Cheap Chinese Junk

These masks are not as described. They imply these are US made, but are actually made in China. They are not handmade, but machine made. They are small, flimsy and thin. The filter is almost impossible to insert. A rip off. They will not refund as these items are "personal equipment" they say.

I ordered these masks because I liked the design, I ordered 4 and extra n. 25 filters. Total was about 80$. It did take about 4 weeks to arrive, I almost thought I have to do a charge-back but they came and I think they are very comfortable and fit well. I certainly prefer them to the hospital blue generic look or the black "Gladiator" look. Just know the company does not respond to inquiries rapidly and expect 3-4 weeks to receive it.

Buy elsewhere (masks)

Very disappointed.
1. DECEPTION: The website pics are enhanced. The real product is incredibly dull and lifeless. (see my pics) 1. Real to website pic 2. Real pic 3. Me enhancing the real pic. BAD business practice.
2. DECEPTION: 4 pictures on the website (of 10) seem to indicate that the mask will protrude some, from the face. 4 pictures show the mask seemly coming to points in the center top and bottom. The REALITY is the 2 pictures of the backside of the mask w/the filter sticking out of it's pocket/laying on the backside. (as shown in my pics) These ARE oval, folks. Even though the other type exists. These are NOT them (that have that protrusion) Naughty Brave New!
Fool me once!
3. Way overpriced for what you get. I have since found far better value on the net. So can you! For this price point they should have included the bendable nose piece. (noted that they are not sold this way) Further, as these are commonly non-refundable. Note the measurements. Though accurate 5" 'height' is skimpy on my utterly average face.(size)

I ordered four printed face masks at a total of ~ $70 because they were shown as the shaped/contoured type that would stand away from the face, allowing good coverage without mouth interference. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the photos, but were instead shapeless flat ovals of fabric with ear loops attached. They are a complete joke and lay completely flat across the mouth while being open at the top and bottom, rendering them useless as a viral protector. The product is a scam.

But quality isn't what their company reviews say. The nose stiffener arrived off center and when you try to adjust it, it snags inside its channel. Channel fabric is loose weave, when it should be tight weave. When I asked the company what stiffener was made of and whether it would withstand machine washing, they only replied: wash by hand. I can see that I am going to need to have to repair these somehow because washing by hand isn't part of my life.

Buyer Beware Save yourself a lot of grief
Received incorrect order These masks are a rip-off,! You can't speak to anyone by phone
Very poor guality. They do not respond to your emails I have sent over 15 emails & have been I filed with the Better Business Bureau and the BBB said they failed to reply to their over 340 plus complaints
Still trying to get a refund Wish me luck!

Unlike other reviewers, we received our mask and extra filters within a week of our order. My wife likes the material and it seems that the filter is large enough that incoming air will not bypass it as long as it is adjusted to fit tightly. However, without an adjustable metal nose bridge, it leaks incoming air around our nose bridges which means virus droplets can get into the mask. This means the N95 filter is mostly useless. I removed the metal nose bridge from an old N95 mask and my wife will sew it onto the inside of the mask, which means we'll at least be able to use it until we run out of filters. Do not recommend purchase of it at BNL's high prices until a bridge is offered as a standard part of the mask.

These pretty fabric face masks have no nose wire, are made from nylon and t-shirt material, and offer very little pandemic protection. Don't let the pretty prints fool you. Paper surgical masks offer more protection and are so much more affordable.

Horrible

I ordered a size M and received a 2XL legging. Contacting the customer service department is a waste. I was told to keep/donate the 2XL and they would send the correct size. This whole process has been months.
I would recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this company. The only thing that is fast is when they take your money. I'm seriously disappointed.

Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.

I ordered from this company in March; it took six weeks to get masks. They were individually packages, tailored, came with a separate filter. When I had an opportunity to order some with a discount code more recently, I ordered some as gifts for friends. Not only are they poorly made, there is no structure, no wire nose piece, they are flat and virtually useless as far as protection. Of course, now they only bot response. The top (black) mask is from the first I ordered, it is tailored for chin and nose, lilac is from the second order, still packaged well and some structure. The flat patterned one (I ordered 13 of these) came in two separate mailings, they are flat and fit nothing. The second picture shows how the masks should be packaged and how the patterned masks came (at lease some of them), wadded up with the filters unprotected. You can't wash or reuse the filters. So knowing they've been exposed to who-knows-what, they are useless. I want my money back.

I ordered 7 masks on July 29 and received them on August 11. They appear to be good quality and the images are exactly what was shown on the website. Right after I ordered I checked the internet and saw all these negative reviews. I don't know what all those people are on about because this has not been my experience. The only knock I have with this company is that they have no phone number listed to communicate with them. And yes, their first response to an email is an automated reply, but they do follow up.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

There is NOTHING positive to say about this company! Waited for close to two months, was told order got lost, then they had my order but backed up, to "it was lost in transit and therefore not our fault", to offering to redo the order "at no cost to you" (really, I had already paid for it!), to its being shipped, to, well, they finally arrived and 3/6 of the masks had the "adjustable" plastic knob holder off. Terrible design, Terrible "customer service", Terrible experience. Buy Keen or try a burlap sack, anything over this company! Buyer beware!

I placed two orders with this company close together. Neither order has been fully completed. The first was a buy 4 get one free offer. I also ordered several packs of filter inserts. I did not receive a free mask or the packs of filters. The second was for two printed masks, the purchase of which were supposed to include a filter insert with each. The masks for this arrived, but with no free filters. Despite multiple communications all you get is a nonsense reply from a bot reply system. ‘Reply' alludes consistently to the second order and completely ignores the first order which is what I am communicating about.

Cheap materials

This Mask was not worth the money. Too small for a normal adult face, even with the ear hooks fully extended. Way overpriced for a mask that was minimal in materials used! Vistaprint Same price WAY better product.

Masks don't fit, sent a note on the issue to ask for return or replacement under their "guarantee". Here's the response. I sent a follow on quoting their guarantee policy but already can tell they won't be making this right.

First I ordered masks that took 12 weeks to arrive but were supposed to be here in 5-7 business days. They were shipped from China despite saying they were a US company. The masks weren't bad actually despite taking almost 3 months to arrive but really just material with filters i paid extra for replacements as well. I am embarrassed to say I fell despite having a niggling on how long it took for delivery and "made in China" despite other advertisement from Brave New Look, when the "CEO of the company sent out a convincing apology email and offer for those of us who had to wait for masks with a 50% offer on other merchandise for the delays on masks". I ordered and just received ( after 5 weeks) active wear capris that were such poor quality. I paid 245 for the masks ( 12 of them) and I paid 208 for 3 leggings and a sport top for running. I haven't received the sport top or 1 of the 3 leggings. 5 weeks it took from the date I ordered the Active wear to receive 2 of the leggings and they were mailed directly from China as per packaging label. The quality of the stitching on the leggings was so poor- crooked and falling apart as below. I was scammed- kind of embarrassed I spent almost 500 dollars on this company for really poor quality items. The spandex is like material from the 80's. Who knows if I will get the other two items and truly if they are the same quality I won't be able to wear them.
