I was charged a different currency which almost doubled the cost of my flowers. Money which I could not afford. Flowers delivered bunched in a box - not arranged as conveyed in website. Not even close. They are not interested in my complaint.
I ordered the top option - the Designer III Supersize. The below is what was received.

When my order didn't arrive as expected I went through customer service and they first offered in store credit, but then resent the order satisfactorily after responding to my negative review.
Don't buy from bloomex.com. The flower arrangements they show on their website are not even close to what the recipient gets. I spent $70 on a Mother's Day bouquet and chocolates, and the bouquet was sparse, only white (supposed to be multicoloured), some of the few flowers were broken and the chocolates weren't even delivered, neither was the card. When approached all they could offer was an in store credit, which is useless since I'll never use them again.
Please don't give your money to these thieves.
My daughter was all the way over in London for her 30th birthday (and on Valentine's day) I wanted to make her day special and she was so happy to receive a lovely arrangement of flowers from her family on the day.
I've never thought that would find a good flower basket for $40.00 with a free courier.
My mom was amazed and she loved it! I am highly recommending this place and I will buy more from here!

I ordered a flower delivery from this website, I got an email of successful delivery the next day. Only that I asked my family member if they received them, I found out they were never delivered. I would not have known this as Bloomex did not alert me. When I contacted them about it I got a very rude response from the customer service saying I obviously don't check my email as they tried to contact. I sent them a screenshot of the successful delivery email from 3 days prior. They did not apologise for being rude and wanted me to pay again to have the flowers delivered. I refused as this was not my error. They responded stating I did not provide contact info for the recipient so it was my fault. I forwarded them my order confirmation email with proof of contact info at time of order.
I still did not receive an apology from customer service, at this stage I asked for a refund as it had been a 10 days since my order. They refused a refund despite the multiple errors on their end. I am still fighting for a refund 6 weeks later.
This company are providing a terrible service, not sending correct emails and the customer service team have been very rude, disrespectful to me and unhelpful.
Very disappointed with this.
This company is a scam, a rip off and totally unreliable. You can speak with several people and they all seem to either play dumb or promise something they can't deliver. Be warned, they're no good.
Along with flowers I've ordered a box of truffles. (original price 19.99 and with discount it was $9.99).
The actual delivery was a cheap milk "choco", see picture attached; which is 2.99 in a local dollar shop.
It was embarrassing item to have.
The substitution was made without our agreement.
Please reimburse the price difference, since I didn't and would never order those in a first place.
Second, I needed flowers to be delivered exactly on July 31, even it was a Sunday and next day was a Stat holiday; there are many local flower companies that still do deliveries on the weekends.
Therefore, before I've placed my order with bloomex: on July 30 I've phoned to doble check to your customer service number and specifically ask if I would order today would flowers be delivered tomorrow (July 31)?
A customer service representative has confirmed to me several times that flowers are going to be delivered on July 31 with no problems. It was a fraudulent, dishonest statement.
So, when I've placed the order via bloomex site and paid for it, next page - where you select delivery date, the only option was available is Aug. 2. I had no choice to select that day since my credit card was already charged.

My wife ordered flowers be delivered on 29/11/22 to my niece who has given birth.
As today 1/12/22, flowers have not been delivered.
Managed to contact company only to get the usual runaround and when you try to call again they just block your number. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
I ordered a vase of orchids in memory of my wife who passed away 17 months ago. My daughter and I wanted to do something special, since this is the 2nd Mother's Day without my wife. Your directionally impaired driver took all day to get here, and when I opened the box, the orchids were WILTED. I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement delivered. They were nothing like the flowers in the picture that showed white lilies, white roses and white carnations. The arrangement was just white carnations and closed lily buds and greenery. It was much smaller than advertised online as well.
It is false advertising and they replied to my email stating that they can send you different flowers than what is advertised. Can you believe this crap?
What was the point of putting flowers online advertised when you get something completely different.? I had ordered flowers from this company with a vase for a Mother's Day gift. Day was wrong after I was lied to and told they were on delivery at 12:30 May 10th, 5pm comes and still no delivery. Flowers that I never ordered came at 9:10am on My 11 and it was completely the wrong flowers, wrong vase Color and smashed as well. I would just like to say, I am not pleased with their service. I ordered the smiling floral basket for my daughter, she did NOT receive that at all! She did not get any purple accents flowers, or a basket, there were NO daisies at all just big ugly yellow type flowers. ( i have the pictures to prove) When contacted, they are "allowed" to substitute, yes fine but at least substitute for equal or better value, don't downgrade the flowers to something even less then half the value.! I have used this company many times, they were great at the beginning but the more times i use their service, its gone down, this is the 3rd one in a row, that has not been satisfactory, the previous time just before, it was then very end of the intended delivery day, i contacted them ( 4 different times) and they told me my order was cancelled with no explanation... well thanks for letting me know! Once ok, but 3 times in a row, nope sorry never again, and all they care to do is give store credit? Really?

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
