DISGUSTING Customer Service!
I ordered flowers through a Bloomex agent on the phone and they confirmed all the details.The day of my grandmother's funeral, I received a TEXT saying Bloomex would not be delivering the flowers for the funeral. No phone call, no explanation. I tried calling for 2 days with Bloomex's phones going to voicemail. I asked several times for a manager to call me. No-one called me back. I received several copy & paste responses, even after I emailed them to STOP sending me copy & paste responses. Apparently, Bloomex will send my grandmother's funeral flowers for another time in the future. My grandmother only had one funeral and we missed it and there were no flowers from us! This is the most disgusting & insensitive response, I have ever heard.We will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will SHARE with everyone I know ( and don't know) about this absolutely APPALLING customer service!

I ordered a fruit basket for my son-in-law's parents in Calgary, Canada. When I placed the order I left 2 contact numbers with Bloomex to ensure a safe delivery of fresh fruit. Delivery was on December 12,2020. The delivery person didn't call either number and just left the basket at the end of the driveway IN THE SNOW! The fruit froze and so my son-in-law's parents tried to call Bloomex several times but could not get through so they tossed the fruit in the trash. I found out the following day what had happened from my son-in-law as his parents were too embarrassed to tell me. I immediately called customer service, which is impossible to get through to. I left three messages and no one called me back. The only way I could get through to customer service was through chat. The representative on chat told me that I had to provide pictures of the frozen fruit or they could not help me. I am in North Carolina, United States and my relatives are in Calgary, Canada. There is no way that I can get pictures of the fruit that has been tossed in the garbage. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. BUYERS BEWARE... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It was a great choice to buy flowers here. I've never seen such a good price, never.
Basket was delievered fastly, flowers smell very good and my mom loved the surprise.
This company is 100% fraud and a scam. I ordered a 24 piece deluxe fruit basket for my children and they received 6 apples, six oranges, a bruised mango and a rotten moldy pineapple for a total of 14 pieces. It arrived on the 29th of December. I was promised a return label via email on December 30, I asked them to send return label twice on Dec. 30, once on Dec 31, once on January first, once on January 2, twice on January 3rd which is now 6 days after my children received rotten fruit from this company and five days after I was promised a return label. My children begged me to let them throw this in the garbage. I told them to put it into a plastic garbage bag and put it out on their front porch. Later that night, this fruit basket was swarming with mice on their front porch. That was their last straw and their Christmas present went into the garbage.On January 4th they finally sent the label I was supposed to receive on December 30th, 6 days after my children received rotten fruit from their company for Christmas. There will be no refund now. This company has 1200+ complaints at the BBB and over 450 complaints this year alone on Facebook. Warn your friends and family not to waste their money on this company. Don't let them spend their hard earned money to become a victim of this company's fraud. My order number in case Bloomex cares to know is #*******
Ordered the flowers from the website at 10am on Christmas Eve, and the were delivered on time as described the same day around 3pm. The flowers lasted well and looked great.
I'm from Ukraine. Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Before Yesterday I have paid for bouquet with roses and lavender + cute box of chocolate candies. But yesterday my sister get cheaper carnations with 3 roses + cheaper candies ( I have photo screen with prices of sweets I paid for vs sweets that was delivered to my sister). The company changed all produtc from my order for worse. Company did this without my knowledge.
As for me, it's dishonest and not fair, that Bloomex is selling you worse and cheaper products, when you pay for and wait for the specific product at a higher price.
They say that some sort of flowers can be not available because of season. But, in my opinion, if some flowers don't grow at this season, thay can't be on website in this seasson!
I'm sure, that Bloomex hasn't good products (flowers and sweets). The products on website are sham. They take more money for better (sham) products and than they sell you worse products.
I am very upset, dissapoited and angry. My sister is far from home, far from me ant other close persons. I wanted she was surprided and happy. But the Bloomex company ruined all my good intentions.
My mother was pleased. 4 stars because it was a nice bouquet but didn't include the flower selection described online, i. E., no sunflowers.
The tulips were beautiful, but no directions on how to care for them. I have previously bought roses and they have always arrived with instructions.

I was looking for a delivery service in which I would be sure and tried to order flowers with Bloomex. They did good job.
My sister & her husband were delighted with the flowers we sent them for their wedding anniversary and they arrived on time. I would use the service.
Needed a delivery in a specific time slot which was carried out perfectly, with lovely flowers very well presented. I will use again.

Really can't fault these guys. They deliver fast, their flowers look good and they're priced reasonably. All these apply even around Valentine's day.

On September 13th I put in an order to be delivered on September 15th I was told it would be additional fee as I wanted flowers to be delivered first thing am on the 15th
I've had to call 7 times my sister got her flowers at 6 pm in the evening my day was ruined I live in Ontario she lives in Alberta her bday was ruined she was late for her bday diner I had to tell her that I had sent flowers they didn't even send what I ordered they put chocolates as a complimentary my sister is allergic to chocolate the arrangement came by fedex I couldn't believe it she had to put the arrangement together once delivered they gave me a credit of 4.00 bucks I couldn't believe it I'm a business owner of a very large chain I'll never order from this company again this is a 90.00 dollar order disappointed
Flowers arrived on time and in wonderful shape. The recipient loved them and said it was more than enough to make 2 bouquets!
So easy to use and prompt delivery. I will definitely use them again when sending flowers overseas. Thank you for great service

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
