Boost Mobile fails to make customers aware of 7 Day return policy on handsets I have bought 3 phones within 6 months that were defective and just found out after my last purchase in June that this was the policy. Purchase third phone on June 16th and found out that speaker on phone was defective and I had 7 days to return!!!!.. Boost Mobile Attention Center does not have loaner phones so you are stuck with a defective phone I refuse to purchase any more phones from Boost Mobile and I will definitely be leaving this company I have been a loyal Boost Mobile customer

IF YOU HAVE AN AMERICAN EXPRESS SERVE CARD YOU ARE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING. MONEY HAS BEEN MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT SINCE LAST NIGHT DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. AT THIS POINT 11/26/15 @ 12:25 PM EST YOU CANT EVEN GET THROUGH ON THE TELEPHONE!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN....IM DONE!

beware the gift card policy it sucks. even though I have a credit of $100 via gift card I still have to use my personal debit information to request a car. no good faith in their consumer

Seiki the mysterious Chinese company who manufactures televisions are ripping off New Yorkers and anyone on the East Coast. I bought a 47 inch TV that lasted almost a year and was still under the replacements warranty I had panel failure. I paid $360 for a 47 inch and in order to qualify for the replacement warranty I have to pay over $200 to ship it to California not including packaging!
