SUCH A TINY BUNCH AND NOT REMOTELY LIKE THE ARRANGEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST WHEN I CONTACTED THEM... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM. Valentine's Day flowers delivered crushed, frozen solid, and Not what was ordered, the day AFTER Valentine's! Just try and get thru to there, non-existent customer service, there system default is: leave on hold 5 minutes, say goodbye and hang up on you, every time you call, live text chat says they can't help, then disappears, BBB canceled there accreditation because the can't handle the massive amount of complaints, 1 out of every 3 orders, ends in an unresolved complaint. They ruined our Valentine's Day and My wife is still crying, don't risk ruining your occasion, DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

They delivered flowers to my aunt that I paid over 85 dollars for and they looked like they were picked from a garden by a 4 year old. There was about 1/4 of the amount of flowers they said would be in the bouquet.
In looking online, I see that so many customers have experienced the same issue. I sent in a complaint via email after unable to connect via phone. They told me the flowers met their "policy" and were fine. They refused to help me out. After 3 emails back and forth, they offered to give me company credit. I informed them his was not a solution as they said the first flower delivery was acceptable, so would be redundant to send me another. I explained I did not want their products or services as they are not delivering the product they are picturing and describing to customers.
I am still seeking a refund and have had to turn to reviewing them on google to get their attention. They persist they do not do refunds. It is disgusting for a company to treat people like this in Canada. It is simply not acceptable and people should know about this company as I do not want others to go through the same stress as I did. People pay a lot of money to send their loved ones flowers and this company turned it into a nightmare.
I bought some flowers to be delivered to my friend for his birthday. They arrived... eventually. Two days after the scheduled date. They were dead. Rotten to the core. The vase I had organised with them was not only a too small to hold them all, but the glass was also chipped. And then everything got so much worse.
I found out that, despite my using an Australian Bank account to pay, the fact my home address was overseas meant that I had to pay in USD, a sum considerably more than the original.
I emailed my complaint with photos to '*******@bloomex.com.au' requesting a full refund. They did everything they could to avoid a refund of any sort, saying they could only do store credit. After a WEEK of arguing via email, I finally agreed to the sum of $58 store credit to 'try again'. I then found out that this amount didn't account for the delivery cost, and so I had to pay an additional $15.00 for Bloomex to try to rectify the problem and do it correctly this time.
The flowers arrived on time as requested. But... they were DEAD! AGAIN!
Whatever you do, do not trust Bloomex! They are a scam company and their customer service is absolutely atrocious! They do not ever want to refund any amount for the flowers or service and they will do everything in their power to make sure they are not held accountable for their terrible services.
I have attached photos of the second bunch of dead flowers. This isn't good enough. I want a FULL REFUND this time! I'm not going to settle for ANY credit of ANY kind. Just a refund so I never have to deal with this company again.
I needed to send flowers to a family in Canada, came across bloomex.ca and found something I liked. All is well until after I made payment. Normally international purchases are made in that country's currency, products were priced in Canadian dollars, and I was agreeable to the price in Canadian dollars. My purchase was $46 dollars so I was expecting my credit card to be charged $35 since I pay my credit card in USD. I check my credit card and it's charging me the $46 in USD and not at an exchanged rate. I've take my credit cards overseas and had no issues, just a few months ago I was in Vancouver and made purchases in Canadian dollars, all got converted to USD on my credit card statement. This company is marking their flowers with Canadian dollars and charging that amount in United States dollars! So you'll be paying a 25% surcharge if your credit card is registered in the US. FRAUD. Never buying from here again. I should have known something is fishy when they start texting every 5 minutes for me to complete my ordered. I attempted to cancel and they disconnected my online chat assistance. They didn't call the next day to ask my reason for requesting the cancel. But these were for a funeral, time was of essence and I'm not going to look for another florist at this point. Stay away. Don't shop here. Bad business practices.
Bloomex have the most beautiful and fresh flowers - and are always delivered on time! I used them for my wedding bouquet and couldn't be happier with how they looked!
Don't order flowers from this Company! If you contact customer service and they say they will refund you your money for the wrong arrangement sent, according to the picture on their website, you will not hear from them again. WHAT A RIP-OFF. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX AGAIN!
This was for my son's girlfriend's mother who recently had surgery. I wanted something really pretty and uplifting for her. Her daughter reported that her mom loved the flowers!

There should be a O to rate this horrible business. Did not get my delivery and the response is too bad as our delivery company is too busy to record what was delivered. Stated no refund or offer to replace. I placed 6 other orders the same day and none made it on the delivery date. The Better Business Bureau has 661 complaints against this fraud of a business. Mine is 662. Wish I had done some research prior to booking with them. My advise STAY AWAY FROM THEM. READ THE BBB COMPLAINTS. AWFUL CHEATERS AND NO REMORSE
My receipt had the delivery date as the 25th. When I reached out to ask why it had not arrived, I was repeatedly assured it would show up by 6pm and that they would take care of everything. It never showed up. It's scheduled for drop off today (the 26th) which is not what I paid for. Today when I complained via the live chat, I got a surprise phone call where somebody did a very poor job of explaining what had happened, somehow it was still my fault despite the recorded conversations in the live chat saying that "they will take care of everything" and that they assured me it would be delivered that day. The excuse was that the address was outside of their normal shipping area, so they had to use the postal service. This is not true, the address is but 20 minutes from their store, if they really wanted to make things right somebody could have just dropped it off by hand. They also claimed over the phone that they had "no record of my conversation with support" the day before, which is funny because I took screen shots for that exact reason. Very unfortunate situation as the recipient was not able to receive them on time. No refund for the shipping cost. I would recommend paying a bit more for one of the other services.
DO NOT BUY from This Web. This is SCAM. They charged me for $307.07 without my permission. I was trying to buy flowers for my Dad funeral on December 5. I was on their web and added the item in the cart and about to pay (I put all cc info). However, I didn't know the address, so I had to wait for my sister to give me the funeral address. While I waited, I googled different websites to look for anything good deals. Finally, I found one web which was cheaper, so I ordered the flowers from the other web and ignored Bloomex.
Last week, I received my credit card statement and saw that Bloomex charged me for $307.07 WITHOUT DELIVERY nor my permission. I had called them and asked them about the charge and they said the don't know the charge was taken from the flower company. The next day, I called again and left message and NO ONE had called me back.
This is what I got from them and they still charged me "Dear Tiffany, Thank you for your business with Bloomex. Your order is not completed yet. Please email us the complete shipping information: the full name of the recipient, phone number, postal code, and delivery address. If you face any problems please feel free to contact us. You can visit our Live Chat or simply reply to this email. Kind regards, Bloomex Team"
