Paid $300 in phone service over the course of months. Calls dropped 24/7, internet would not load, texts would fail This is at the TOP price you can pay for their service ($60/month). Was on the phone for 5+ hours and talked to around 20 reps. They told me my service is fine while the phone service proceeded to drop over a dozen calls mid way through the call. They then said "our policy does not allow refunds" AKA we have a policy that says robbing people is fine with us "sorry." I am actually not paying my phone bill tomorrow after being with them for 6+ years. This is by far the worst phone service you can get and the customer service DOES NOT CARE if your phone works.
