Since I have been using this website for a couple of my personal tours, I can now say that it is a fairly decent website. I had a couple of issues, but when I got to the customer care department, everything got sorted very well. I am recommending this website to my friends.
Buyer beware! It will be so difficult to book online that you will have to call in. Calling in will be a call to India. Nothing personal but it's difficult to understand.
Because of medical reasons that have come up, I can't travel on and so no refund of any kin will be granted. But in addition to that, they said if I use it as a credit I would have to spend an additional 200.00 to do that. And it would have to be the exact same trip! Nobody does that!
Do not book here!
I was planning to be there at the Dubai shopping festival. Since I knew I would spend more on shopping I wanted to book less priced tickets. On searching the internet I came across this website and found discounted tickets to Dubai and booked it. I saved close to $38 and that was very useful later.
I have a group with which I travel. We are always in the hunt for cheap tickets. Since this website provides less priced tickets and I booked it a couple of time and have been happy with the service, I am now going to recommend it to my travel group.
Lier company!
1. I changed us the flight with double charges(they promises that the first one will be refund), but when i called them, they refused to do so.
2. They did not send our contact information to air flight company. That causes we did not get any notice when our flight being cancelled.

Unlike few other travel websites that I have come across, this website is always up and running. No issues on the website performances as well as on the amazing deals that are on offer. Keep up the great work.
I have booked my tickets from this website for several times, for professional and personal purposes. Both the ticket booking process and the airline service later was good. This is a good website offering decent services and good discounts
If I can give you one line of advice: DON'T DO IT
After taking my money, canceling my return flight without notice, ignoring my phone calls, and then charging me twice equaling over $2,000!
I was able to travel on my trip after I pled my case directly to the Airline manager that I was taken advantage of a company that is using their brand name to take peoples money.
I would not leave a review like this if I was not certain of how bad of a company this is. Don't put yourself through the headache, time, and MONEY.

I booked a flight through this agency and by mistake the date was wrong and I called to change it within 2 hours and they refused to change it unless I pay $75 plus extra xharges for the ticket, while Alaska airlines said you can get full refund within 24 hrs but you have to get it through Alaska, its total BS!

Do NOT use BookAir! They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Trying to reach them via phone is near impossible and once you do, they are rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to someone on the phone about a credit I was supposed to be given, I was yelled at. I politely asked the employee to stop yelling/raising his voice at me. This made him very mad and he said he would transfer me to his manager (I did not ask to speak to a manager, I just wanted to know how to use my flight credit!). I sat on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to a manager and when I was finally connected to someone, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone and nothing was resolved. This company is a joke. They point the finger at the airlines, however I believe they just don't care about their customers. I will NEVER use them again. I would recommend going through the airlines. It may be more pricey, but it's the safest bet.
