I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and received a notification that day (although at 9:30pm, but that's fine... I didn't specify a time and if they deliver on the correct day, that works) that they'd been delivered. I spoke with my mom and she said nothing was delivered.
Four days later, dead flowers arrived for her. I called Bloomex to request that they refund my order, as a handful of dead flowers four days later (especially after lying to me on the delivery date telling me they'd been delivered) isn't acceptable.
Bloomex won't allow me to speak with anyone on the phone, has blocked me from their Facebook page, and their live chat agents refuse to refund me or allow me to speak with someone in management. By email, I just receive form, copy-and-paste emails back telling me they won't refund my order.
I'm a long-time Bloomex customer and I honestly would have continued to use them if they'd done the right thing in the first place and refunded my order, because I understand that mistakes happen. Their customer service has been disgusting.
Bloomex is a criminal organization. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use them.
Ordered May 11th for May 14th Mother's Day. Wasn't delivered for 13 days, WITHOUT NOTICE of late delivery. When I called to ask for a refund, I was hung up on by the "customer service" rep, then told by the second rep who took my call that there was no management person to talk to. I will NOT be using their awful services any longer.

Bloomex is a scam. I placed an order online Thursday as their site said next day delivery. By 6 pm the next day the order never showed up. I called again and they assured me that it would be there by 8 pm. By 10 pm it still wasn't there and I called again. They assured me they were putting this as a priority and were going to have it delivered by the next morning. By 11 am the next morning no delivery. I called again and they gave me a number to the florist they said was supposed to deliver the flowers. I called the florist and they said they received no orders from them. I called back and demanded my money back. The phone operator rudely wouldn't listen and hung up the phone. I called again and was told that I would receive an email in an hour to get my refund. Guess what it is 9 pm and still no refund or email. I have called again and no one is picking up. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE A SCAM! They will cheat you and don't care despite what their email says. I learned that it is better to order from a local florist.
I wanted to send some flowers and a little thank you gift to some family friends my wife and I stayed with in Victoria. I ordered a Plantapalooza II and some Traditional Scottish Shortbread. What got delivered was the plant and chocolates. Thing is, our hosts don't like or eat chocolate, and I know that. So, our thank you gift was diminished by what appears as a thumb at their personal preferences. They seem to not understand that point.
I contacted Bloomex about the substitution snd requested a refund for the substitution.
Bloomex has helpfully offered me a credit instead of arefund. Sorry, but not sorry, that's our policy. I paraphrase... We've looked into it and if you allow us to be our own judge, jury and executioner we see no problem, it fits our policy.
WTF, if you can't make the delivery as requested and you think I would ever want to use your service again?

It should be noted they didn't reach out to me to discuss the substitution before it became an issue. Now, though they seem to know how to reach me, they keep just emailing me that they're sorry (but not really)for what happened but that substitution was within THEIR policy but that a credit is all they can do for me. Broken record.
I have applied to MasterCard to dispute the charge, I am asking for a partial refund and they sound like they agree that Bloomex failed to provide the services I have paid for. We'll see what comes off that.
Personally, I suggest that you steer clear and unless you really have no others options you should try another service.

As you see in the pictures you can't find any similarity between my order and the real one!
1.The flowers are completely different and NOT FRESH either!
2.The balloon that they charged me as a normal Baloon BUT they sent a mini and ugly Baloon with a silly smile on that!(instead of "I LOVE YOU"!
3.The vase was totally different and not the same as the picture on the website!
4.The card that I have ordered was totally different!

I ordered a $100 gift of flowers for same day delivery for my friend's 40th birthday. I later contacted Bloomex to confirm delivery. They could not confirm delivery until they spoke to their delivery party. I contacted my friend who told me they had called her but nothing had been delivered. I contacted Bloomex again only to be asked to be patient and they would get back to me within 24 hours. I waited 2 days with no response. Again I contacted Bloomex to ask what they planned to do to resolve my issue. It was at this point four days after my friends birthday. I later received an unceremonious email - no apology - telling me my order had been cancelled and I would have to wait up to 6 days for my refund! This is the most despicable customer service I have ever experienced. No apology. No offer to resend my order. Just a auto-generated message to tell me of the cancellation. I have tried to contact customer service to find out who I might escalate my concern to. As of yet. Of course, I have heard nothing. Why am I not surprised?

