I ordered some super snap dragons and what I got were some Chrysanthemums and when I complained they offered me a store credit and used the excuse of it was the busiest time of the year for them, and when I said no I want a refund they answered back and said we can give you a gift basket or store credit, and at first I chose the gift basket stupidly, but then I texted them back and told them that I canceled it, and I would appreciate a full refund, and I wake up today and find out that they still sent me the basket! I will never ever order from this place again, and neither should you.
I ordered a bouquet for mother day and they were going to deliver Sat. She finally got them on Monday and they were wilted and broke off. Contacted them and they would not give me a refund but a instore credit. Like I would use them again. Never again and I wish I read some comments before I ordered. Lesson learnt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT SEND WHAT YOU REQUESTED AND DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME.
I ordered a sympathy basket last May 16 to be delivered on May 20. May 20 came so I called them to confirm if it was already delivered and told me that they have to use a different courier and they will deliver them on Thursday. Thursday came, they still haven't delivered. I called them and they told me that they will deliver next week on a Wednesday or I will get my money back. Wednesday the following week came, I called them, they hang up on me. I chat with them and emailed them, still haven't delivered them. Finally, I beg them to communicate with me or I will have to get my money back. Friday came, they finally decided to refund my money. They haven't prepared it for 10 days or scheduled it for shipping. I cannot understand why these people just refuse to communicate with customers. I called 2x a day, emailed 2x and chat 2x but they refuse to answer me back, they only answered back because they were so sick and tired of hearing from me. Never order from this company ever. Avoid them by all means.
When ordering I made a slight mistake in that I ordered funeral flowers for my mums birthday. I called and they were soooo helpful, the flowers that were sent were beautiful too.
I ordered almost $200 worth of flowers, and made it known it was for my 7 year anniversary. They took my money and confirmed everything. An hour later, they called saying delivery was not possible until the next day. This really messed up my anniversary plans. The next day comes and I get an email at 11am saying that my order is in transit. So I sat around ALL DAY waiting. At 5pm, I emailed asking about it with no response. At 630 I started a live chat and was told, it will be there by the end of the day. When I asked when end of day was because it was already 630, Bella said "a manager will email you." So now I STILL have no flowers, and I can't even get an answer of when they may be here! ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Bloomex are the best. Easy process from order placement, payment, to delivery, but most importantly the flowers are gorgeousssss. Thanks Bloomex Company!

I have ordered from you several times to send to my friends into U. K and also to my daughter in Australia. Your service is faultless and I have never had to compain.
I used Bloomex specifically because they offered a bouquet of gerber daisies, my cousin's favourite flowers. The price was right so I chose the super sized bouquet, the amount of flowers she actually got, was pitiful for "super-sized". Not only that, but I specifically searched the town that she lives in thinking that the flowers would be from or close to there, no they were shipped by Fed Ex, and instead of arriving the same day, arrived 2 days late. I was given the wrong address for delivery, and my cousin and I spent 3 days fighting with Fed Ex on the phone to get the flowers delivered even though I specifically had to provide my cousin's phone number in order to complete the delivery order. If you're not going to call before delivery or if there's a mistake, why ask for the deliveree's phone number? Fed Ex kept the flowers even though they were only 10 minutes from my cousin's home (cousin couldn't pick up as she was isolating with Covid, hence why I was sending her the flowers), and when they finally did arrive, there was no water in the vase (which I had to pay extra for) and the flowers were brown and wilted. Absolutely horrendous arrangment and customer service. So disappointing.
Always super happy with the service and the product. I live in Canada and all my family is in the UK and this is a great way to send flowers. I am NEVER disappointed.

Ordered a bouquet fot my mum's 80th Birthday. Hoped it would be good as I live in France. Mum said it was a gorgeous bouquet and was delivered ( on time) in the morning so she could enjoy on the day!

Wish I had read the reviews earlier. Ordered a sympathy package, fresh flowers, to be delivered on Monday for a family, however, came Tuesday no delivery so I contacted bloomex, they said it would be fixed for delivery the next day, Wednesday I tracked and contacted them again, they made excuses that the 3rd party, Purolator courier couldn't deliver to that area. I was beyond disappointed and told them I paid for the shipping to bloomex, I wouldn't deal with any 3rd party whatsoever and I requested for a refund. Instead I received an email telling me that the order had been forwarded to the delivery with tracking number linked to fedex but couldn't be available. But I tracked Purolator with the number only to find out that order had been all over the places and ended up at Canada post office to be picked up. At this point I am not expecting any flowers would be fresh and it's upsetting to have someone just lost the loved one to pick up dead flowers. Their management team seems to be cowardly to make a call but just kept sending emails to repeat the customer satisfaction ironically. Just wanted to warn others to avoid spending your hard earned money to be rewarded with this frustration, insults.

Worst experience ever. I ordered flowers to be delivered at 8:30 this morning over the phone and confirmed they deliver to Alliston, Ontario. At 3:00pm I received an email that they cannot deliver because it is out of their delivery zone. I called to request a refund, the rep said he put my refund through. One hour later I receive an email that the flowers are being delivered the next day! By that time, I already ordered from another florist and when I called they said I cannot cancel. Unbelievable poor customer service. They simply do not care. They offered no resolution. First they send me an email that unfortunately they do not deliver to that area, so I said ok well then cancel, issue a refund. An hour later, an email arrives that my order is being delivered next day. No one cares, they just pass you around and hang up on you.
No refund on delivery was ever offered to me. This was a very stressful experience. Save yourself frustrations and use a different florist
