This is the worst I've ever had. Illegally taking an authorized amount 4 times, until I blasted them on Google they kept taking an amount over what I authorized. Then I wake up this morning and they have a $#*!ing APP CLOUD ON MY PHONE that did not authorize. I will get money out of you one day. I will wait for it, wait for it, wait for it. $#*! you boost and the worst problem is theBBB WONT DO A $#*!ING THING, $#*! FCC, $#*! YOU ALL.

Five months paying service and my number cannot be found on the site, app or call center.
Calls drop, you cannot change the service tier and forget calling costumer service.
Going to metropcs.

Boost Mobile fails to make customers aware of 7 Day return policy on handsets I have bought 3 phones within 6 months that were defective and just found out after my last purchase in June that this was the policy. Purchase third phone on June 16th and found out that speaker on phone was defective and I had 7 days to return!. Boost Mobile Attention Center does not have loaner phones so you are stuck with a defective phone I refuse to purchase any more phones from Boost Mobile and I will definitely be leaving this company I have been a loyal Boost Mobile customer

Boost mobile sucks $#*!

Don't even drive within a mile of boost mobile I'm 58 years old and love never even written a review. If the phone works it so so, if your phone it's self is defective forget it. They have by far the worst customer service that lve ever seen and I've had bad service from others but they are beyond bad. I'm pretty sure they do it by design lm not going to tell you.my experience only to say it was new out if the box, 3 days old, and they still would give me a new one cuz l tried 5 different phone numbers and the all said no they told me to call the manufacturer It only costs $300.00 it wasn't a 1000 dollar I phone I guess l could under stand that. If you buy a brand new $50.000 car even they will give you a 30 day warranty and give you a new one no questions asks. Don't go to any one connected with this company. T mobile or any one l hope the executives read these reviews cuz if they don't the won't be in business much longer. And it they are reading them they can all eat a bag of $#*!s. Have a nice day

So I walked into the store after being with Metro PCS for 15 years they gave me a phone for free for switching was great the prices didn't match what was told on the internet anyways so I go in they give me this phone I go home with this phone there's no plug in in the Box to charge the phone so I had to buy that then proceed to buy the charger plug the charger in within 3 days I had white lines through my screen and it would not charge I called you did everything possible and still yet to get help so I transferred to a real company who is now got me taken care of but for this review I want others to know how trashy and unsanitized and disrespectful that the people of the store is and what they will do to Citizens don't forget that the good Lord does not like nasty

It has been 48 hours since I paid my bill I still have no service I paid online and money went to a different account idk how I file a complaint a ticket # was created I talked to multiple representative even supervisors and nothing has been done the representative made the wrong claim so now I'm force to wait another 24-72 for the claim to be resolved I asked for a refund or credit and I was told no the customer service representative and supervisor were all rude I am a unsatisfied customer and don't recommend them any service the service is bull$#*! anyway and the don't care about there customers at all

I signed up for boost mobile service reluctantly, intending to get mint mobile. However, I urgently needed a sim card and the only one available at best buy was for boost mobile. I have been very pleasantly surprised with their service. It is surprisingly fast for an MVNO, with speeds reaching over 600mbps, and has been quite reliable. During the 3 months I have been using their service, I have had only two minor connection issues, both of which resolved themselves within 2 hours. Additionally, their customer support (through the live chat on the website) has been great. When I found out I am going to have to switch to t-mobile because of travel (boost mobile does not offer international roaming except to mexico), they refunded my advance payment for the next 3 months once I was able to get a live agent. Additionally, when I needed my port pin and account number to port my number, I was able to get those in less than 15 minutes, even though it was a Sunday.
All in all, I have been surprisingly impressed with boost mobile. Additionally, since their cell plans are very affordable (I was paying 30 dollars a month for unlimited with 12gb of hotspot) I would highly recommend their service.

