I use to LOVE boost mobile! They switched to something called boost one and anytime you call customer service it says they're working on restoring customer service! It's been days! My phone hasn't working in 5 days and I can't get anyone on the phone to help! I tried to login to my account and it says it doesn't recognize my password… okay fine I'll just reset it, right? Nope! It says it's going to send me a 6 digit code to my phone and it never sends it! So basically I'm stuck! Boost mobile use to be a great company but whatever they're doing is a huge mistake!
After years of declining service I finally decided that I am through with Boost Mobile as my phone carrier. I wanted to transfer my current number (from Boost) to a new carrier and was told that I needed my account number. It's bad enough that Boost forces you to have to call their customer service line to obtain your own account information but when I called that number and asked for my account ID I was told that I "couldn't be helped with right now" and was promptly hung up on. I tried to call back, twice, only to be met with an immediate call drop. It took 20 minutes of my time to finally get my account number from an online representative. The absolute audacity of these people, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My cellular service is absolutely awful! Constantly on 2 bars even though I live in the city, calls fail constantly, customer service is terrible and not helpful. I have to wait until March 2021 to have the unlock my phone so I can switch to a different provider even though I own my phone. I paid for my phone flat out, I have an iPhone XR. As soon as my year is up with them I am immediately cancelling their service! Do NOT get your service through Boost Mobile!
These people shut me off after 40 mins after not paying the bill God forbid u don't get ur money but I turn my service on and a week later u shut me off for hours no ryme or reason no explanation so how about u shove this service up ur $#*!

I cannot use my own phone so much of the damn time! Their service does not work great as it is! And I pay for unlimited services! What a joke! When the switch to 5 G was forced upon us I got my new phone and expected better service. I did not get better service, I got worse service. Not only did I get worse service, they charged me five dollars a month more for worse service. Now that I want to change companies, they will not give me my account number so I can keep my phone number. I cannot get my account number on line. I cannot get my account number at a store. They will not give me my account number on the phone. These people are horrible. I will change companies anyway, even if I have to get a new phone number.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away! They did an update on our phones and my mother received all of our texts not just hers. When we called they said they couldn't fix it and we should just change phone #'s. Ridiculous! I ended up fixing it on my own. We left them and went to Mint. It took me FOUR phone calls to get them to unlock my husband's i phone and we're STILL waiting to see if it will really get done. You wait 30+ minutes to speak with someone on the phone and it's nothing more than some foreign person probably in another country reading phone tracks and that's the extent of any service you will get. I'm on hold now waiting for an hour to speak to a supervisor. Ridiculous!
Don't ever use Boost Mobile. My wife had problems with her phone, do you know what the caller did? Hung up on us! So we ask for a manager or supervisor multiple times, he hung up on us! Do NOT ever use this phone service EVER!
I have been a BOOST customer for 20+ years. The last 2 months there has been an issue attaching a new Debit card to my autopay. I spent 45 minutes on 3 different calls last month until I finally spoke with a young man that could assist me. Everyone kept telling me it was card that had the problem, well I'm having the same issue again this month. I went into a store to see if they could assist me, unfortunately they had the same issue, they called their CS number and got the same answers. Even spoke with a so called manager (pretty sure it was the same person we were already speaking to) they basically told us there's nothing they can do that I need to call back a day before my due date to add a new card. So I paid at the store where I was charged an additional $4 fee. I will be calling a day before my due date but not to add a new card. Will be shopping around for better service prior to that call.
Customer service is overseas and you can't get past the accent to do any troubleshooting. Their stores can't do anything but activate new phones. If they don't know how to help, they read a script and "accidentally" disconnect the call. And you can't buy a phone card at a Boost store (and they charge you to put the code in for you). STAY AWAY!
This phone is sh**. It keeps deleting apps without permission, with or without the updates. There is a little gremlin inside and he does whatever he wants! I absolutely would not buy this phone EVER AGAIN!
Was a Virgin Mobile pay-as-you-go account. Once acquired by Boost, I've experienced nothing but incompetent, callous, and ineffective customer service. A) broke their promise that I could use my account balance for ongoing payments b) could no longer check voice mail using my landline c) suddenly cannot connect to cell network - call multiple times & waste multiple hours on hold, getting disconnected, being told to call the phone maker (who is not responsible for cell connections), and getting no resolution d) finally promised that I can use my balance to buy a new phone, since Boost is suddenly expiring my balance in 2 months e) Sales 855 number refuses to honor Customer Service's promise. Overall terrible experience with a company who lies, hangs up, and does not care.
My mother's service was cut the next day after she had just payed her boost mobile phone. Their excuse was that they needed their supervisors permission to put the service back on even if inn their system the system tells them she had payed her boost bill. Then my mother was told they couldn't find her money. Now that's Confusing right. And instead of investigating their system and their failures as a business they investigate my mother. BoostOne claims your service will not be interrupted due to their system problems and they are working hard to fix it... I have contacted many agents over the past couple months because I switched from $35 basic to $55 unlimited. After I switched my service had gotten more poor and poor. They troubleshooted my device so many times that they wanted to wipe my phone clean next. I refused this because I know as a tech person that is not going to solve a network issue. I contacted an agent to return my phone. They told me that I could do so this one time since it was over the 7 day satisfaction limit. Then I contacted someone today to finally return my phone and they said I was given false information and they could not help me no further. I am tired of this company and I am a very long term customer. Never recommending or using their services again.

So I had a boost, mobile phone and galaxy a 21 to be exact they sent me a Sim card I paid for the Sim card won't work in my phone because they gave me a *******. I need a ******* and they don't understand that because it's an older phone before they switched.
