Ordered shoes that was priced, on their website, at $121; however, upon receipt, there was a sticker on the shoes that read $46. I've attempted to get the difference back but was told to send the shoes back and they'll refund my money, minus shipping, and supposedly they had attached the label to the email, but it was not attached. I asked several times. There was no return label. I've been bamboozled! Wish I'd read the reviews first.
They are a fraud. You'd better call police and report them.
I ordered one top and they didn't ship it, but sent me a track number. I sent numerous emails and they didn't respond except a automatic respond mail. They didn't explain why this happened, but I found out they lost the item in the warehouse, but never sent me an email or responded. They took my money. Finally I was going to call a police, and they refunded me. Again, I'm telling you they are a fraud. I don't understand how they still can run their business.
I checked out as a guest. The shoes came and I did not like the style. This evening, I tried to generate my return label and entered my order # and email address, and then the website said "Oops, that page does not exist". Then I tried to create an account with my email, the website then showed "ERROR". I will call customer service tomorrow morning.
I have had a terrible experience with bluefly.com. Their return policy states that a refund will be issued within 10 days of them receiving the merchandise at their wearhouse. It has not been exactly one month since they have received my return and I have still NOT received my refund. Every time I speak with customer service, they tell me that they have put in a request to process my refund on PRIORITY - but here I am 30 days later, with still no refund!
I was done with Bluefly but they were not done with me. After my last experience, I vowed to never shop there. I failed to close my account. A $400 hand bag shows up at my house last month, ordered on my account. Luckily with my CC company I was able to return. Bluefly was unable to explain how this happened. My account now closed.
How come they never have my size - This site seems to only carry the left over sizes... I'm a size 4 and I have yet to find something I like in stock. It seems you need to be either a size 0 or 14 to find anything here.

I ordered a pair of Swarovski sunglasses. I was pleased with how fast I received them. The glasses however appear too flimsy and I did not received a Swarovski eyeglass case as depicted on the website. This site is questionable and I don't think I will order from them again.

I bought a pair of rayban sunglasses two months ago $130 and one of the screw in the lens come loose and I lost it. I called customer service and the only thing that they will do for me is give me $10 for the inconvenience... how stupid is this
This has got to be the worst site to shop on! Every time I have tried to place an order it got cancelled because the item was unavailable. Recently I placed an order and received confirmation that my item was shipped. Once I received my order the shoe box had the correct size on it but the shoes inside were 3 sizes bigger. I contacted customer service via email and received a response 3 days later without any resolution. The response was that I received the correct item. I then took a screenshot of my order confirmation with the correct size I ordered and sent it back to customer service. This time I received a response immediately (which was nice) however, the rep told me that their system shows a different size than my email confirmation showed. I will be sending the item back and needless to say, will NEVER SHOP there again!
I ordered 2 watches and later that same day I had buyers remorse and contacted bluefly via email to cancel my order. I received an email stating that due to their fast work at getting orders out it was not possible to cancel my order since it was already being processed. REALLY!
I ordered a dress on May 29. It shipped on June 3 and was delivered on June 8. I was only given 21 days from the date my order shipped (June 3) to return the dress. This really is not enough time to return an item. In addition, they would not give me store credit for the item.

I recently purchased a Balenciaga bag. Upon opening, I immediately suspected counterfeit. There is no serial # anywhere, the number of holes in shoulder strap each side were 13...should be 12. The inside was not cotton canvas as described. The " lambskin" doesn't look real. The dustbag was like parchment. I contacted Bluefly via email(they don't have a phone#, and refuse to converse via phone). They sent a slew of pre made denial texts, going back to theme that all their " merchandise is authentic". When I pointed out all the discrepancies they got hostile. They then said I have a " history of doing this making them suspicious of fraud!". This is blatantly untrue. I went to credit card company who are currently being helpful. I also reported to BBB in Fla. They did their part, but said company just sticks to a denial format, and a " final sales" theme, ignoring that they sold knowing/unknowingly a counterfeit. BBB says they have numerous complaints about Bluefly. I notified AARP, who were very helpful. They also identified them on a list with very poor consumer ratings. There are no email or # for any corporate members of Bluefly, which are located in NYC. So buyer beware.
I ordered few items late in the evening, first thing next day i called about my order. Reason was the night before the site wouldnt allow me to change my address so i called first thing in the morning to do so. The lady was very unhelpful. She said they cant change the address for security reasons; how is it we can call our credit card company/insurance/etc over the phone and verify our info but to do a change of address is a breach of security. Long story short my items will be delivered to an address from 7 years ago and i cant do much about it. Never shopping with them again.

I ordered a pare of Prada sunglasses, ten days ago. I payed with my PayPal. BlueFly went ahead and withdrew the money, only to send an email three days later where they stated that the item was out of stock and they were canceling the order. It has been ten days and I still don't have my money back. Contacting customer service is a losing game as they put you forever on hold. Needless to say I will never, ever purchase anything from their site, ever again.

We ordered a dress from Bluefly early December, to be delivered to Finland. The tracking link only activated 2 weeks after the order (23.12.2015), claiming then that the parcel had been already delivered on 15.12.
There is no sign of the parcel, and customer service directs to check the erraneous tracking link and asks to call US. Pretty bad job, I'd say. As Bluefly reps seem to be more active on this site, perhaps we can get some help here.

Yes, someone did respond to my DM- significantly after I sent it. I was asked for my email and/or order number. I provided the necessary info and never heard back. So, yes. They responded to me, but what good is it if the response was a request for more information and then never followed up with me after the info was provided? Worthless! Really. I submitted my fraud claim to my bank. It was handled immediately and now it is between Bluefly and my bank. My guess is that Visa will eventually refuse to do business with Bluefly, since my bank expressed there have been multiple complaints regarding this operation. I learned my lesson and will never do business with Bluefly again- and strongly discourage anyone I know to do so. Nothing but a headache and a lot of wasted time!

Update: After the Bluefly representative that responded to my concern on this site (dress returned a month ago and still no refund!) and directed me to DM Bluefly is all talk. I did DM and stil haven't gotten a response to the DM! Still no refund or way to communicate with Bluefly. Though bluefly seems to respond to these reviews, it doesn't seem like there is any action behind them.
Ordered a dress and returned it the next day. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Phones are turned off, emails don't get responded to and chat never works. So frustrating! Will turn to Bank of America to put in a fraudulent claim. Luckily I insured it and have the tracking info... the dress arrived there 2 days after I returned it! Stay far away!
I purchased fake bottega from here and could tell immediately after opening the box and touching the cardboard-like leather. I don't know why I was stupid enough to buy from an unauthorized dealer but never again. On top of it - the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced
In an industry where online shopping is inevitable, there should not be all these fees to return an item because it didn' t fit. We all know that sizes can be all over the board. Charging all these fees to return is not taking care of your customers. Even an exchange for a different size won't save you on the return fee. Plus, you have to pay to return the item. If you purchase a 50 item, it could cost you 75% of that item to return it. That is not right. Bluefly start taking better care of your customers.
