I heard you have done before took money more than normal price' like extra $50

Dear Paul, We understand the situation and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be advised that this criteria falls under credit card verification policy where we try to verify the details since it was a Third Party Payment. We were unable to verify the card details hence the advanced information was requested to avoid any Fraudulent Activity. The details are requested for the own safety and we tell all our customers to hide the information which they are not comfortable sharing on the document. Dear Anna, We appreciate the opportunity to answer your question. When you book your reservation online, you will be asked to select a seat basis your preference (Window, Middle or Aisle). Once the booking is complete the system will automatically assign seats basis your preference provided the airlines offers & accepts advance seating assignment. In case, the airlines doesnt offer or accepts advance seating assignment, you will need to call us i., e the travel agency or the airlines directly to request a preferred seat.
