I wrote a review nearly a week ago and would like our concerns to be heard, addressed and compensated.

"After having a horrible experience a few years ago we thought maybe things had changed and tried to use Bloomex again. Needless to say, we were burned yet again.
An order was placed to be delivered on Dec 30th. It was confirmed. Payment was made. Order accepted etc.
The person's birthday was Dec 31st so ordered ahead due to the actual day being possibly busy and New Year's Eve.
Four days later the flowers are now just in transit. This is unacceptable! If I am paying for a delivery service with a choice of date which was Saturday then flowers are to be delivered on that day unless there is an act of God. Ie. Tornado, hurricane or crazy snowstorm. There were none of these. This is unprofessional, undependable and the service is sorely lacking.
We would like a refund as this family's member is several provinces away and the flowers are now several days late and AFTER what we paid and agreed on. See photos for evidence as posted online.
Said family member shared they FINALLY received flowers which were already wilting! See attached photo.
I trust this will be heard, addressed and fixed in a very timely manner.

January 29th - sent another email. FINALLy somebody sends an email, nearly a month after birthday flowers were delayed several days later and they were BROWN, after we sent reviews and emails. A simple apology and oh here is a store credit. Why would we ever want or recommend your atrocious service to another? We will never buy from you again so a credit means nothing. Refund us please!

