[THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE BLOOMEX & READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE] Worst delivery and service ever, I am not sure why this company is still open for business given all the people they have scammed. They did not deliver the flowers and did not want to refund, customer services is useless and just a front to the scam.
