My friend for her flowers on time! They were beautiful. I live in BC and she lives in NS. It was great to make her birthday awesome!

I recommend the service for special occasions that merit a present of this type and will make use of their services again in the future when required

Beyond frustrated. I placed an order on July 22nd for a very time sensitive, VERY important event on July 26th with Bloomex because they boast of "Next Day Delivery", so to be sure the order arrived on time I ordered 4 full days in advance. The bouquet was only Medium sized and delivery was NOT rushed for the company any it was still over $70, which I still happily paid knowing how important these flowers were to the recipient. However, at 4pm on the 26th I hadn't heard any news of delivery so I called the company and the agent coolly and casually mentioned, with no apology, that they wouldn't be delivered until around 2pm the following day. He then said the company offers no refunds and if he said otherwise it would be a lie. He made no apology, said it's totally out of their control, and ended the phone call with a cool "bye." And now the $70 flowers are useless, and it's much too late to place an order with a different company for the very special occasion. I do not recommend Bloomex.

I would never order flowers through Bloomex again, and strongly advise other not to either due to the following issues which occurred with my order:

1. I wanted to send flowers to a friend during quarantine, but her condo was closed to visitors, so I provided detailed contact instructions for the delivery, which are common for flower deliveries and during Covid-19 circumstances.

2. Bloomex processed my payment (took my money) without telling me they wouldn't provide the service I requested in my instructions. If they couldn't follow my instructions, they should've informed me and I would've immediately cancelled my order.

3. Because the instructions were not followed, the recipient did not receive her flowers until much later, when they were found by someone in the spot they were randomly placed. The box had her phone number on it, but she was not contacted (as I instructed in my order). Therefore, when she finally got it, the flowers were dead.

4. The system did not notify me of the delivery. If it had I could've fixed this, and notified my friend myself when they were delivered.

5. I tried calling Bloomex multiple times and left many voicemails asking about the order. They never called me back.

6. When I found out what happened, I requested a refund and they denied any refund and did not apologize. They have the worst customer service I've ever received.

Again, I won't ever order through Bloomex again, and I'd strongly advise your to think twice before ordering through them. Consider a local florist who needs the business and will take care of your order.

Flower delivered exactly as promised. I did not see the flowers but the recipient said they were beautiful.