I used to be a customer of Bloomex who encouraged friends to send orders through them. NEVER AGAIN.
My little sister ordered a custom bouquet for my birthday, she wanted to go all out for me and confirmed with the person she spoke with that her requests wouldn't be a problem, that they had everything in stock in terms of what she wanted.
She paid over $70 for the extremely thoughtful surprise custom bouquet.
What I received was not at all what she ordered.
Not only was the bouquet wrong, it wasn't any of my favourite colours which she had specifically asked for, and the quality was less than that of those I purchase for myself for under $20 at the grocery store!
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED? NOT AT ALL.
I've had bouquets from them, I trim and care for my bouquets and in the past they've lasted a month. Heck, the way I care for them even the grocery store bouquets last three weeks. The bouquet I received was in shambles a week later.
I called Bloomex, I confirmed with the person on the phone that yes it was indeed satisfaction guaranteed. I told her my story and she was shocked and told me that she was forwarding it to higher ups, that they would right this issue, and that they would get back to me. She took my contact information. They did not get back to me.
My sister also reached out to them, then was told they couldn't help her because she didn't send photos. She had not been asked for photos, so she provided those right away.
A month went by, and the customer service/follow up was hardly satisfaction guaranteed. I called them back, and emailed. So did she. Now, we've been told that "In accordance with our policy, we are unable to refund orders that been confirmed, prepared, and sent out for delivery. " Only the bouquet that was confirmed was NOT the bouquet that was prepared and sent out!
What ARE they willing to do? Give her a store credit of $20.
Folks... She paid $73.44... and they're not only giving her less than she paid, but less than it takes to ship their smallest bouquet! As though she would give them MORE of her hard earned money!
Do yourself a favour, take your business elsewhere. Your local florists will treat you far better, and a far less likely to take advantage of you than this company.
This company provided the worst service I have encountered in my 50 years on this earth. I will never use them again and I recommend if you ever need flowers for a special occasion never depend on this company.
I searched on Google for a reliable flower service to deliver flowers to my fiancé on Valentines day. I ordered 4 days before valentines. I subsequently received confirmation that two orders of roses were going to be delivered to my fiancé. They charged me twice smh. I called customer service to request to have one order cancelled. They were unable to do this as the driver had the flowers already. They did however provide me with the drivers number. I spoke to the driver on Valentine's day morning. He told me he had two sets of flowers to be delivered to my fiancé smh. I told him to deliver just one. 6:30 pm Valentines evening the flowers had not been delivered yet. I sent the driver a text at 8:30pm. He replied and said he was not able to deliver the flowers he would do it Monday? Absurd! After reaching out to customer service I received generic messages not addressing the issue. The repeatedly sent me messages saying they would do the delivery after Valentine's day. ABSURD! They did credit back the duplicate but yet to this date I have not received a refund even after sending customer service the multiple texts between me and the driver in which he said he would not be delivering.
I will never use the joke of a company again and I suggest if you are sending flowers to a loved one don't use this company they do not care about their customers as proven in this case. Remember when doing a Google search first listing is rarely the best listing as I have learned the hard way. What a disgraceful company
I am sorry if anyone saw my review which mistakenly had BloomexAU as the site I was reviewing. It was Bloomex.CA that I had my problem with. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister's birthday to be delivered on Jan 25/21. I ordered on-line and the order was confirmed for delivery on the 25th of January. The bouquet was delivered on Friday, Jan. 22/21 instead of Monday, January 25th as requested and confirmed. My sister also mentioned that the arrangement looked limp. I was so very disappointed as this was a bouquet for a 65th birthday, a very special day. I contacted Bloomex but they said that they did not delivered to that area on a Monday. They had no answer as to why their site confirmed delivery for the 25th. I explained that if I had known that they could not deliver on that day that I would have gone to a different florist. I asked for a refund because of the wrong delivery date and because my sister said the flowers looked limp and actually by her birthday, they were worn out. ( I did send them a picture of the flowers, in their drooping state, but they said they were "lovely".) I was told they did not do refunds, but they could give me a discount on the purchase. That was not good enough as it was their error. But they would not give me a refund. Beware of their on- line site if you order that way. Follow it up with a phone call. It would be better to phone in the order. I have used them before, but this has left a very unpleasant sensation with me. I will never use them again. On the 25th of January my sister received many bouquets, ordered in and around her town, they were lovely. One was even delivered at the correct time requested so her friends could surprise her being outside at the same time. Again, poor customer service and confirmation on-line does not actually mean that you have flowers delivered on the requested date..
Ordered White Roses, lilies and carnations for my boss's wife funeral. The were suppose to 35" high 25" wide with 52 flowers (as I ordered the supersize) and ribbon to be delivered to the funeral home to be brought to the church.
Didnt arrive at the funeral home, arrived at the church 2 hours late, the flower arrangement had 28 flowers, no roses, and measurement 22" high. Also, I get an email saying they used a local flower shop and went by their prices. If I wanted to us a local flower shop I would have done it myself.
They stated they do not come to my town, didn't mention anything upon ordering or the 3 days prior to funeral, or after I called them 3 times that day, customer service said they were on route...the heck they were..., I did order over the phone, so I got alot of info on how they should be, as I like to ask questions, the flower arrangement was so disappointing, nothing like what I ordered.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT DIAPPOINTMENT...THATS ALL YOU WILL GET!
Excellent service, I ordered the flowers at 2am from Vancouver and they were delivered by 2pm that day.
I have been using Bloomex now for years, I send my mom flowers every Mother's Day and on her birthday and she loves them every single occasion!
I have ordered few Times in the past with Bloomex so I trusted them. I made 2 different orders in the same day for 2 defferent Friends.
First order:
I left clear notes for delivery as my Friend lives in a Bachelor but they still left it at thé wrong address so her neighbour saw it Coming back from work and it was outside for a while. Bloomex Ask for the récipient contact number but dont call them so totally unnecessary to request that at Time of ordering.
**They sent the wrong flowers. I ordered 50 blooms of alstroemerias and paid Deluxe to even have more blooms. She received 15 closed tulips instead... looked like nothing. I also paid an extra for a Teddy and a card but they replaced the Teddy by chocolates full of Bad ingredients, palm oil and other stuff +lactose etc... my Friend is severely lactose intolérant and has food allergies. I sent this to make her feel better in difficult Times and she ended up receiving whatever. Nobody advised me. Nobody answered chat for 2 days, held online forever, called but they dont take lines, left many emails but got NO reply for that order...
Second order: Friend received the right basket but did not received the Teddy Bear and nobody advised me, I had to learn it first when I spoke to my Friend and then Bloomex offered me a 15% discount code which is pretty Bad considering they have the same discount on their site at the moment and usually have better deals.
So, so, so disappointed for wasting so much Time trying to get an answer and feeling like customers don't matter to them.
I will never order from them again. I have pictures, screenshots that I kept and sent to them to see if they would cooporate first but now I Hope nobody goes through the same issues as me.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
