I placed an order for my daughter on October 7,2016. November 4 was the two year anniversary of the passing of our dear little dog and as my daughter has anxiety, he helped her a lot in social settings and such. I decided to order the poodle bracelet and hope that she would have it before the 4th of November. Did it come? NOT at all and TODAY I received an email from the company explaining it ran out of stock and that they are sorry and here is a $10 credit towards a new order. TO heck with that, I placed a Non receipt with Paypal and they refunded my money