Before making order I asked on their website chat if I am in USA are the prices I see in USD or CAD. The rep told me (see pics attached) in CAD that will be converted into USD. So 79CAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED AS $59USD.
My card was charged $79USD. When I went to chat with them again the rep eventually said she will request partial refund on difference. It had not arrive yet. Today I have been chatting with Bloomex and online reps like parrots just copy paste me some "vague" policy that US customers will be charged in USD. Ok, sure but what amount will be charged in USD. I believe this is written so vague and prices don't indicate USD or CAD on purpose to confuse and overcharge.
Don't purchase on the site to avoid overcharging and receive sad flowers for top buck USD or CAD.
I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 50th birthday and I forgot to include the unit number (she lives in a town house with four units at same address). Although I understand that this was an error on mypart, I was not contacted, nor was my friend despite having included both of our numbers.
I called bloomex to rectify the situation once I realized that they had not been delivered, and they told me that they could not reimburse me and that I needed to pay for a new bouquet. After much arguiing, I was able to get them to agree to sending a new bouquet at no extra charge but I did have to pay the delivery fee once more.
This was 4 days ago and there still have not sent the flowers. When I call, I am spoken to rudely and never does anyone apologize for this immense inconvenience.Furthermore, they told me that the order had been cancelled on my part which it absolutely was not. After hearing this, I checked my credit card, and not only had they charged me the delivery fee once again, they also charged me for two extra bouquets. So I basically paid over 200$ for a bouquet of flowers that never materialized.
I will obviously have this situation rectified, but I have spent over 2 hours of my time dealing with this nonsense, not to mention, completely missing the mark for my friend's birthday.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this service if they are considering it.
If I could give a zero star rating I would! I ordered flowers for my friend who had to have emergency surgery. I paid EXTRA for same day delivery. They were not delivered the same day - and when I called was told that due to the Christmas rush they would be delivered the next day. I asked for the extra money I spent for same day delivery to be refunded, and they promised it would be. Two days later and the flowers still had not been delivered. I connected with Bloomex several times and was told that due to a courier issue they were not delivered. They offered me a credit or to deliver the flowers (fresh ones). I asked them to send me a refund, which they did not do - they delivered the flowers - a week after I had placed the order. When I asked for a refund again they told me that they couldn't because they had delivered the flowers (which I had specifically asked them not to do). I then fought with them for a couple of weeks and finally accepted a credit for the full amount of the flowers. I was then informed that the credit was a one time use (I could not use some now and some later) and could not be used to pay for delivery or taxes - what a scam! I used the credit anyways (sent my sister-in-law flowers)- but am not happy with the flowers that were received. What is the point of ordering an arrangement if they don't even come in the vase? They were pretty sad looking overall. Terrible company that I will never do business with again!
I want to say how happy and impressed I am with the excellent service I recieved and the beautiful arrangement that was delivered. Thank you so much Bloomex and staff for working so hard.
I order flowers for my friend today and paid for same day delivery by 6pm. It is 6:28pm and the flower did not arrived. I called around 4:30 pm and they told me not to worry, the flowers would be delivered by 6pm.
I called again at 6:18pm and they told me that maybe by 8pm they would deliver the flowers but not for sure.
They told me that they are not able to locate the driver name, they don't have this information and a someone would contact me in 1 hour or more to let me know where the flowers are and when would be delivered. I paid for the service, and they didn't provide it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM.

I recently made a purchase for an arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. I selected a delivery date of May 7th.
My order had not arrived and my mother has been waiting for days for this arrangement. Bloomex has ruined Mother's Day this year and will not even refund me due to a policy. Their policy is that if the order has been shipped that they cannot refund you. Guess what? My order was never shipped and they still won't refund me.
I have filed an official complaint with the BBB, reported Bloomex for fraudulent claims and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Please look up Bloomex Reviews on Google. You will find 10's of thousands of negative one star reviews, more each minute stating exactly what I said.
Bloomex will rip you off. They will take your money and run. You will not receive a refund. You will receive dead or nearly dead flowers. Customer service will lie to you and do anything they can do avoid refunding you.

A week later I sent flowers to a friend who was likewise delighted with her bouquet will definatley recommend and use again.
