When you order a bouquet for an important occasion, for someone you cherish, especially when you are ordering from overseas, it can be very nerve wracking.

Really easy to order and nice that you can choose which florist you want. Flowers were beautiful and really nice to receive an email with a picture of the flowers that had been sent!

I placed an order online on February 8 for a delivery of flowers for Valentine's day on February 14. I received multiple confirmations over the next few days regarding my order and they all said delivery was for February 14. I went to work this morning, February 11 and there was a box from Bloomex sitting on my front porch. I opened the box and the flowers were frozen and there was also a slip of paper in the box that said, delivery on February 14. I went on Bloomex chat and they said to email a picture of the flowers and the order number and they would take care of it, which I did. I got an email several hours later from customer service saying they were very sorry for the screw up and they were giving me $10 off my next order! No refund, or they will send another order, just $10 off to order more flowers to replace the frozen ones they delivered 4 days to early!
I did try a couple local florest first but couldn't get delivery to the acreage and I have bought from Bloomex before for business promotional items.

I ordered a beautiful, full bouquet with large bright flowers for my sister's birthday. I paid over 80.00 for it. What she received was completely pathetic and in comparing the actual product to the advertisement, there is zero resemblance to the product photo. I reached out to Bloomex and their response was to say that it met their quality standards. The bouquet had the wrong colour of flowers, wasn't wrapped and presented as expected (which was an extra charge); and most importantly it was missing some of the important details that were the reason I purchased it in the first place, but they didn't care about that. They have refused to give me a refund despite the website ensuring customer satisfaction. The reviews from their site are absolute garbage, as they indicate a high percentage of customer satisfaction. That couldn't Be further from the truth. I only wish I had thought to look for more reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would have seen that their overall customer rating is atrocious and the reviews are filled with similar experiences to my own. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and continue to post negative reviews until they do the right thing and provide a full refund. I strongly suggest that anyone looking to order flowers should look elsewhere. The photos on the bloomex site are completely misleading and their service is non-existent.

The Real flowers in no way resemble the picture of the product ordered, no refund has been given by their atrocious customer service, and they continue to say that the flowers meet their standards.

This company is garbage. Made my order on Thursday May 5th with a delivery date of May 7th by 8pm. At 758pm on May 7th i called the company asking were is my order, they said the area is not in our service area ( Wasaga beach Ontario) and Purolator will deliver them on May 9th a day after mothers day. I said no this is unacceptable as it states on your website you deliver anywhere in Canada. They said we will try to get Purolator to deliver them on mothers day by 9pm. What a $#*!ing joke this company is save your money and order from a reliable flower shop.
