Bloomex accepts delivery orders to hospitals that they know they cannot complete due to COVID restrictions. Instead of refunding customers their money, they try to blame the customer and then issue a useless "store credit" that cannot be used to cover—get this!—the cost of delivering flowers! Bloomex is not an honest company. I won't trust them again; given their track record of dishonest business practices (https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/online-florist-delivery-marketplace-1.*******) neither should you. I should add that Bloomex has ignored requests to discuss my situation. They don't care.
My Aunt has just passed. Your florist shop is local to where she lived. I ordered from Canada, and was kept informed by email, when the flowers would be delivered. The family sent me a photo of them once they arrived. They were just like what I ordered from your website... beautiful рџЂThank you
Ordered flowers for a specific occasion, made sure that address was within delivery area and confirmed. Provided all the details before placing an order. Did not receive the order on agreed date, they arrived 3 days after and in horrible condition. The response from customer service is inadequate and they offer you credit. So this is basically fraud, you don't get the service nor product and they don't issue refunds only credit for future use. Who in their right mind would use them again!?
Ordered a moderately priced arrangement 3 days in advance for a family members funeral through Bloomex, going to the funeral home. Bloomex cancelled noting 'undeliverable' just hours before the service, claiming they will issue a 'credit'. I asked for a full refund since they made a sober occasion even worse. Still fighting with them and my bank for cancelling charges. Gotta be scammers! AVOID!
Having given hardly any notice for next day delivery, these florists came up trumps. Perfect flowers for a funeral, fresh and the colours where such a celebration of life. Fresh flowers meant to last with such a beautiful smell. I have used several other companies but nothing compares to Bloomex! I can honestly say a big thank you to everyone concerned and will definitely be purchasing more
I ordered flowers and they still haven't been delivered more than 5 weeks late. Customer service is appalling. No attempt to rectify the situation, they refused to refund me and are now ignoring my emails
Ordered "Christmas Wishes' centre piece for my friends birthday. What was delivered looked nothing like advertised... I was so embarrassed when my friend sent me a pic of what was delivered. Bloomex said the florist ran out of flowers! They have not satisfactorily made up for this debacle. I would never, ever buy again from these people.
Both my Wife and I have been very busy with work of late, no time for outing and family fun time as we are use too. I surprised my better half at her office with flowers delivery and she said most beautiful flower gallery and the quality was top-notch. All thanks to Bloomex she really love it.
My aunt passed July 4th weekend in Massachusetts. Bloomex assured me it would be outsourced to local flower shop in Fall River Mass. I paid in US dollars. I asked originally for it to be sent to funeral home.- address was provided. She was buried on Saturday, no flowers. I asked for refund as of today, they still were not delivered. How incompetent can this management be? The warehouse is in USA!
Well to make a long story short, this company is so bad
1.ordered flowers they never arrived, they gave me a credit, not good enough, but having no choice ordered again however the credit did not included taxes or shipping, had to pay again.
2. Second order arrived 2 days late, and delivery person asks for the recipient to go downstairs to get flowers.hum not good service
3. These were birthday flowers the card said happy birthday, but the box said sympathy. Now that is totally unacceptable.
Please do not use this company they do not call back when you leave a message.

I ordered the bouquet shown below but with 12 roses for a dear friend in a palliative care hospital. While roses were lovely, they were flanked by 2 big leaves NOT the beautiful greenery and tiny white flowers in the photo. Imagine my surprise when I saw it. I wanted to cry! I could have bought a nicer bouquet at Sobeyes for $35.99 but I paid a whopping 83.00!
Due to the nature of my friend's illness, I could not take a pic of the bouquet that was delivered.
My friend deserved better than this!
I sent 2 emails to customer service but no reply!

Purchased deluxe ( upgraded!) bouquet for my daughter birthday. Website pictures are misleading and NOT represent what they sell in reality. Customer Service refers to return policy, but people taking your order fail to bring return/refund/exchange ( whatever is applicable) policy to your attention. They MUST, but hey do not. Delivered arrangement is not even close to that I've purchased based on the picture. Customer Service is useless. AVOID BY ANY MEANS. Zero stars.
We paid extra to have it delivered by noon. At 4:30 we were told that they can't guarantee early delivery but it would be there between 4 and 6. Very difficult to get through to service agent. Their phone system keeps hanging up. It finally came and the box was delivered upside down. Fortunately the flowers weren't destroyed. The flowers were not quite what was ordered. The vase was completely different than what was ordered. Overall a one star is generous.
Bought a brightly coloured, sunshine bouquet for my mum's birthday. She was thrilled with them! Quick & easy process; prompt delivery & lasted longer than any she has got from a shop! Highly recommended!
Mother's Day flowers arrived wilted, browning, petals falling off, not the flowers we ordered. Unarranged with an elastic band holding it together in a white grocery bag. We ordered a vase but that arrived lying on its side with no water. Bloomex not willing to give a refund. They said the photos we submitted - some with naked stems (flowers had been cut off by the "florist") were within keeping with their policies. I. e. They are comfortable with delivering dead garbage.
When my cousin got her birthday flowers she was so delighted! They were great! No delays, no wilted or broken flowers. Everything was perfect. It was the first time I used Bloomex and had a good experience. Would buy from them again. They have a wide range of flower arrangements and gift baskets. Thinking of ordering a coffee basket for my friend.
I ordered flowers for a friends birthday on Friday, to be delivered Saturday. Saturday came and nothing was delivered, Sunday I received an email that my order was changed. By Thursday the flowers had still not been delivered so I contacted support. I spoke with Naseem who explained to me the address doesn't exist (I have sent things to this address in the past.), and said there's no option for refund but if I give a different address they'll send a bouquet. I don't have another address to give as I don't know anyone else who lives in Manitoba. See on my order page delivery would be May 21, and today is May 26.
There is always a potential issue when you use the services of a florist so far away. This is the third time I've used, and I am very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Don't believe the pi tires on their web site. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers for my granddaughter costing $115.00 and she received a dozen roses totally opened. When I called to complain I was told not to go by the pictures on line and they have the right to change the order. What a scam!
My parents sent me some flowers as a surprise, and they are truly beautiful. Healthy, fresh, vibrant flowers and very well presented in a box with water bag and bow. Also came with a hand written card with my parents message on, leaflet about the company, plant food and a card for the local florist who prepared my flowers. It was a nice touch knowing which local florist had made the bouquet. I have used Interflora previously when ordering flowers, but now I will be looking at Bloomex first.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
