My aunt passed July 4th weekend in Massachusetts. Bloomex assured me it would be outsourced to local flower shop in Fall River Mass. I paid in US dollars. I asked originally for it to be sent to funeral home.- address was provided. She was buried on Saturday, no flowers. I asked for refund as of today, they still were not delivered. How incompetent can this management be? The warehouse is in USA!
This was ridiculous service i ever had.
I have ordered flowers for Tuesday and Wednesday evening I received an email that its has been updated but not delivered.

Wish I had read the reviews earlier. Ordered a sympathy package, fresh flowers, to be delivered on Monday for a family, however, came Tuesday no delivery so I contacted bloomex, they said it would be fixed for delivery the next day, Wednesday I tracked and contacted them again, they made excuses that the 3rd party, Purolator courier couldn't deliver to that area. I was beyond disappointed and told them I paid for the shipping to bloomex, I wouldn't deal with any 3rd party whatsoever and I requested for a refund. Instead I received an email telling me that the order had been forwarded to the delivery with tracking number linked to fedex but couldn't be available. But I tracked Purolator with the number only to find out that order had been all over the places and ended up at Canada post office to be picked up. At this point I am not expecting any flowers would be fresh and it's upsetting to have someone just lost the loved one to pick up dead flowers. Their management team seems to be cowardly to make a call but just kept sending emails to repeat the customer satisfaction ironically. Just wanted to warn others to avoid spending your hard earned money to be rewarded with this frustration, insults.

I chose bunch of flowers based on a picture in their website and confirmed it with their agent before ordering! Agent clearly told me it would be 15 roses plus 5 lilies while teh delivered flower had only 3 roses and 3 lilies and they charged me for over $90! I was so embarrassed and asked them to return my money or resend the proper flower! However, after several calls nothing happened and they didn't return my

Two weeks ago submitted an online flower delivery order with Bloomex.ca. They were unable to complete the order in the amount of time that was initially promised, so asked if it would be ok for the flowers to be delivered the following day, again they were not able to. Not able to refund only give credit to my account. Today, went to use the credit on my account. Could not find in account information (which is very minimal on the website-you are unable to make any changes e.g email address initially entered accidently had an 'e' at the end of.com and you cannot even make those small changes). Used chat feature to figure out where to find credit on account and how to apply it. Chat agent said would need to put email address in coupon code box to apply credit. This box did not appear at any point during check out process. Credit card was charged before delivery information or "complete order" button was clicked. I was unable to refresh page or cancel order despite closing the webpage and re-opening it multiple times, across multiple devices-kept wanting me to complete the order (which again, was already charged to my credit card). Chat agent said they would cancel the order from there end, but were unable to direct me as to how to leave the "complete order page". Advised to call a phone agent. Contact phone agent. Phone agent stated that the order was still active and they could cancel it. Also informed that credit on account could not be used for the order as the order was already "discounted/on sale" on the website. Not able to offer a refund only offered to give credit AGAIN. I have used Bloomex.ca plenty of times in the past, but I feel it is now a scam service. Beware.
I paid for 12 roses and only 7 were delivered... the store says i can get a credit...i want credit card refunded... i am not interested in buying again from bloomex AND BE PENALIZED for their huge unacceptable error...IF I USE THE 44.99 CREDIT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND 14.99 S AND H...BEWARE!
I ordered the bouquet shown below but with 12 roses for a dear friend in a palliative care hospital. While roses were lovely, they were flanked by 2 big leaves NOT the beautiful greenery and tiny white flowers in the photo. Imagine my surprise when I saw it. I wanted to cry! I could have bought a nicer bouquet at Sobeyes for $35.99 but I paid a whopping 83.00!
Due to the nature of my friend's illness, I could not take a pic of the bouquet that was delivered.
My friend deserved better than this!

