I recently ordered a piece of jewelry from their website through Facebook. After ordering, I got a little spooked and started reading customer feedback about this company. Of course I became very concerned when I saw all the negative feedback about people getting poor service, no response, and broken items. I sent an e-mail to their customer support and got a reply the very next day from Tracy-Ann assuring me that everything would be taken care of. She even took it a step further and put a personal touch to my order and expedited shipment. She also e-mailed me on 2 other occasions just to keep me informed of the status of the order. It is true that the phone number doesn't work and I was pleased that my e-mail was responded to. I thought I would say something positive about this so that other people who are concerned might find some relief that there is someone on the other end that is responsive.
