They are worthless. I would not ever recommend them. While their promotions are legit, their service quality sucks.

Scam! I tried to upgrade my phone online and it 3 times to reprocess my order in over week and they still can't process my order they wanted to reprocess the forth time, I told them to piss off!

They are run by shady language and hidden contracts they call "Policy"
They tout they are a no contact pre-pay but do not tell you that you are trapped with them for 12 months.

Scam! Trash! Your phone will work first month of installation being highest price of course then you will be unable to log in or pay your bill so you pay you $100+ for your phone that's good for a month lol seems real legit

It's like they fired the people that knew what they doing and hired younger people that don't know almost anything. From my current experience. It's disappointing and I was shocked. To go through things with boost I never had before it's changing inn a negative way.

Its a scam. Dont trust Boost Mobile. Dont waste your time or money.

Scam. Their service barely works and data stopped working on my phone a month ago. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER!

It is a legit phone company but they scam in their service coverage and customer service