Had order a Cookies and Chocolate Basket for Father's Day. Received it in the afternoon around after calling about it. The chocolate had melted all over the basket because it was probably sitting in a hot vehicle for hours. When opened one of the chocolate boxes had expiry date on it. Called to complain about the issue. Replied back with photos and didn't hear back with any email messages. Called again to see what is happening and still no resolution to the issue. Won't be order from this place again.

I got burned $200 on flowers for my mom's 65 birthday which came 2 days late and dead. They tried to lie and say they were delivered but my mom lived in assisted housing with a 24 check in person at the door. Complete thieves, avoid these guys for ever.
My flowers were almost dead not like my friend did order worst flowers i never received in my life. I wont recommend this company, always better to find a florist in the town you are sending the flowers. Plus they were delivering the flower through Purolator with a night over imagine the flowers next day!
I sent flower for mothers day on may 14th and she never received them. When I contacted the website, they where not at all understanding and simply said that the managing team would get back to me. With no news from them, I had to call them again. Customer service said they could re-send the flowers. Of course, the harm is done, I paid extra money to have i delivered the same day and they never did it, so what is the point of resending flowers 2 weeks later. Anyways, worst service, worst customer service, just a big scam.
Well to make a long story short, this company is so bad
1.ordered flowers they never arrived, they gave me a credit, not good enough, but having no choice ordered again however the credit did not included taxes or shipping, had to pay again.
2. Second order arrived 2 days late, and delivery person asks for the recipient to go downstairs to get flowers.hum not good service
3. These were birthday flowers the card said happy birthday, but the box said sympathy. Now that is totally unacceptable.
Please do not use this company they do not call back when you leave a message.

Ordered May 11th for May 14th Mother's Day. Wasn't delivered for 13 days, WITHOUT NOTICE of late delivery. When I called to ask for a refund, I was hung up on by the "customer service" rep, then told by the second rep who took my call that there was no management person to talk to. I will NOT be using their awful services any longer.
Flowers were three days late for mother's day and arrived squished in a box, half wilted and broken. Multiple attempts to contact the company with zero response back. Choose anyone else.

Very poor service even if the problem comes from them. Not negotiable, no supervisor available to speak to. Are willing to reimburse you for the products but not the taxes nor the delivery charges even if the package was delivered to the wrong person and not at the hour requested on the order! Very disappointed by their behavior. Never again will I order from them.
I ordered 2 dozen roses for my mother's funeral service. Wrote a card to be included from my brother and I. The day before the service the manager called and said they could not get the 2 dozen white roses, but instead could send a single rose and lily arrangement or send us 2 dozen mixed color roses. We chose the 2 dozen mixed roses (my mother hated lilies) The next day a single rose arrangement arrives with a sympathy card written for a different deceased...I called repeatedly and to date no credit or apology for such an egregious error. This is not a reliable company

I live in Toronto and sent my Mother in law flowers for Mother's Day. She got dead flowers. She called me to let me know same day. I called Bloomex and they said nothing they can do about it, only thing is to open an investigation. It was 2 days before Mother's Day and they didn't even attempt to resend new fresh flowers to my mother in law. A week passed. Nothing from Bloomex. So I emailed them explaining the issue. Again a few days pass and nothing from Bloomex. So I emailed again. This time I get a response saying nothing I can do since it's policy to submit a request within 24hours (which I did). Do I call and they say oh ya, I see the notes on your account, I'll follow up by email with a change. So I get and I'm saying they can give me half the money I spent as store credit and they can not credit the taxes and delivery charges. Which was half the price in the first place. I want to warn those thinking Bloomex will deliver with what you see on the site. Save your money, time and go somewhere else. I have never experienced such a horrendous experience. Bloomex is a thief. I will never get misled and taken advantage by them ever again. I spent $50 and they are offering $24.99 credit.
The flowers arrived in a sorry condition, with a few flowers almost dead. The card that was supposed to also come with the bouquet was missing and yet to get a response from the emails I sent to their customer service.
