Theeeee worst ever
Theeeee worst ever! I bought tickets from Washington to Denmark yesterday morning... they e-mailed me a confirmation for all of the flights. I contacted the airline directly to select seats but on one of the flights, my wife and I could not sit together but grabbed them anyway and maybe try later to change seats.
I contacted the airline a few hours later and noticed the flights were not listed. The airline told me that no E-tickets were not issued for some reason and to contact BookAirfare. BookAirfare told me that my credit card did not go through and they sent me an e-mail. NO E-MAIL WAS SENT and my credit card has no problems. I checked the junk mail and spam folders... nothing from BookAirfare. They did tell me that seats ($750 x 2) were still available BUT the price was now $200 more for each ticket. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY ARE! AVOID! I would rather walk than fly with BookAirfare.
I wish I had read the reviews before using by this company. If you have a problem, you are on your own. Why take a chance. There are many other companies out there that will treat you properly.
First time I was a tad bit disappointed with the way the website functioned. I had to call for notifications and other details. The second when I booked my tickets for Paris, it worked out way smoother and better. Thank you.

Terrible! After booking airfare received email 2 days later stating part of our reservation was "on hold" and to contact them. Attempted to contact via phone and email multiple times without success, no human ever answered the phone calls and no one ever responded to the multiple emails. Confirmed with the actual airline that bookairfare.com reserved seats and then two days later canceled the reservation. We had no knowledge of the cancellation other than the email saying part of our reservation was "on hold"
Last year I had booked a flight to Peru and faced some issue with the site and the ticket was
Delayed. But now when I had planned to go for a vacation to Greek, I was looking through lot of sites. For a change I went through bookairfare.com, and it really have improved a lot with their site and even sent the ticket right on time.
I was double charge for the same flight and they refuse to admit it and refund me. I went as far as sending my bank statement with the charges and they ignore it, once one rep even suggest its a mistake on my banks part. I then had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. I was going through a family emergency at the time and that was my reason for doing business with them and they knew that am disgusted! I would NEVER! Recommend, save yourself the headache
