I tried to purchase a pair of Common Project shoes in a size 5.
The confirmation came through as a size 9 and Bluefly blamed me for their mistake and sent the wrong size despite numerous emails from me asking them to cancel the transaction.
They were not helpful and actually abusive.
I have been a heavy consumer of designer fashion for almost 50 years and believe Bluefly is the worst platform. The worst!
Do yourself a favor any do not do business with this company.
Even if you have to pay more, skip this horrible web seller.

Made purchase, don't fit, returned. Zero communication and customer service. Plus time to process a return is exorbitant. Price competitive but lots of better option with actual communication and some customer service. Shop elsewhere
I ordered a saint Laurent belt. I received the wrong brand of belt. They refuse to send me the correct item, and are making me pay $13 to return the item they sent by mistake. Not sure why you would change the customer when you made the mistake and sent the wrong item. Then proceed to do nothing about it. I do not recommend this company. You are better off shopping from somewhere else
My first time buying consigned (except for ebay and Etsy). This site is a gosh diddly scam, whatever they Were, they are No More.
What's happened to me, like many reviews below, is that a wrong address was automatically chosen, with no recourse to rectify the situation. They have a disclaimer that they do not cancel orders or change addresses. How am I one of many people who's 'wrong address' was automatically inputed. This is a scam. Based on other reviews you probably don't want it anyway, but I am going to try my hardest to get my money back. Even if the package is undelivered, read below what fun adventure awaits. Call 911, I have been robbed. Disgraceful. Blew fly boogers all over that nasty warehouse floor while they steal your credit card info and scam you into a purchase you can't back out of. I'm calling the FBI. I will get that money back, Mark my words.
I ordered sneakers. After almost 2 weeks and I did not receive notification of my order status. I contacted the merchant via email and was given the "runaround" and told to be patient. This is my first experience with this merchant and my last. My recommendation, don't buy anything from this merchant.

Avoid this company. My order was never delivered, they asked me to file a claim with USPS which I did. The outcome of the claim is that USPS confirmed the order was not delivered and blue fly is still refusing to issue a refund. Really poor business practices.
Fake items! I messed up and ordered a Gucci bag that Ive wanted for a couple years and thought since it was discounted it was because it was possibly aging out since it's not the popular gold hardware. Anyway, knew the bag was fake when it showed up it broken stitches. Hired an authenticator online and they confirmed it was fake. I sent an email to Bluefly with the certificate confirming the flaws and it was fake. Bluefly responded with the normal lies that counterfeit companies would say, they are third party and their products are legit. They even said the company I hired wasn't certified. So they are calling the other company liars. What Bluefly doesn't realize some people won't allow you to defraud them and say nothing. My job is going after fraudulent people and companies. I will be reporting and exposing this fraulent company to everyone, refund or not.
Today I received an email per paypal and bluefly that my $68.10 was refunded. Although It took several reviews and continuous calls, complaints and emails. I'm very appreciative that my money was returned. Thank you for posting my review but I stand strongly on the one Star. Bluefly customer service has been the worst experience I've endured as an online customer needing assistance. I'm always online shopping and at times I know people will say they didn't receive a item and did. I'm not one of those people I truly believe in Karma and that saying "What goes around comes around" as well as "honestly is the best policy" I felt bullied with this company but I didn't give up. I've contacted Bluefly several times in the past 4 days via email as I'm not aware of a number to call. My package was sent fedex by a third-party vendor per Bluefly. I don't have any information on the vendor as I purchased from Bluefly and weren't given that information. I contacted fedex to investigate the delivery and I'm told the item was delivered and signed. It says it was signed by S. Latrice which is not my name and shows a pdf of a signature that has a different signature name that I don't know. Fedex said they spoke with driver that states the package was delivered to my address and signed by residence but it was left at main entrance. I don't have a main entrance. I live in a four-plex apartment where 3 units are upstairs 1 unit downstairs and signs pointing upstairs where each unit is with the address in plain sight. Bluefly said I made several threats about filing a dispute in which I did not. Then Bluefly said I didn't give them or the vendor a chance to resolve the issue. I don't feel Bluefly made much of an effort to resolve the issue. I have several emails per our conversation in which I submitted with a dispute and the infomation from fedex delivery. Some of the files were to big to download so I edited them and resent.
Bought my daughter a pair of earrings from Blue Fly this year and paid for expedited shipping so they would arrive by Christmas. They sent me completely the wrong item, and have done exactly nothing to correct their mistake. We are a week past Christmas, and I still don't have the gift I paid for. Awful experience. People make mistakes, but refusing to correct them and leaving your customers hanging out to dry is not ok. Buyer Beware.
Bluefly will not allow you to exchange an item purchased that is the wrong size. Even if they have the right one in stock. I got sucked into buying a pair of shoes for a gift for my daughter that didn't fit. It didn't occur to me to check their exchange policy beforehand. My bad. However, I don't think I have ever purchased anything I could not exchange for the correct size. They also charge a restocking fee. As well as postage. Which is understandable, but my 87.xx purchase ended up in a refund of 60.xx. Not cool.
Just received my order for my Gucci Flashtrek's, took about 4 days to get to my home here in California. I was a little scared to order due to the reviews and the sus discount (the shoes are normally $1700 but got them for around $480) but I was like screw it and took the risk and copped em, I couldn't be happier.
Terrible service. Almost like a scam. Paid for a large designer bag but got a small one instead. Sent emails and chatted with reps, but just said they are working on it. I'm losing $500 for nothing because of their mistake. (Never return your wrong items, you will not get any refunds)
I've spent thousands of dollars here - items are misrepresented on site and then they claim they cannot be returned as they were marked final sale. Now I'm stuck with expensive merchandise that does not fit. There is no customer appreciation - very poor customer service. Beyond frustrated. Angry and broke.
Worst customer service they lie about processing your return and make empty promises. Waiting for credit for two months now. Returned items with in 10 days of purchase. Don't trust this company they tell there reps to stall. Filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Visa.
Don't waste money on this site. Tried to return 2 dresses that arrived new years eve. Tried to return online kept saying not found. Then we moved. Sent email how do I return. Never answered never got threw to real person. Sent more emails. Finally got response. It is now a few days past the 21 day return policy. Really look at dates of all emails. I had bought b4 in past years never returned. Items still being sold exceptions can be made I will except store credit. Sorry no. Ok u lose a customer. So sorry nothing can be done. Good luck. Ordered shoes, never received a confirmation. Paypal says they listed a pending order then retracted it. Bluefly never bothered to respond. Always check small company reviews before ordering, my bad for not doing so this time.
