My daughter lives in Calgary and ordered flowers for my 65th Birthday. I took a photo of the flowers when they arrived and sent it to my daughter. They were not the flowers she ordered. My favourite flowers are yellow roses. The flowers that arrived were awful. No roses, the daisies were not the beautiful Gerbara ones in the photo. There were mums, awful purple Mimi mums, 2 carnations which I am not fond of. The flowers I received are filler flowers. I tried online chat, 3 phone calls and many emails. I received auto reply emails that someone would get back to me. It is now May 5th and no one has returned my emails or calls in 10 days. No one has responded to my daughter either. Do not order from this company. HORRIBLE.
First of all I didn't get what I ordered for. I ordered for something completely different to what I got. I am trying to reach out, no one is responding and it's just pissing me off. This was valentines and was trying to surprise someone special and you guys ruined it if you couldn't fulfill what I wanted why did you accept the order? It's bull$#*!, I hated everything. No arrangements nothing, please never use these people again. It's embarrassing how you disappointed me last minute. Just rubbish… am gonna add pictures and you tell me if it looks anything alike. This was this year 2024. 14th Feb.
Sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to a re; relative in the North of England. The range to choose from was varied and very easy to order. The recipient loved the flowers and commented on their colourfulness and freshness. I would not hesitate to use this supplier again.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov 10 but because I entered an incorrect email, I didn't received the info that they couldn't be delivered due to the hurricane. When I contacted customer service, the representative was able to locate my order, inform me of the inability to deliver the flowers and immediately offered to help me select flowers that could be delivered the next day and correct my email address. I have ordered flowers in the past and they have always been beautiful and long lasting. Now I know they have excellent customer service as well. Thank you!
I ordered a wine gift basket for a friend's 90th birthday. The person taking my order was very polite and helpful. I received an email when the basket was on its way, and after delivery. They arrived on time, and the recipient was delighted. Many thanks for a great experience.

I was placed the order a week ahead before my Mom birthday
1)Delivery was made next day after! (but in their invoice they cheat and have put designated delivery day)
2) Almost dead flowers, size and quantity mush less than on website picture
3) Instead of chocolate gift box they send pouch of MINT chocolate
4) awful card that again differ from website picture
5) they do not admit their bad service and do not make a refund
I sent my wife some flowers for her birthday, and they were beautiful. They have lasted over 4 weeks now and we still have them. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Update... six weeks into this purchase and we still have flowers on our table.
Flower delivery at a great distance is not easy, as I see it, but it obviously is not a big deal for Bloomex. Our order of flowers for my sister-in-law from Quebec City to Kingsville, Ontario was seamless and timely.
We obviously couldn't make the delivery in person and birthdays need to be special when one is 95. So I placed an online order with Bloomex. The price was very reasonable and delivery was carried out perfectly in lots of time for the day's event.

Order didn't come on time for friends 30th birthday even though I paid extra for same day shipping, and it came in all separate deliveries (I ordered flowers, candy basket and balloons) not together. Half the order showed up the next day. When I asked my friend she didn't even receive all of the items I paid for. When I confronted the company they said they couldn't deliver the balloons so they put an extra snack in the candy basket. Are toy kidding me. They wouldn't reimburse any of my money. Will never order through them again. Customer service is only online and they are extremely unhelpful.
I placed a order on the 6th of July it is now the 12th July and they still haven't been delivered, they were supposed to be delivered on the 8th July. I have rang numerous times but the person on the other end of the phone is very hard to understand. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone..
I enjoy ordering from bloomex. The process is always smooth and efficient. My friend got the beautiful gifts and she was thrilled with the quality of the flowers. Thanks Bloomex I will definitly recommend.
Bloomex has been my salvation in providing a surprise birthday present or expresssing the feeling of sympathy for the loss of loved ones. Bloomex has never let me down, because, from the accounts from the recipients, the flowers have always been beautiful and have always arrived in a timely manner.
My spouse called in and ordered a bouquet of pink and white flowers.
What I received was a mix of cheap fall coloured orange, purple, cheap flowers.
I called to complain, yes complain, why else to you ever call a customer service line. I wanted to get a replacement so I asked for a call back. The supervisor who called me back kept talking over me, I couldn't get a word in to explain, I kept trying to cut in and explain and finally in exasperation said "you are not very good at this" she told me I was rude and hung up.
I called back, while trying again to explain my situation the line dropped, so I called back and was told I had hung up, they talked over me again and I couldn't get it through to them that I did not hang up, but she said since I had hung up on her she was now hanging up on me. Sitting there kind of in shock my phone rings, it was them calling to tell me they were hanging up on me again!
I am just hoping we can cancel the credit card charge.
This company is a scam. They will overcharge you then not deliver, and then tell you they cannot refund. I made an order for an Aust delivery and paid with my Aust card and they charged me in US dollars, effectively charging me $35 over the invoiced amount. It took complaints to Consumer Affairs and threats of legal action to get my money refunded. They were dreadfully unhelpful and I was never given the name of an actual person. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!
The Magestic deluxe flowers were lovely. I ordered the mason vase also but my recipient had to change to a bigger vase bc the mason was too tight. Wish the vases accommodated the bouquets according to size. Wasted $10 on adding a vase.
Ordered my grandma the deluxe hydrangeas for delivery as me and my partner have Covid. She received 8 wilted roses. Not what I ordered and dead flowers! It was her 76th birthday and she was recovering from surgery... horrible. She told me to call and get a refund. They were asking for pictures, however my 76 year old grandma doesn't have a cell phone or email (and I have Covid)... so couldn't take pictures. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Waste of $50. Horrible customer service.
BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and their customer service is below par, it disgraceful! Unfortunately they are not customer focused and only care about the initial sale. Once your order is delivered and its not what you ordered they will direct you to their policy that states "We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable substitutions " I ordered $140 of lilies and received nothing that even resembled lilies, and Bloomex thinks this is fair and reasonable. Uuummm no! It's actually laughable. Oh and don't even waste your time trying to get the issue rectified because they DO NOT CARE. Wish I read more reviews before I decided to order from this shady company. You have been warned! 0/5 stars.
I was so disappointed/angry with Bloomex. First of all this so called Canadian company is located in California, USA. The posted prices are in American dollars so I paid almost double for the flowers I bought. The delivery was on time but the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. There were yellow roses in the basket of yellow flowers I ordered but not a one in the delivered ones. The arrangement was so ugly. It looked like they were just stuck in the pot any which way. I got suckered!

Planned a special Mothers day at a Hotel
Ordered on the 5th of May to give lots of time, checked delivery was possible as i needed it delivered on the 8th.May.No show of flowers etc even after phoning and being told it was running late.
Got the first message from Bloomex at 7:14am on the 9th that they were in transit, another@ 8:40 am but we left@ 9:45 am with no flowers
Flowers etc showed up on 9th May at the hotel@ 1:40 pm. in such poor condition the hotel disposed of them the next day. Impossible to contact them after 1st phone call, chat will ignore you and has no answers for you.
Stay away from this company, look up a local company and phone them, at least if there is an issue you can reach someone. Still trying to get a refund.
I ordered a Christmas centerpiece from my mother on December 7th, 2023. The arrangement that I was ordered was an Evergreen Elegance. The centerpiece was delivered on time, however, the arrangement that was delivered was not even close to the picture on the website.
I am extremely disappointed, I do realize that at time the flowers being delivered may differs from the picture on the website, but in this case, the fact is, the centerpiece that was delivered to my mother was not remotely close to what I ordered. Don't know the reason for such a let down, but for sure, you will not get a positive review from me!
