They want your money but if something goes wrong they will not return it never again will I order from them, I emailed them 6 times and always got the same email from them I order 3 sets of flowers and only 2 arrived after a month of waiting I said cancel
The 3 rd ones because it's useless now the occasion is over nope what did they do not cancel it and sent me a 10% discount for my next purchase trust me you do not want to order from these people.
Gift basket was to have been delivered to a business Friday to coincide with another delivery at same outlet from another flower company. My order was NOT delivered but I was not notified until 4:23AM (yes, A.M.) on SATURDAY MORNING! I was told someone would call me back. It's now TUESDAY and I'm still waiting for that call. I was personally embarrassed by this missed delivery and the driver's claim the office was closed is simply BS. I received an email Monday at 10:12 AM that the order had been delivered -- it had NOT. It was not until late afternoon that is finally arrived. Again -- still -- no call back. I received an email this morning that I have been given a $20 in-store credit -- AS IF I'D USE THEM AGAIN! Do NOT use Bloomex! They must be under new management as I had used them in the past without issue. This is beyond anything I've ever experienced.
This company is the biggest scam. I ordered a gift box to my grandmother in New Brunswick. They had a same day delivery option available. All sounded great. Until an hour after my order I received an email explaining that this is not one of their local areas ( how would I know?) and that they will send something else 4 days later. So I called them and spoke to a woman who told me they will refund me and cancel my order. Also sounded great. About 20 mins later I received an email stating they placed my order on hold and my only option was to place it for Tuesday (4 days after her birthday) or get a web credit.
I did not want any of that. I wanted what was advertised. I wanted what I paid for and if that couldn't be done I want my promised refund. I spoke to two more people. One was a manager "Justin B" who went out of his way to criticize me for not knowing this was an area they don't usually use this area. He was belittling. He told me no refund option and Kept explaining how I missed this very important information. Meanwhile when you purchase bloomex online you put your credit card information in before you even add your delivery option! How on earth would I know, and If I did know I WOULD NOT have purchased! Justin gave me no option. This company is a complete scam! They advertise products and services and cannot fulfil them and then blame the customer. All with a undermining, passive aggressive attitude! I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone my experience!
Ordered flowers for Feb 14th 2023 -- spoke to Bill the rep and was told that the flowers would get delivered before 4:30pm. I got a email stating that order was out for delivery as of 3:30 pm... person who was getting the flowers waited until 5:00pm
I called Bloomex advising them that the person would be leaving as its 5 pm... the rep said I will send a message... I am wondering who they sent the message too
I have tried for a whole week to get my money back... but what I can figure out is that they will not give you your money and they will do no customer service
I have spoken to x3 rep by voice as to this problem and they do not care... as of today 02/22/2023_ I am getting speaking to a rep Eva from Calgary... who does not care about customer service
We order from Bloomex on a weekly basis and the flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Never any issues with the requested deliveries either. Great pricing for the quality. Thank you.

They took 7+ hours to do a "same day delivery" and tried to make it my fault that nobody was at home to receive the flowers. SEVE + HOURS FOR FLOWERS. Once nobody was at home, and my wife didn't get her flowers for her birthday, they still tried to blame me saying that I had to choose morning deliveries instead same day delivery (even though same day delivery is MORE expensive). So if you are trying to present someone with flowers, make sure you will hold them at home WAITING the kindness of this company to deliver your order when they think it's good for them. Oh, and if you ask for a full refund, they said it's not going to happen. Even though you didn't get your oder. WROST SERVICE!
I paid for 12 roses and only 7 were delivered... the store says i can get a credit...i want credit card refunded... i am not interested in buying again from bloomex AND BE PENALIZED for their huge unacceptable error...IF I USE THE 44.99 CREDIT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND 14.99 S AND H...BEWARE!
Placed an order to have delivered to a Hospital in the middle of the city! Day of the delivery recieved an email stating delivery could not be made due to its remote location! So we called Bloomex and again they said due to its remote location to which we explained its in the centre of the city! They could not make the delivery so we requested a refund! They explained that this would have to be discussed with management! We disputed this and demanded we have a refund. We have still not recieved the refund and my guess is we never will! We called again today only to be told exact same line that it would have to be discussed with managment! AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAMM!
Bloomex did an amazing job! My flowers were literally perfect in every aspect you could imagine! None of the flowers was damaged during the delivery, they were delivered on time!
I ordered a dozen roses for International Women's day and the order never arrived. To make matters worse, customer service refused to provide a refund. DO NOT use this service.
Be aware, Bloomex accepted order, processed payment, confirmed delivery date and did not deliver on date confirmed. Three days after they delivered dead roses to my mother after Mothers Day.
From the start, the experience was terrible. The flowers were not delivered on time, It was sent to my daughters work and opening hours were 8-8, they sent an email saying there was no one there and they could not leave them. Not sure who delivers flowers after 8pm? Then they said I could have marked it as a hospital which then they are delivered before 5pm. I tried to explain that you could not pick an option on delivery time on the website. I even paid extra for express and they did not sent it properly. They said they will deliver it in 2 days but I had to pay extra again for resend? What! Then when they promised it to be delivered before 5pm... they really meant before 5pm... it arrived 4:56pm, after my daughter had gone home again!
I will never use your service again and will tell my family and friends never to use you again! Exceedingly disappointed in the service and outcomes!
I was excited to order through this company and chose them because of the same day delivery which I paid extra for and ordered early in the morning (on their site it says before 1pm and it was around 9am). 8pm rolled around and no delivery or updates. I went online to use the chat and they said it would be by 9pm. 9pm for flower delivery is TOO late. My clients would be in bed and now I'm stressed they would be woken up. Well they still weren't delivered. So we missed the day. I was assured they would be delivered the next day. And they weren't. Defeats the whole same day delivery and misses the whole point of sending flowers to my client on the day I actually needed. We shall see if they actually get delivered tomorrow... 2 days late.
BEWARE...Do not purchase from Bloomex.ca I ordered flowers with the intention of having them delivered for Mother's Day. Bloomex did not let me know that my order would be delayed 2 days, until after Mother's Day. And they will not cancel my order even though they are in the wrong. They have an integrity issue and do not put their customers first, this is coming from someone who has owned a small business for the past 12 years.
Bloomex.ca, if you read this, learn from your unsatisfied customers. Not caring about your customers in this manner, with a lack of integrity, will cost the business in the long run because you will not get repeat customers or new customers. Your policy is not up to date, and therefore telling me that you are following policy is incorrect. Why is it ok for you to tell customers they have a short window to change their order status but you can decide to change the delivery order at your convenience? Telling me that my order is "in packaging "When, in reality, according to my order status update, this isn't the case at all. This shows that you need to make changes. I will no longer be ordering from your place.
I ordered flowers on Oct. 20th and immediately cancelled the order. The order was put on hold and I did not get the refund. I then, asked them to resend the order on the 23rd. I paid for same day delivery. They have not sent the order on the 28th. They say they "lost" the delivery address. They have refused to issue me a refund.
I liked the company "Bloomex" because there are always fresh flowers here, always all orders are carried out on time. I ordered here bouquets of roses to my wife and sister. Girls were delighted!
Placing the order was nice and easy. Also knowing it was a local florist I have used before was nice to know. My friend loved her flowers she said they were so beautiful so we were both pleased.
Absolute first class service flowers were delivered promptly by a pleasant delivery person. Exceptional bunch of flowers received highly recommend using this service again.
