Used Bloomex several times for deliveries to relatives in Calgary. The flowers are always very fresh and last for a long time.

Flowers didn't arrive and food hamper was cheap and nasty. This company should be held accountable for basically stealing from people.

On June 1/2020 I places an order for flowers for a funeral, beautiful in blue, with a vase and card I also bumped the order up the the largest they sell, two days later the order came, vase broken card crumpled at the bottom of the box, and the tips of the lilies turning brown not to mention not 1 blue flower in the bunch? Sent back was told it wasn't blooms fault, but they would send out another as it wasn't my fault either, 2 more days pass and still nothing 3 emails and 2 phone calls and I was told on Friday night at 4pm they have no flowers in stock and will send them out next week Tuesday at the earliest, The funeral was over on Wednesday and the lady on the phone said to me, I don't know why you are mad at me it's not my fault. I asked how would you feel? I feel like a complete idiot for putting my trust in an online flower company, what am I supposed to say 1 1/2 weeks later when I show up with the flowers that's if they even come.! I asked for the manager and was told managers only communicate by email.! $80 gone no flowers and when I said I want my money back they had the nerve to say you can have store credit.! R u kidding me.! So here I sit without flowers, vase and card and out my $80... I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, please look into This company before you order From them especially if it's for something so significant as a funeral. Before my review they only had a 3.5 * I wish I had looked into them before I placed my order. Once bitten twice shy!

Delivered, on time, to my partner's hotel. They were beautiful, as expected. The chocolates were high quality, and very much enjoyed!

Handled a tricky delivery without any problems and the flowers were in incredible shape, a beautiful arrangement, will shop here again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and requested that they call when they deliver them which they did not. The recipient of the flowers wrote me this note:
"What a lovely surprise, thank you so much, I really appreciate the thought but wish you wouldn't spend your hard earned money on me. I just have to tell you that though the bouquet is very large, they stuffed it in a box that was too small and crushed some of the outer flowers and there are four roses, one had turned black and the petals were falling off two others and I don't think the carnations will open. Also thank God [her husband] was home, he heard a noise and went to check and there they were, they didn't ring the bell or call. I really think you should get a refund, I'm going to try to send you a picture, they look lovely after a bit of TLC. "
BTW this was not the first "not great experience" I had with them. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt... my mistake!
Their reply to my complaint:

As per our recent correspondence with you, we only received your initial concerns over 5 days after having received the product. Should we have known that something was wrong with your order, we would have immediately found a suitable solution for you. According to our policy, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality/composition within 24 hours following the delivery date. We have used Bloomex for 6+ years and are so impressed with the quality of service. Never had any issues with our orders and ordering online is easy!

The website is better now. In the past I have had a lot of trouble trying to order flowers. This last time went through without a hitch!
