Bloomex is a total scam. Taking money from the customer and only giving the florist a fraction of the money to complete the order properly. Make sure you support your local florist as we actually care about your order, bloomex don't care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Buy flower the 6 of februrary for Valentines day... we are de 16th and nothing was delivered.
I'Have paid 20$ more for delicery that days, what a waste of money.

Very easy to order to your local florist. Delivered on time, my neighbors daughter knocked to say how beautiful the flowers were. They were very pleased. Would recommend.

Bloomex is a very efficient way to send flowers and gifts and offers top-notch service. Their flowers arrive very fresh. I especially like their Ecuadorian roses. Absolutely stunning!

This is by far the worst floral service I have ever used. I actually can't believe they are still in business after reading reviews that are similar to my experience. I spent almost $100 on a specific flower order of calla lilies with an add-on of a clear vase. I selected these flowers because they had special meaning. What was delivered was a bouquet of the cheap flowers, none of which look even remotely close to a calla lily and they were in a hideous red vase. It was embarrassing that the flowers sent made me look like I am cheap with no taste. It looks like the wrong flower arrangement was delivered. There is nothing that is even close to what I ordered that was delivered. I understand if some flowers may be out of season but good guest experience would let the purchaser know so they can pick something else. And the red vase instead of a clear vase is just point blank dismissive. When I called them to fix the issue, their only response was that flowers aren't always in season and they wouldn't give me a refund but said they could give me a credit. When they sent me a credit, it was for $20. What a joke! I would never spend more of my own money out of pocket on this company. No class and no customer service for guest experience!
I have already submitted a review. I have only used the florist once. I thought it was absolutely brilliant. I haven't changed my mind since sending in the review. And will use them again.
This is the second time I have used Bloomex and I am very happy with the service. Very easy to use and pay and both times flowers were delivered as requested.
Really easy and was a great surprise. Ordered and they were delivered on the day I asked for. Great also that even tho I ordered online. I am using local florists.

Very commendable service and beautiful flowers. I ordered a very large bunch of hand tied flowers together for my daughter's and her boyfriend's engagement.
Despite providing adequate lead time for the delivery of a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday the delivery was 22.5 hours late.
There has been no explanation for this tardiness.

I have ordered flowers are numerous occasions from Bloomex and I never been disappointed. I was able to place my order and have delivered the next day.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
