Had to get same day delivery of flowers and they didn't disappoint. I didn't see the flowers myself but my friend said they were beautiful and she was absolutely delighted рџ‘Ќ

Everything was perfect from ordering to delivery. Flowers were a Thank you gift for my wonderful cousin. She was thrilled to bits with them. They were beautiful flowers. Would definitely recommend.
I made an order to be delivered on April 4th for a birthday. I payed extra to have it delivered between 9am and 12pm. I received an email on April 3rd saying that it was delivered. I called and I was told it was a glitch in the system. On April 4th, I received an email saying that it was delivered again, but it was not. I called and I was told that the provided address was wrong. I asked them to give me the address and referred them to the confirmation email. They had the correct address. Then they claimed that the recipient didn't answer, but that was not true.
They delivered the package on April 05th, and i tried to call more the 10 times. The manager kept evading my calls.
NEVER will I use this service ever. BIGGEST SCAM!
The flowers were a day late and looks nothing like the picture I want my money back. The first is what is supposed to look like and the second is what I got
Finding the nearest florist was easy. The page layout for placing orders and entering details was intuitive. It helps to have photos of what the flowers look like that one would like to order.
I ordered some flowers for a friend early in the morning - it took just a few minutes to do, and they were delivered a couple of hours later (and were exactly what I had ordered too)! Winner!
I ordered flowers for a friend, to be delivered on October 31st for her birthday. Not only were they crap quality (looked like something I could buy from a grocery store. I wish I were kidding.) they sent them the wrong day. They sent them on October 30th. Completely ruined the surprise.
No one ever got back to me, until I had to use their "chat" multiple times.
Their response in the chat was that they did reply to my email. (BOGUS) because I checked my junk mail and everything.
They never answered my question about why they were sent the wrong day. The only thing they did reply was those flowers look similar to what I ordered. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not even the same type of flower.
I WOULD SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! You're in for a lot of heartache.
My mother's funeral flowers delivered in good time, order dealt with efficiently and respectfully, flowers in perfect condition. I couldn't have asked for more.
Ordered 3 arrangements to show appreciation for 3 staff members. I asked for the pink flower arrangements in mason jar. Got 3 different arrangements. Approx 3 flowers in each vase. None pink.
They were orange, purple, green in an oversized pink vase. Appears we got what was left in the store that could not be used. Because the vase was too large, the flowers leaned to the side. No added baby's breath, greenery, leaves, nothing. I was so embarrassed as it appears my appreciation of the work the people do for us was shown with cheap arrangements. I approached the company for a refund or to resend what I asked for. I was met with 4 form letters signed by "Bloomex". They said sometimes the flowers are not in season, or the vase you want is not in stock. But they still offer it on their website. They don't tell you it's not available. They just substitute with what they feel is comparable.
They refused to resend what I asked for or give a refund. Offered me a $20 coupon on my next order.
Lost me as a customer.
I had so excellent experience with this company. They delivered right at the time I pointed and my friend said the flowers were the most amazing she had ever seen.

This company charged am extra $15 to have my mother in laws flowers delivered on mothers day. They were received three days later. With no excuse. Utter shameful liars.
My wife ordered a "Bring On Spring Bouquet" which was advertised as an "arrangement featuring fresh cut pink Roses, yellow Asiatic lilies and lavender chrysanthemums" for my mothers 70th birthday. She also "supersized" it. When it arrived the roses and lilies were completely absent. The arrangement did not even appear to have extra chrysanthemums to make up the difference. I am not convinced it was even supersized compared to the picture.
Their policies say that "In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value". There were no pink or yellow flowers and the chrysanthemums present are the least expensive of the three types ordered. When I contacted customer service we sent pictures of the product and were told that the substitution was in line with their policies (which is incorrect). They offered us an instore $20 credit for $65 bouquet where the most expensive 2/3 of the flowers were absent. I requested a replacement or refund and was told it was not possible after speaking to several customer service representatives.
I made an order of flowers from Bloomex to be sent on Valentine's Day. I indicated the delivery date when I placed the order online. So, the delivery date was part of the purchase agreement so to speak. No delivery was done on Valentine's Day. On February 15, I received an email saying that the delivery of my order was "in transit." The price of my order was CAD $44.99 and they charged me a delivery fee of CAD 19.99. So, with tax the total came up to CAD $73.43. When I replied to their email expressing dissatisfaction, they wrote back balming the delay on the busy season. This is a florist that has been in business for years and yet they cannot deliver Valentine's Day flowers on Valentine Day when they commit to do so. They also offered me an in-store credit of $15 for future use. I felt really insulted. They charge me $19.99 for delivery that they fail to deliver on time and yet they offer me as compensation for the delay $15 for in-store credit. I have already written back saying that I do not accept their offer. I will never, ever consider them for any future business.
I ORDERED THE DESIGNER SYMPATHY COLLECTION I BOUQUET AS YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE, WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION OF A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FLOWERS. WHEN I GOT TO THE FUNERAL HOME, ALL I SAW WAS A BUNCH OF WHITE DAISIES THAT WERE THROWN INTO A VASE, ALL BUNCHED UP, NOT EVEN BEAUTIFULLY PLACED ATLEAST, NO EFFORT AT ALL. A TOTAL WASTE OF $$$. WHAT AN EMBARRASSEMENT... HAD I KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED FROM BLOOMEX AT ALL, PICTURES THEY SHOW ARE NOT WHAT THEY DELIVER, LEARNED A LESSON, NEVER AGAIN. WHAT A SCAM! HOW DARE YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY, WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN 2020. SHAME ON YOU!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
