I ordered last minute I needed the delivery that day it was really easy to order. Great that you receive pictures of the finished order. Lady was friendly and helpful would highly recommend.
I am being charge 175$ for an order I never completed. I do not even have a receipt from that day when I looked at few options.

Good value. Delivered on the day. Only small issue was my delivery instructions stated my mum lived in a granny flat at the rear of the house but the flowers were left at the front door.
I ordered a "supersized" assorted calla Lillies bouquet (only calla Lillies and paid for the largest bouquet option) and they shipped what is a $25 grocery store flower arrangement claiming its equivalent. Citing their policy "if sold out of a particular flower type or color we are able to substitute with another similar flower or plant of a different color. We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types. We always try our best to match the overall style".…yet they substituted 100% of an order, ship a basic arrangement and claim it's Equivalent. I can get a better bouquet at my local grocery store which is extremely disappointing.
Very disappointed considering they have the customers phone and email yet didn't reach out that the entire bouquet was going to be replaced with this and then claimed that it was same value etc and offered $20 store credit rather than refund value difference. If this is what they call a supersized bouquet I fear what a normal bouquet would be. Won't be order from them every again
Delivered when they said they would (an order placed near Christmas), and the arrangement (an elegant loose one) contained the flowers in the online picture, arranged similarly (actually better!).

Bloomex is very good service. Making an order and making payment online is easy. A good choice, always fresh flowers, reasonable prices. Delivery is sometimes delayed, but not critical.
DID NOT RECEIVE FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS FUNERAL TILL IT WAS OVER, SO SHE HAD NO FLOWERS! This added a huge amount of stress at an already difficult time. No where near as nice as the ones we ordered! No customer service! I had even sent an email to them to confirm the time. I understand it's challenging times right now, but there was No excuse to be so late, and if you don't have the flowers to fill the order than compensate the price. I will never order again and will make sure know one I know does either! I will let BBB know too, because if you don't these people will continue to rip people off. I have read enough horrible reviews now to know this isn't only just during Covid 19, but long before that too. Even the funeral home said they have seen problems before with Bloomex. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I want a refund $197, if I get that then I might change the review to show that they at least had some compassion!
My Auntie passed away in UK and I'm in America no florist here could garantee delivery of flowers I went on line and they made it do simple and stress free for me I am forever grateful to both whiston flowershop and direct 2 florist thank you
If you value relationships with your loved ones, you will not use this service. They over promise and do not deliver. Bloomex customer service personnel (when you actually get to a live person and not a bot) appears to be trained to provide false information and continue to delay. I was consistently told that my flowers were "in transit" yet never received. I was given tracking numbers for 2 different couriers (for the same package?) – and when I contacted the first company they had no record of the tracking number and for the second courier company it was for a package that wasn't mine. And I was told that my matter was being investigated/escalated/referenced for a refund – yet none of these happened. Finally, they have the audacity to blame COVID - the pandemic is painful enough without this company leveraging it for their poor and non-existent performance. In short, this company is not to be used or trusted. I wish they would spend as much time making good on their promises as they do obfuscating, delaying and ultimately not delivering!
My wife and I have used this site a few times and have always been pleased with our purchase. We usually send the flowers to my Mother in law and she is thrilled with the product she receives.
Frauds, worst florists ever! Save your money--they will send cheaper flowers that look nothing like what you ordered! Customer service is a joke to this company as you have to make multiple complaints to get a response.
The flowers that were delivered were not what was ordered or even a similar value of what was ordered. I ordered 'recipe for romance' flowers and supersized them. The total came to $70. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered, which was a peach and white bouquet with lilies and roses. Instead I received an all white bouquet with two roses and no lilies. I attempted to deal with the company and seek a satisfactory outcome but was ignored for over a week and then was sent an email closing the issue without any acknowledgment for my issues because their local florist stated that it was fine. I even sent pictures. The flowers I received were cheap and not what I ordered. I would like a refund, the flowers were for my Mother's memorial and I could easily have bought the same flowers for $20 at a grocery store.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers on behalf of my grandchildren to be delivered to their Mother between 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Mother's Day. The bouquet was delivered after 9:00 pm and left on the porch. The delivery person did not ring the bell or knock on the door to indicate that the flowers were there. From the picture, the bouquet was not as advertised and the freesia had brown at its tips which indicates the they had been affected by the weather and the delay in delivery. Needless to say, I had some very disappointed grandchildren who were not up to see their mom open the flowers.
This is the second time that arrangements that have been ordered by me were delivered very late in the evening. A call in the afternoon a 2:10 p.m. as well as an e-mail at 4:51 p.m. said that the bouquet was in transit.
When I called Customer Service, I kept getting hung up on. The same was said for their live chat who did not answer the question or said, "I will look into it." I do no recommend this service and will not be using this service again.
Terrible experience. Website photos don't reflect what you buy and want to get. This company is a total scam and steal your money.
I live in Toronto and sent my Mother in law flowers for Mother's Day. She got dead flowers. She called me to let me know same day. I called Bloomex and they said nothing they can do about it, only thing is to open an investigation. It was 2 days before Mother's Day and they didn't even attempt to resend new fresh flowers to my mother in law. A week passed. Nothing from Bloomex. So I emailed them explaining the issue. Again a few days pass and nothing from Bloomex. So I emailed again. This time I get a response saying nothing I can do since it's policy to submit a request within 24hours (which I did). Do I call and they say oh ya, I see the notes on your account, I'll follow up by email with a change. So I get and I'm saying they can give me half the money I spent as store credit and they can not credit the taxes and delivery charges. Which was half the price in the first place. I want to warn those thinking Bloomex will deliver with what you see on the site. Save your money, time and go somewhere else. I have never experienced such a horrendous experience. Bloomex is a thief. I will never get misled and taken advantage by them ever again. I spent $50 and they are offering $24.99 credit.
Great service and beautiful flowers! Perfect communications to keep me informed when there were a couple of supply issues and they went out of their way to resolve them. A faultless service.
The site was easy to use. The flowers were delivered on time. The recipient really loved them. But the delivery charge was $18. That made the total a lot more than I expected to pay.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
