Worst experience ever! Their service called me hours before the flight to cancel my trip, the reason was now is more expensive?!?! I already paid the full amount the moment i booked, and they were canceling? Stay away!
We booked a trip to Australia through these guys and saved several thousand dollars. We read the reviews and knew going into it that if we needed to change our flight schedule it could be difficult. Thankfully we didn't have to do it and all of our flights came through just fine. Thanks.

If I could give 1 star I would. This is BY FAR the worst service I have ever used. Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents are rude and argue with you. They promise call backs and you never get them. They will lie to you and add on additional charges that are way beyond acceptable. Pay the extra money and book from the airline or at least use a different provider.

I had a very good experience with Bookairfare. The customer service is really good. The customer service representative Herman really did a great job by explaining everything and helped me a lot in chosing the best deal. They really care about their customers.
Book my travel and their partner are big cheat. Part of my trip was canceled due to covid. They bumped up the price for non cancelled trip and not returning the money. Its 2 months talking to them. Do not book trip with book my travel. If they have your money, they will not return.
I booked my flight to Australia and after three weeks noticed the payment never went through on my card when i called them they said the payment had gone through and my trip was booked. I called my bank right away and they said it never went through I canceled my card and booked on expedia. Imagine if i showed up to the airport for a 4 week vacation that i was never booked for :(
My reservation was canceled because of Covid last fall and a postponed wedding. I am now trying to use my voucher that was issued and not only can I not book directly online they are now saying I need to book the same reservation from the same cities. I no longer live in that city and the voucher was told that I could book it for any trip using the funds for that new trip. I can't get any straight answers and it is incredibly frustrating. Pay the extra money if need be and use SOMEONE else next time you book tickets!
I had to cancel my flight due to an unexpected event. Cancellation was $50 with credit back. I paid $487.60 for my flight. I just booked a future flight with my credit and they charged me additional $239! The flight on all website is $492. They said i have to pay a flight difference of $104, $125 for rebooking/cancellation fee, $10 agency fee. Totaling in $776.60 for the flight. They are telling me the lowest price is 492 but i have to pay more cause of different class(?) Still economy seat but they said each 10 seats get more and more expensive, but if i booked directly through alaska or different airline, it would be $492. They basically charged me $596 for this flight... scammers... never book with them. Any other airline, they will charge you fee and give you credit to rebook, not charge you up the $#*! when rebooking.
When I try to purchased a ticket their website got an error but their charge me. I wrote a appeal letter. Please cancel it. But they reply me as a following email.

The supervisor was equally unwilling to help and very nasty. I made a huge mistake booking with them. This agency is scammer. They charge my account $561 for their mistake. I do not recommend you purchased any ticket from them.
I stay in Delhi and have to travel places like Athens and San Diego for my work. This website makes online ticket booking easy and cheap for me, as it covers most national and international destinations at an affordable price.
I usually never like to write bad reviews. But it would be an injustice if I didn't. Booked my flight online, did not receive an e ticket confirmation. I called them and they said wait 24 hours. I patiently waited and called after 24 hours to find out they did not book it and the reservation was cancelled because of an internal error. Then they proceeded to tell me the flight is full. TOTAL BS... booked it on orbitz without a problem a few minutes later! They should shut down their site and do us all a favor!
My vacation to Montreal was possible at an urgent basis because I had the best arrangements in all areas. I was staying at a friends place; hence the accommodation bit came easy. And for the air tickets this website offered me a cheap deal. Thank you so much.
I booked a flight and somehow the dates were incorrect on the booking. I tried many times to speak to someone about fixing it but was told it would cost me $600 to correct. I finally got in touch with a supervisor by the name of Germain. Germain essentially did everything in his power to help improve my experience and in the end they changed the dates, even though it was at a loss for them (I paid for half). Most businesses won't do that for someone, so I appreciated the gesture very much and will continue to book with this site.
Its been 5 times that I have used this website to fly to places like Boston, Japan, Moscow, Belgium and Madrid, sometimes for work and sometimes for a personal tour. I havent faced any service issues so far. The tickets were reasonable with occasional discounts and the website performance all good. Thank you.
As my multiple flight options for my vacation in Jordan, Egypt, Malaysia and Bali was getting a bit confusing; I called in for assistance over phone by dialling the customer care department. Book airfare overcharge my tickets by $300 and charged me $450 in agent fees. They have refunded my $300 but I am still trying to get my $450 refunded. It has been 5 months and I am still fighting them. They have hung up on me multiple times and customer care is extremely rude, besides the fact that they can barely speak English. I do not recommend booking through this website. Beware that they will overcharge you.

I am okay with the website and its services. But the customer care department needs a brush-up in their service and connectivity. My call did not connect for a long time, I had to wait for about 5 to 7 minutes to get through an executive and in between the line was getting disconnected. So this area needs to be worked upon.
