My delivery from Bloomex is amazing, and was carefully packaged. Great service and the flowers are fresh and very well presented.

Arrangements always beautifully done and all my recipients were delighted to brighten up their moods and day to have Bloomex flowers.

Logged in to order flowers for a Canadian resident - I am from the UK

Looked around found what I wanted - price seemed ok - added to the basket - proceed with checkout (hit with a large delivery fee but I accepted this)
Finished payment and all's well you think

Then I go to check my account and they have decided to take the money the money out as US not CAD - therefore making the purchase 1/3 more expensive than advertised

Opened an online chat and they said it's in their terms and conditions that they charge US to international cards
I asked to cancel - they wanted $25 to cancel an item I purchased 20 mins previous

I ask you this
Why is there no promt or notification on any of the pages I navigated during purchase to tell
Me of such an inflated charge

This company are thieves... nothing less than criminals

Yes you have it in your terms and conditions - but telling us you are going to steal more money than advertised on the product doesn't make you any less of a criminal

I shouldn't have to trawl through the small print to see if I am going to be charged more than advertised

Purchased flowers for my mother twice so far from the Winnipeg store. She was thrilled with the quality of the bouquets and the delivery service.

This time was very good. The only reason it was not 5 stars, was in previous times they have missed deadlines on very important holidays.

First the people didn't even get the flowers I ordered. The flowers they got were horrible and I could have done a better job picking from my garden. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS, HORRIBLE

Ordered flowers for my mom, from my dad in long term care, for their anniversary. I picked the purply pink bouquet described as " full and hearty handcrafted and hand-tied "Bunch" of fresh cut, lavender seasonal flowers heavily accented with delicate fillers.

Featuring a combination of fresh cut flowers carefully contrasted with exotic fillers to produce a trendy mix of textures and colours. A hand-tied stream of rustic raffia completes the arrangement. The result... a breath-taking contemporary bouquet. "
What I got was a mishmash of white, green, orange and red with a sprinkle of pink carnations. Basically a cheaply made $20 grocery store bouquet at best. Their $39.99 regular price 79.99 bouquet that I supersized for an additional $15. The red gerbera was already wilting, the orange random flowers were in terrible shape and there were several broken flowers. The discount code I used from their website was accepted in the order but then I was charged full price at the end of the transaction. I also added a balloon to the order that never arrived.
I called and left a message with their customer service line. I have still not been called back. I did receive an email in which they offered to refund me for the balloon and offered me a credit for my next order. They claim they have a policy on substitution. This is non existent on the website! If they think I'm ever doing business with them again they're out of their mind! Companies like this should be shut down and face serious fines and a lawsuit for their fradulent practices! Never order from them! Call a local flower shop who actually cares about their customers. Bloomex does not. Their positive reviews are lies! I still want my refund Bloomex! Every holiday season I'll be here to make sure everyone knows what you're really about!

Two weeks ago submitted an online flower delivery order with Bloomex.ca. They were unable to complete the order in the amount of time that was initially promised, so asked if it would be ok for the flowers to be delivered the following day, again they were not able to. Not able to refund only give credit to my account. Today, went to use the credit on my account. Could not find in account information (which is very minimal on the website-you are unable to make any changes e.g email address initially entered accidently had an 'e' at the end of.com and you cannot even make those small changes). Used chat feature to figure out where to find credit on account and how to apply it. Chat agent said would need to put email address in coupon code box to apply credit. This box did not appear at any point during check out process. Credit card was charged before delivery information or "complete order" button was clicked. I was unable to refresh page or cancel order despite closing the webpage and re-opening it multiple times, across multiple devices-kept wanting me to complete the order (which again, was already charged to my credit card). Chat agent said they would cancel the order from there end, but were unable to direct me as to how to leave the "complete order page". Advised to call a phone agent. Contact phone agent. Phone agent stated that the order was still active and they could cancel it. Also informed that credit on account could not be used for the order as the order was already "discounted/on sale" on the website. Not able to offer a refund only offered to give credit AGAIN. I have used Bloomex.ca plenty of times in the past, but I feel it is now a scam service. Beware.

The flowers were beautiful, arrived on time, and were tastefully arranged! Would absolutely recommend!

This is a terrible company. We ordered flowers for a lady that just lost her husband. No delivery call and the flowers were in a cardboard box on her step. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
