ordering. I was given the number try if u will *******629. Did me no good. It is a recording with mans name given. Does not return phone call nor does he mention "brave new look".

I ordered masks almost a month ago. They claim to ship in 1-2 weeks. They charged my credit card on the day I ordered (shouldn't charge until ship) but I have not received masks. Their lame response is "you are in the queue" and "do you want me to give you free expedited shipping?". Well of course I would like free expedited shipping but you still have not shipped! They just tell you something to put you off. I just called my credit card company and reversed the charges. Anyone else who ordered from them should do the same! I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Shame on you, Brave New Look for taking advantage of people during a pandemic!
