I seriously do not understand the amount of bad reviews on this website. I was skeptical to purchase from here at first because of it but now I am fricken obsessed with this website! It's like I need rehab. The clothing is fine quality, it's better than forever 21 and that's where most people shop and they love it. The shipping is extremely fast considering I live in Michigan and the clothes come from the UK, I've never had a single issue and I seriously buy from here like once a week. I'm obsessed. Don't listen to the others
I was surprised with bad reviews. I ordered from Boohoo twice and first order was stuck in customs in US, but they fully refunded me and I still received my items. My second order arrived within reasonable time and I thought that the products were what you pay for, but decent quality. There are more expensive stores out there with worse quality. I will definitely order with them again.
Photos and pricing can be deceiving... I assumed that since these were 50% off for a Memorial Day Sale, the quality would be based on the original price. Wrong. Apparently their clothes are almost half off. If your shirts are at $15 quality, then charge $15, don't put a facade of claiming these are $30-$80 items. They are terribly made and very thin. I'm pretty bummed because I thought I stumbled upon a more affordable Free People brand. Shnope!
So surprised about amount of bad reviews. I ordered 3 dresses and they told me it will arrive on June 6. Today is June 6, I opened my door, and my items were right there waiting for me to bring inside. I am satisfied with the dresses, only 1 of them doesn't fit, but I did that on purpose to reach my goal to fit in a small ;) but other than that, I would definately buy from this site again. It's cheap and the order comes one the date they stated it would come! :)
It's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my items that I bought on their website. I ended up asking them for my refund I get a automatically email from them. They sent my item to the wrong location do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on there site.
Please don't order from here. They lost my package, and refuse to refund me. "Customer service" is just automated emails. I am so upset. Don't put yourself through this!
Just make sure everything you buy your 100% sure of from shopping to typing in your address. Customer service is horrible, they take forever to respond, don't type grammatically correct, and they don't have alternative for getting a refund when your package doesn't arrive. Spent $100 and they lost my package in the mail and never refunded the money. Not worth it unless you can be 100% sure... and I thought I was responsible and careful.
So, since i see quiet a lot of bad reviews, i thought that i should talk about my experiences here, and i am quiet shocked with the bad reviews and issues, since i had no, seriously NO issue whats soever, once my package was lost in transition but the site immediately refunded my money. And i feel the clothes are of superb quality and worth the money i spent, i have been shopping a lot from this site and they are the best. I would say dont trust the bad reviews here, cox people hardly come up with good reviews.
So I spent over $100 with boohoousa when I finally got my order everything was the wrong size! Not because I got it wrong but because THEY got it wrong. I had used a promo code that was no longer available and they don't do exchanges EVEN when they're the ones who messed up. No customer care number. Horrible service. They did absolutely nothing for me!

The clothing on this site is made in appalling quality that they aren't even worth the low price you pay. The site literally always has promo codes that are at least 30% off which tells you that their clothing isn't even worth the face value to begin with and this is their way of scamming you into thinking you are getting a deal. I recently placed an order for a cropped sweatshirt and ordered the smallest size. When it came I tried it on and the neck hole is so big that it just falls off of your body. But the worst part is that the inside seams of the neck area weren't even sewn down so that when you put the sweater on they just flop out. I messaged customer service asking for a refund for this item that cannot even be worn and sent them a picture and they said "that is how the sweater is supposed to be and you just tuck the seams in when you wear it". The thing is the seams do not stay in when you wear it, if you move one muscle they pop back out. Their response (not to mention the manufacturing of this item) is completely unacceptable, especially when it would cost them less than $10 to refund. I will not be purchasing from this site again which is unfortunate because in the past I have had good customer service when I received a faulty item. It seems like the management of the company has changed.
I have been ordering with Boohoo for years. Most of them were hits and 2 were misses and when I say misses they were REAL MISSES.
One thing with boohoo which looks to change recently is their delivery. I live in the states and have paid to have my order rushed and did not receive it on time. Not sure if was because of the delivery they were using or customs but it was terrible. Reaching out to their customer service agents during this time was also a nightmare. They do not have a contact number so you must email or reach out to them through Twitter. Twitter is a slim chance that you will get someone that actually helps. You will get a "I'm sorry that happened what is your order number" and the person disappears along with the titanic. And if you email it says we are experiencing more orders then usual so give us x amount of time and some times it's past what they say. Recently for rushed orders to the US they are using DHL for the first leg and i could not be any happier!
I love the clothes and how they have so much on the website. But when Boohoo messes up they really take a tumble

I told them this was illegal. No difference. Not able to telephone so you get worn out trying to email, just to receive the same response but no refund. So you give up and lose my money.

My sister has been ordering from them for a while now- i ordered almost 100.00 worth clothes and noticed that there was something not accurate for my shipping info- i have tried contacting customer service and no one has responded. How can i get in touch with someone who can help me? I know where my items are but i can't get in touch with anyone to help me correct the information so my order can get here!
The worst customer service in the world. My parcel has been missing for the last 24days, numerous emails sent and all of them I receive a pathetic automated respond. NO-ONE can tell me where my parcel is. Now try getting a refund what a nightmare. They a bunch of scammers, running what is supposed to a legitimate online fashion company but instead it's taking g money for items that probably don't or will never be received! They need to be shut down!
I've been ordering from boohoo for three years now and not once have I had a problem, until now. If I could give this company a lower rating I would. I ordered on April 11 and it said my package would be delivered April 18, I got the confirmation and everything that it was dispatched. Well on April 15 my package basically fell off the grid in New Jersey. I e-mailed them because unlike literally every other retailer in the world, they don't have a phone number. Fast forward a month, 35 E-MAILS LATER, and a very serious threat of reporting them for fraud and they magically came up with a solution when I called them out for lying about contacting the courier about my package (one said it was DHL and the other said it was USPS). I wanted a reissue on the merchandise I ordered because I still wanted it, but nope all I got was a confirmation refund e-mail for not even half of the money I spent. I had to call them out AGAIN for the full amount and I didn't receive a response, just another confirmation for the remaining amount. They're a bunch of scam artists who think you'll just go away and let them keep your money if they give you the go around for long enough. They're honestly disgusting. I will never spend another penny at this unethical and immoral company, nor will any of my family or friends.
P.S. Their customer service department and how they operate is simply atrocious, if you're just going to respond "I'm so sorry about this or I'm sorry you feel that way" 35 times, why bother responding at all? They're obviously trying to fake compassion but all it was was annoying and condescending and really pissed me off by the end of the whole ordeal.
