I ordered flowers 10 days ahead of time to be delivered on my aunt's 91st birthday. They were not delivered and when I tried to find out what happened, I was given a run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am very happy with this service, the flowers arrived exactly on time and they were perfect. I wouldn't hesitate in using Bloomex again. One very pleased customer
I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday to be sent to her dorm on a Saturday at York University. Bloomex customer support had no objection taking this order or charging me $70 for 10 tulips for delivery to this address on a Saturday. While ordering the operator collected my name, telephone number etc and told me if the flowers could not be delivered the driver would call. It turned out that the campus was closed and the flowers could not be delivered BUT there were no phone calls made by the driver. The Bloomex just returned an email message to me saying the flowers could not be delivered. Again, I never received a phone call. I call to customer support 3 times (two times they drop off line with no call back) to find out what happened and the answer was that the driver could not access campus on a Saturday. I ask why they did not call because my daughter could have come out to the entrance to pick up the bouquet. There was no explanation. To me Bloomex never fulfilled our deal so I asked for my money back and they answered No. The customer support also lied telling me they had tried to call, which they had never done. I was in the receiving end and NEVER got one call that day from Bloomex (I answered every call that day so I know). Then they backed off and said oh well, we sent have sent you an email saying it was undelivered. Oh Yea? But then it was already too late. Total Morons! This is going to the BBB definitely.
I like to order flowers from my local florist and have been doing for years. It was great to recieve confirmation of delivery and a photo of the bouquet on email too. Highly recommended
Bloomex has the worst customer service I have experienced in a delivery based company potentially ever. I had a very crucial order to be delivered at a very specific day. I called and spoke to a rep, instead of ordering online so that I could get verification that my order could be delivered on time to my specific location. I made it clear to the rep that, timing is everything, and the rep was happy to assure me that my order would be delivered on time. Of course this did not happen. The day went by and no flowers were delivered. I called the person who was to be receiving the flowers as a surprise the following day only to find out there was no delivery made on the day that was guaranteed to me. Bloomex has refused to offer any solutions to their mistake other than "Credit" which is useless as I will never be using their service again. Any rational company would, at the very least, be willing to take the product back and refund us the money that we spent but they made it very clear that they have no intention of doing this at all. I feel completely scammed by a company that claims to hold customer service and reliability as a priority and I suggest anyone considering to use their service to think twice, as they are not going to even try and remedy their error.
I love Bloomex, use it most often, and have never been disappointed. Easy to shop for what you want and the flowers and plants they send, are always consistent with what I ordered.
I would recommended this to everyone. Service was great and had my order completed in no time. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I look forward to ordering with Bloomex again.
I ordered flowers to be delievered to my terninal aunt, they were not deliveried on the day.
I called the company to be told they would be there when they get there
He was so rude and unhelpful.
When I asked for a refund he said they don't do that.
I asked to speak to a manager but he wouldn't put them on the phone.
I would advise everyone not to use this company, they will rip you off with undelivered flowers or half dead flowers.

Worst place to buy gifts. Do not buy from here. I placed and order and they got back saying recipient didn't pick the call and when I asked recipient confirmed that she didn't get any such call and the company is asking me to pay another 14.99 to arrange a delivery. I mean this is the first time I came across such a ridiculous solution. DO NOT EVER THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I order a dozen red Rose's in the morning to be delivered the same for a special birthday girl, they took my payment and agreed to deliver the same day and two hours later I get a text telling me my order is being investigated so I called and they confirmed that my order was getting ready to go out for delivery then at 2:02 pm I get an email saying my order is on hold so I call again and now they tell it can't be delivered today because they were short of Rose's today and they couldn't deliver until the next day such horrible service how can you be a national flower service and run short of Rose's this company is the worst in business I should have call the local flower shop, thumbs down for this company.
BEWARE! FALSE CLAIMS! ROSES ARE NOT FRESH, NOT LONG STEM and MOULD on them! I sent pictures to the customer service, THEY DONT CARE! They take your money and send you Garbage! Don't waste your money. I have never experienced such bad late delivery and horrible flowers. Never. Bloomex are scammers

Everyone asks me where I get the flowers I send and I always tell them. They send me photos, which I share with my neighbors and friends. On Easter, I sent Snapdragons, and my mother and father couldn't wait to call me (and send photos) of TWO vases overflowing with gorgeous blooms. You NEVER disappoint!
This company is legitimately a complete joke. They take your money, send you trash flowers that aren't even what you ordered, then claim they were so busy that they ran out AFTER confirming your order. Then they make the excuse that its mothers day when I ordered an entire 2 days prior. Now I get it if you run out as thats likely to happen, but don't take my money and not anticipate a busy weekend... Theyre entire business model is based around mother's day but they always make the excuse that theyre surprised when it comes and they get bunch of orders. I paid $70 for some flowers with an added deluxe version + $20 delivery and they sent me some nonsense regular flowers. I messaged them to complain and they told me the they "were busy and ran out excuse" followed by a $25 store credit like that's going to solve the problem that they just took my money and ripped me off. If you plan on buying flowers, this is not the company to order from, they have no clue how to run a business and don't know how to anticipate a busy weekend as if they're clueless to what theyre entire business model is run off. They'll rip you off and then send you useless credit will only take care of the delivery fee..
Placed two separate flower orders with Bloomex and had 100% outstanding experience from beginning to end! Both gift recipients raved about their flowers - absolutely fresh, fragrant, long lasting - PERFECT!
Absolutely horrible - they delayed because of a holiday - Victoria Day happens every year, have they not realized to plan for this? I usually do same day but wanted to ensure my order would get delivered so I ordered WAY in advance... for it to be delayed because of a SCHEDULED holiday. Do not trust them; they said my order would be upgraded to make up for it - sorry but I already had the HIGEST upgrade for my order already, so clearly they did nothing. Do not trust this company.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Oct. 2,2019. On Oct 4th I received a notice from Bloomex that my flowers were "In Transit" in Arizona during 110 degree days from the 2nd until delivery on the 4th. Awful, awful, awful. I tried to CHAT with Matt. I had better communication with my flowering Hibuscus. Do yourself a favor and pay a few pennies more and BUY AMERICAN.
Absolutely fantastic service. Her knowledge of flowers was brilliant. When explained that my mother had macular degeneration, she said that she knew the best combination of colours. Delivered with a smile. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE. Can't rate this enough.
Arrangement was changed and replacement arrangement was so sparse it was embarrassing to put my name to on the delivery card. I place 4 orders and 2 of them looked like this 2 of them were as ordered

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
