The flowers were for my mum who absolutely loved them. They were exactly as seen in the picture on the website. Deluvery was fast and efficient. Very happy with the service.
Since I live in Canada I can only go by comments from the recipient and these were very favourable. The flowers were fresh and looked beautiful in the Christmas basket.

Ordered the "supersized" bouvier…like I was ordering from McDonalds. Twelve large roses and gorn6 red carnations with leaves and no baby's breath. They WILL NOT COME GOOD ON THIS PURCHASE! You are dealing with somone that can barely speak English on a "Canadian" site. $#*! them! Shop local. Safe. Secure.
The flowers that were delivered look beautiful and very close to the pictures on line. No issues with delivery at all. The online order was very simple and delivery was on schedule.

Overall, a great set of flowers shipped in a timely manner. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the question of value for the money including the cost of shipping.
The flowers I ordered was delivered to my girl, both on time and in great condition. We both live in different cities, and I am glad that I used Bloomex to deliver my flowers.
I ordered a gift basket with a week in advance to make sure that it was delivered in time for my friend's birthday. I understand that I made a typo on her phone number, but at soon as I realized that (in the early hours of the delivery date - Monday, May 4th) I called and fixed that mistake. I was told that the package would be delivered on the same day, and here we are a week later (May 11) and I received an e-mail saying that I was going a $44.79 credit from an order that cost me $61.58 because apparently they gave up on delivering. I had to call daily trying to understand what was going on, and the lack of internal communication left me flabbergasted. I got so many false information it's unethical. For instance, on Thursday (7th) I received an email saying that the gift basket had been delivered on May 5th - a lie. I called my friend, she spoke to everyone in her house, and no one received anything! I asked over and over what the issue was since I kept receiving the information that no one was home and that she wasn't answering her phone number. Guess what, we're all quarantined, stuck at home every single day, and my friend did not receive any phone calls. Now, not only am I losing about 20 bucks, but I am stuck with a company that I don't trust and that I have no interest in buying from ever again. It feels like they are taking advantage of a situation where we are all extremely vulnerable and I'm appalled.
The roses that I got are the most beautiful roses I've ever seen! They are perfection! Even the leaves are green and beautiful! They smell wonderful too! I'm so pleased with my order!

Beautifully packaged flowers which arrived very quickly the next day. The flowers were very fresh and most are still very fresh almost a week after they were sent.
They did not deliver and refused to refund. I tried to contact them multiple times and they said they would give a discount on my next order. Why would I order if they do not deliver

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