In August my S8 started getting bad connection. BM support hold me it had to be the phone, I needed a new one. Ordered a S10, even paid to have it delivered next day. I never got a order confirmation or order number via email, but the phone arrived, so I didn't fret. Activated it the night it arrived and low and behold the service was just as bad as on the S8. In fact it was so bad I had to go to the local park to get a signal strong enough to call them because the chat representative told me I had to call in order to ask for a refund. Sent the S10 back the next day, asked for my S8 to be unlocked so that I could switch services, and was told that refund procedures had started. It might take up to 4 weeks. I thought my nightmares were over. But now 8 weeks later I still haven't received my refund. I called once before but was told to be patient. Called again today. Was asked for my order number, which I told them was never emailed to me. After an hour on hold, with the UPS tracking number, they found the package i guess and I was told they were starting the refund procedures. I told her that i had been told 8 weeks ago that those procedures were started, but she just said that hadn't been. So after waiting for 8 weeks I now have to wait again for them to return the money. This company is a joke.

Boost is terrible. I have been with them for 14 yrs now and see as the time goes the swift decline of customer care. They sent out postcards, emails, and texts regarding new expanded network declaring my phones needed to be upgraded or their would be loss of service. I spent over $350 on new phones, as I have myself and family of 3 on the plan, only to find out it was bull$@*! And wasn't necessary. When contacting Boost about the misinformation and inconvenience they pretty much said oh well. They kept repeating this is a prepaid service, you are the owner of the phones, to get new phones got to local Boost store and ask about trade-in... All this after explaining to them the phones were already purchased and activated. I told them their ploy to force people into purchasing new phones was poor business etiquette, especially in this time where people are struggling to get by. They repeated the same thing over and over, which is what I put above. I asked if their would be anything that they could do to help soften the blow of the unnecessary expense like a credit or a little bit of a break on the mthly? They responded with we have an overhead and it doesn't include unwarranted expenses like this so we won't be able to help you. Sorry you aren't satisfied with this outcome, but nothing we can do for you. After 14 yrs they would not help out long standing customer. They said that they used to offer pandemic assistance, but they are no longer doing so.

I have been with boost mobile for 15 years and I am very disappointed in the service the last few years. I live in a rural area and I have had no problem with my cell service for 2 years. Now all of a sudden in the last year I have had no service where i live. I have reached out to boost many times about this and its always the same story which is they are working on the cell towers. Well this has been there story for the last year and i find it hard to believe they have been working on the towers for a year. I asked them to unlock my phone so I can seek service elsewhere and they wont do it. They said they were going to send me a new sim card for my phone (which I explained its not my phone as it works just fine in other cities) but they never did send me a sim card. They never let me speak to a supervisor as they tell me I will get a phone call from one but i never do, so just more lies. I have not had a phone for weeks and they refuse to give me a discount so here we are, I cant switch my provider cause they wont unlock my phone and I cant get ahold of a supervisor and I am always lied to and I cant get a discount. Thanks boost mobile for treating your long time customer this way. Oh and this is the first review I have ever written in my life but I felt people needed to know how boost operates.

I am not recommend this company to anyone this company is suck, I was with this company for more than 12 years since I with them I had automatic payment with them that's mean I never missed any payment with them.On June 18th I called this company to do me a favor to give me 2 days extension because my work make mistakes on paycheck they do not deposit my paycheck, I short of money in my bank because of the covid19 I really bad situation, I asked boost mobile to withdraw the payment 2 days after my due date because I do not want to overdrew from my bank, boost mobile told me no they prefer to cut my service, I am a customer for over 12 years this the first time I asked them that favor. I recommend no one to go to that company

If there was a 0 thats what I would give them I have been with them for almost four years and have for phone and now down to two and I asked for an extension and I could not get one because not only are they rude every customer service person I have ever spoke to but they are Beyond on loyal to their customers and I will never never use them ever again the guy had the nerve to say that boost does not award extension when it says it on their website so and every person knows something different you guys it is very unprofessional for every single customer service person to say something different or the fact that they don't put no it's like you asked them to and your the Bayou so one customer service doesn't know what the other one did or is even talking about ridiculous unprofessional unloyal its disgust me that these people continuously have their job and you guys are a phone service

