I had a very good experience with Bookairfare. The customer service is really good. The customer service representative Herman really did a great job by explaining everything and helped me a lot in chosing the best deal. They really care about their customers.
My reservation was canceled because of Covid last fall and a postponed wedding. I am now trying to use my voucher that was issued and not only can I not book directly online they are now saying I need to book the same reservation from the same cities. I no longer live in that city and the voucher was told that I could book it for any trip using the funds for that new trip. I can't get any straight answers and it is incredibly frustrating. Pay the extra money if need be and use SOMEONE else next time you book tickets!

Book my travel and their partner are big cheat. Part of my trip was canceled due to covid. They bumped up the price for non cancelled trip and not returning the money. Its 2 months talking to them. Do not book trip with book my travel. If they have your money, they will not return.

There was a lot of misunderstanding and confusion regarding my ticket charge. However apart from one person rest all of the associates were very helpful and courteous including Alden, Jackson, Sebastian and Asher.
Only negative thing is they said they will call back and no one did. It was I who had to make contacts with the desk.

I booked my flight through BookAirfare because of their low prices. I received my confirmation email 24 hours later with a reservation code. I then called the airline directly to confirm since I read so many bad reviews about this company. The airline informs me that my reservation has been canceled and it doesn't exist anymore! I call Bookairefare and was put on hold and argued for over an hour. I finally find out after the most frustrating call of my life that my reservation has a different number. Wasted so much time on this over a stupid mistake. I admit they have great prices, but make sure you follow up and confirm with the airline after you book!
Too sick to write all the bad... amid all the corona virus I am having hard time to cancel a booking... shame on you piece of junk...

SIMPLY THE WORST.
If I could give 1 star I would. This is BY FAR the worst service I have ever used. Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents are rude and argue with you. They promise call backs and you never get them. They will lie to you and add on additional charges that are way beyond acceptable. Pay the extra money and book from the airline or at least use a different provider.

I booked a flight through this agency and by mistake the date was wrong and I called to change it within 2 hours and they refused to change it unless I pay $75 plus extra xharges for the ticket, while Alaska airlines said you can get full refund within 24 hrs but you have to get it through Alaska, its total BS!
We booked a trip to Australia through these guys and saved several thousand dollars. We read the reviews and knew going into it that if we needed to change our flight schedule it could be difficult. Thankfully we didn't have to do it and all of our flights came through just fine. Thanks.
I booked my flight to Australia and after three weeks noticed the payment never went through on my card when i called them they said the payment had gone through and my trip was booked. I called my bank right away and they said it never went through I canceled my card and booked on expedia. Imagine if i showed up to the airport for a 4 week vacation that i was never booked for :(
I have called BookAirfare.com approximately 8 times today and spent 45 minutes on hold on one of those 8 calls. I have left three messages and sent an email with no response. I need help with my issue as soon as possible. I would like to know why I was charged TWICE on TWO SEPARATE occasions for the same ticket? BookAirfare.com has been terrible. I booked a super cheap ticket to Ecuador through this site, which was amazing! I was so excited to go that I took a picture of the online confirmation and sent it to all my friends. The confirmation then told me I would receive an email within 48 hours. I never did. I called them and was on hold for over an hour. When I finally talked to someone he kept asking for my confirmation number, which pissed me off because I hadn't recieved one and that's why I was calling. Thankfully, I had taken the picture of my flight number and it had a PNR number (if I hasn't done this I would be out $400). He then retook my email and said he sent the confirmation. It never came, so I repeated all the above steps. This time, when trying to tell the man on the phone how frustrating this was, he yelled at me and said how could we have charged you if you didn't recieved a confrontation. I said, I don't know, that's why I'm calling you! He belittled me and yelled at me and constantly talked over me, and when I tried to give him the PNR number, even extremely slowly, he couldn't get it right. He yelled at me and said, mam could you just do this in phonetics. I then asked if I could give him a second email this time to make sure I got the tickets, once again was yelled at and told that was not the problem. I do finally have the tickets in my possession, after being yelled at and put on hold for hours. I work in customer service and would never have treated someone the way I was just treated on the phone. 5 stars for price, 1 for customer service.

Horrible experience. This isn't a scam review or a fluff comment. They called 5 times the day before flight to notify me my booking has changed to 12 hrs later (a red eye), and to end up on my original flight... the one I booked, I had to complain for 2-3 hrs and ended up traveling with my spouse in middle seats for 8 hrs apart from each other. Just forget this site and go with the airlines directly. Horrible... just horrible. 8 hrs of horribleness...

I have written to this company and 'Kim' so many times I have lost count. My flight was changed by WestJet and I was asked for agreement or not to the change. I did not agree and requested a change in mid December. It is now mid January and I have not received confirmation of the change. Kim does not respond to me emails and the folks at the call centre can't help.
This service is totally unacceptable and I do not see the company trying to improve on the negative comments received in the past. I will never go through them again.
I wish I had read the reviews before using by this company. If you have a problem, you are on your own. Why take a chance. There are many other companies out there that will treat you properly.

They will make it difficult for you to book overcharge you to make any small changes. They will lie and blame it on airline fees.

Its been 5 times that I have used this website to fly to places like Boston, Japan, Moscow, Belgium and Madrid, sometimes for work and sometimes for a personal tour. I havent faced any service issues so far. The tickets were reasonable with occasional discounts and the website performance all good. Thank you.
They hide everything and wouldn't even give me my airline confirmation number to change my seat selection. Service was terrible.

It was many times that I called them for helping to book my ticket online, the customer service are always there to answer.
Book airfare overcharge my tickets by $300 and charged me $450 in agent fees. They have refunded my $300 but I am still trying to get my $450 refunded. It has been 5 months and I am still fighting them. They have hung up on me multiple times and customer care is extremely rude, besides the fact that they can barely speak English. I was double charge for the same flight and they refuse to admit it and refund me. I went as far as sending my bank statement with the charges and they ignore it, once one rep even suggest its a mistake on my banks part. I then had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. I was going through a family emergency at the time and that was my reason for doing business with them and they knew that am disgusted! I would NEVER! Recommend, save yourself the headache

I booked a flight and somehow the dates were incorrect on the booking. I tried many times to speak to someone about fixing it but was told it would cost me $600 to correct. I finally got in touch with a supervisor by the name of Germain. Germain essentially did everything in his power to help improve my experience and in the end they changed the dates, even though it was at a loss for them (I paid for half). Most businesses won't do that for someone, so I appreciated the gesture very much and will continue to book with this site.
