Metro by Tmobile is definitely a step up from Boost. As with all cell phone companies in the store or on line make sure you check out reviews like You Tube before you purchase.

I just switched to Mint Mobile. Boost was $35 for 3 gigs, Mint is $15 for 4 gigs. I have a cell on trackfone $100 for year for 1500 0f each. Fine for internet, text but lousy for talk

Cricket and verizon are better in services but a little more on device purchase..