You have to call and waste time on the phone in order to get your account number i dont like to talk or be on the phone with agents i hate it i dont like it why is this phone company so difficult? And expensive, even if its a 5g phine the service is still slow the intetnet on thr phone it self is very slow they even give you a free broad band wifi box to make it all better like who wants to walk around with a wifi box so your 5g phone can work better? How dare yoy people? Thid company is a joke and i hate it so much its beyond words iam 33 yrs olf never had multiple problems with any phone company. I have ppl calling my 2 10 year olds phones there was a number that text my daughters phone with a link to porn. I got the numbers changed on my childrens phones and still telemarketers and bill collectors calling from different places for who ever had this number previously boost caint do nothing about it i hate you people

I've been with boost for 10 years now and I remember before was Virgin Mobile. I have no complain about the signal eventhough is not perfect but my main complain is unknowlegble customer service and terrible policy. Here is my experience:
I had 2 lines with them and my wife wanted to switch from at and t to boost because of affordability. Finally we got 3 lines with boost. I contacted them to put all three lines into one account as Family Plan and they did for $110 a month for all 3 lines. However after a year I was checking the website and I saw they are ripping me off because they offering same plan for existing customers for only $25 a month! So I contacted them but they said I first need to go to boost mobile store to separate the lines! A Day after I went to boost mobile store I'm Concord CA and they said you need to contact customer service and not come to store!
So I contacted customer service and they said due to technological issue we are unable to separate your lines and if you want to have a single line you have to get a new number line from us! I asked if this technological issue will be fixed one day and they said probably!
It's been one year now that every month I call them and still they don't want to separate my lines so I can get a better price plan because they prefer to keep ripping me off!
After this I warn people never go with boost, never trust boost as they are the worst. I am now changing provider and happy with the affordability and professionalism of the new provider.

Theses people had my brother off his phone that he had with them for THREE YEARS NOW! & now all of a sudden he wanted to switch his carrier it's a problem! Now they giving him the run around AND THEY TURNT HIS PHONE OFF! It been off for a week now! If you go with them that's On You. & you will Regret It!

Have been with VM NOW Boost mobile for about 7 years! I switched over to a family plan to add all of my kids under my account. When my bill was approaching, when I called to pay it, the automated system told me my payment would not be used towards my bill. I found that strange. It kept telling me the PRIMARY account holder needed to pay the bill. Well I am the primary. So apparently the customer service rep that switched my account over to the family plan, like a jack*** made my 13 year olds number the primary account. So NOW I have $251 sitting in my account that cannot be used towards the monthly bill till I get it switched over. I have called several times. Waited 40 min. Was disconnected, waited an hour and a half just now and was disconnected AGAIN! Went to a Boost mobile store last week and was told there was NOTHING they could do, they were only helping people who had issues with service! I can't wait till I speak to somebody because I'm canceling my service with these incompetent people!

BOOSTMOBILE IS THE WORST CELLULAR COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES. I WHEN TO CANADA FOR MY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND I GOT SICK, I COULDN'T GET INTERNET FOR THE GPS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. I COMPLAINT TO BOOST MOBILE AND THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I DECIDED TO MOVE ON FROM BOOST MOBILE AND THEY GAVE SO MORE PROBLEMS AND A MILLION LIES TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY PHONE TRANSFER PIN. THE BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. THEY EMPLOYEES THEY LIE, LIE, AND LIE AS THEY DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. BOOST MOBILE HAVE AND WILL GO TO HELL OUT OF BUSINESS.

I recently was "FORCED" to get a new phone - which I am not happy about. That said, I went to the store at 35th Ave & Greenway Rd., Phx, AZ.

I have to tell you ALL that I was taken care of by the most KIND, PLEASANT HELPFUL young lady "Vicky" and she took care of everything, with kindness and patience. She should be running the freakin company. I could go on and on - but she was so very kind - words cannot express how impressed I was with this young girl. Took care of my contacts, photos, etc. and would not let me leave until EVERYTHING was absolutely correct. If you are looking for a Boost Mobile Store to go to - This is the one - and it is only because of Vicky!
