But now since there has been a migration and now I am having a hard time having access to my voicemail and and unable to text certain people. I had no service at all the other day and have been having alot of service problems with boost lately. I call them and I'm hold for an hour for them to say restart your phone and call back to wait another hour so I did and finally get in touch and they hang up just for me to call back again to wist another hour for them to tell me nothing they can do about it. On top of that I can barely understand these Indian accents. Can't even talk to someone in the United States anymore its ridiculous. I would give negative stars if I could.
Boost Mobile is the most disgusting company ever. I started having problems with it immediately after paying for the connection. I was charged a month in advance, I did not receive my SIM card and contacted support, they told me that they sent me a new SIM card because UPS lost my first SIM card. I was promised that I would receive it in two days, but more than 5 days have passed and I have not received anything. I contacted support again and they just sent me saying that they could not help. The essence of this vile company is to take money for services that they do not provide.
I have used boost mobile for many years and never had problems. But in the year 2023 when they changed the app and probably sold the company to someone else, there's been network glitch after network glitch. Network has been awfully slow. This is crazy. Eventhough it says u limited data for $50 u can ran out of data this is crazy. They need to fix this.
I have been a customer with Boost for over 2 years now. I paid my bill as I usually do, two months in advance. So, on March 20,2023, I paid the remainder of my March bill and I then turned around and paid my April bill in advance. Now it is April 21,2023, and my phone is still off! I have been on the phone with Boost's lack of customer service. Giving the run-around. Now, they converted my account, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to another network. I was given promised that my phone will be fully restored by 12 noon yesterday, which will make it today April 21,2023, at 12 noon. Here it is 2:41 pm EST, and my phone is still off. Yesterday, I was credited $15.00 for my inconvenience, but When I call the customer service number the automated system says that I owe $43.00 to get my account restored. So, what they credited me for my inconvenience was taken from me and applied to a phone bill that I do not own until it is time to pay my phone bill for the month of May and June 2023. I have bank statements that say otherwise! I paid my bill for both March and April in the total amount of $120. So, as I was promised, my phone should full be restored. I got back on the phone with boost mobile again, and now being told that I now have to wait 72 hours and pay $43.00 which I do not own on their new network that I did not authorize for them to transfer my account to... At this point, they need to credit my account for every day that my phone has been off and will be off.in the full amount of my phone bill..

If you are with Boost/Dish I advise you to get away from them for they are horrible. Changing billing due date without notifying customers. When contacting cs they tell you it nothing they can do so therefore your due date will change every month. My bill has always been due on the 21st of every month got up this morning phone is off was told my bill is due on the 19th without even be notified. This is messy and unfair to customers. Always paid my bill on time. This isn't the only issue for there are many since Dish have taking over.
The only reason I gave boost one star is because that's the lowest option. More like negative 5 Stars. I have been with boost for years. They used to be ok. But now, service is terrible, data is slow, messages sometimes don't get delivered in real time, customer service experience is the worst and the most frustrating task to complete with unsatisfactory results. Their on hold music makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a dull stick. The new boost one app is terrible, it's like an app for a child. There is nothing you can do except click shiny buttons. The app does not give you any real control of the account. You don't even have the choice to use auto pay. It's automatic. If you pay with a different card, they automatically assign that as the default autopay for the next month. I could go on and on. Basically it's a crap show. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Oh, did I say terrible?
As a previous member of boost mobil I had no issue until app switched. Been 2 months can't sign in... Can't pay the bill. And the number they give to call is no longer in service... Lost many contracting jobs due to this "issue " that's still unresolved. I will never purchase anything or be part of boost or any other associated networks. Verizon is expensive... However you never have an issue paying your bill or getting service... Sadly I tried paying my bill 2 weeks in advance and here it's 3 months later still non working. Waste of time and money! Now it's a game of playing how long it takes to fix. I'll update the review and look back to see how long it's actually been. Hopefully see everyone on a different network. I'll send the garbage crew to clean this up.

Been with Boost Mobile for 2 years. I have the family plan with 3 phones. I paid my bill on Sunday and they shut 1 phone if for non payment! Spoke with some and they moved the phone to a new network and want me to pay more money to get the phone on. They are THIEF'S and want to steal your money because they are slow and do not know how to connect their computer systems to show who paid. WHY WOULD THEY MOVE ONE PHONE AND NOT THE OTHERS. SLOW $#*! I went to purchase my daughter her first cell phone. When I entered, I was told about a promotion. Pay your phone bill for 3 months and receive a 200 gift card in your email. It's been almost 5 months. No card. I've talked to customer service and they told me 3 different stories. Then I went to the store and the cashier said she had no idea when we would get them. This is one of the worst cell phone companies.

After several unsuccessful attempts of trying to get assistance logging into my account, and buying more data for my plan, I decided to delete my account, but since I can't log in to my account after boost updated it's app, I had to contact them by chat, to delete my account. I need data to access Google maps because I recently moved to a new state and that is the way I've been able to get around, so pretty much I can't get anywhere without it until I become more familiar with this state. I bought a reboot card added it to my account and could not use it because the representative said I can only use it for bill payments, so I wasted $15, this past Friday I purchased 2 extra gigs of data over the phone through customer service rep, boost mobile withdrew it from my account, and I still didn't receive my extra data, so I had my bank stop payment. You lost a customer over something so simple I hope someone can provide customer service with better training
