Charged my Credit Card for morning delivery even though they knew they could not deliver in the morning, ignorant, arrogant Customer Service agents, "What would you like me to say" was all they could say, no answers to where my flowers were or what time delivery was to be expected, joke of a company, never use again, stay far away from this company.
Would normally buy from florist but I had a leg injury so reverted to ordering online delivery. Easy to do, flowers nice, delivery person pleasant, delivered on time!
Always great service, great flowers and reasonably priced. Have used them a number of times over the last few years and will continue to do so. Would recommend.
Overpriced Mother's Day bouquet arrived broken, dead and moldy. Bloomex customer service refused to refund the purchase price. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
I have used Bloomex in a few occasions in different cities and they never disappoint. There is a lot of option to choose from for very reasonable prices.
I had to change the date of delivery due to weather. I did it through your website but never got a confirmation that it was received and changed. Can you check on this. Thanks
I purchased the Queen of hearts with T-Mobile Tuesday $25 off discount but I had to place order three times because first two orders did not reflect the discount after order was placed so I had to canceled first two orders looks like unable to pay with Apple Pay only credit card for discount to apply. Sent to my best friend for her birthday it was delivered on time and beautiful she loves the roses.
Was an easy solution for someone in another city. Quick easy, great selection, and they looked great when delivered. Hardest part was finding how and where to put this review. Will use again!

Flowers arrived DEAD and on the WRONG day. Customer service is nearly non-existent. Three days and I am still waiting for a refund. Net step, dispute the charge on my bank card.
My real rating is ZERO. Flowers ordered for my mother's funeral were extremely deceiving in size, considering the $175 price tag, were wilted and had yellow leaves. They said they wanted to make amends; they lied. READ THE BAD REVIEWS attentively, they are real! I WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
I was so disappointed will never try anyonline service with out reviews. I wish i would have read reviews i would have never tried they charged more than showed online, i tolerated that they were suppose to deliver flowers yesterday but no update till now. If they have done this before they should shut their services. Sa i read comments they have cheated lot of ppl. So my advice and lesson for me also im not very frequet online user but now i wont use anything with out reading reviews. I can't attach a photo as the flowers were never delivered. They will not return phone calls and emails are automated. Will never deal with them again.
Ordering on line was easy and straight forward. Same day delivery was excellent. Flowers were fantastic and it all came as a total surprise for my wife.
Excellent, efficient, quick service. Even got a phone call before assembly asking if it was okay to change one colour of flowers to another. Excellent service. Could not have asked for any better.
April 2022 - Ordered a balloon bouquet for my uncle who is in the hospital. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, got a message that "due to stock issues" they could not fill my order, but, they could send a floral arrangement instead. I contacted them and told them that the hospital specifically stated no flowers are allowed in the ICU (which is why I ordered the balloons), so please just cancel my order and refund my money. They said their system was unable to do refunds but could send "Adam" (which isn't even my Uncle's name?) a "gift basket" (which is not what I ordered) in "November" (what?... I placed the order for April?). I persisted in requesting a refund and they rudely over the next few weeks came up with further excuses to as why they could not refund me... my order "wasn't in the designated delivery area" or "it's close to Mother's Day which is their busy season and therefore all sales are final". It seemed pretty simple to me... I ordered something, they didn't have stock... so cancel the order?!?!? Absolutely ridiculous... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered flowers for my out of state daughter's birthday with same day delivery. They arrived within hours of me ordering & just looked as good as they described on the website.
Poor product, wrong order, late delivery and resolution was a $20 credit towards next order which I will not be using. Don't order from here. Unreliable.
Everything one could wish for in an on-line interface between me the purchaser, the supplier and the remote recipient including reminders of previous interactions. Highly recommended!
They charged me $20 for delivery and my order came says late. It also came lacking A DOZEN roses! So I paid $100 for 12 late roses.
Oh and they'll never answer your calls or emails.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
