Very easy steps to arrange delivery. The company stated that theywould de everything to provide the flowers we requested, subject toseasonal changes. The flowers arrived on time without any hassles, thank you from Australia..

Awful

I ordered Enchanted cottage/ deluxe. But what my friend received is very different from what I ordered! It was very poorly designed and not similar to what I ordered. It's ugly! I paid $85 for that! I am very upset with Bloomex. It was terrible. And not responding to me. I followed up again and they did not accept their fault.

The website description: Bouquet contains white roses and spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower, all beautifully arranged!

There was no spray rose! The purple flowers were different colour! There was no wax flower! There was low quality white baby breath flowers there instead which I cannot see them in the website picture. Even the green leaves were different. More importantly the arrangement was AWFULL!

Fantastic service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased 2 "super-sized" funeral arrangements. Only one was delivered on the day of the funeral. NO HELP was given to fix the problem. Canned script from both the on-line chat "agent" and the live agent as to why the delivered arrangement met the requirements of the order. All horse S$%! The web site stated I should have received "a beautiful mix of at least 24 stems of assorted Premium flowers or a single type of flower, like White Roses or Lilies." The picture of what I did receive says it all. Save yourself time, money and aggravation - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They failed to deliver and then did not inform me until it was too late that they would deliver 2 days later. I tried to contact them and could not. And then the tuesday they did not deliver at all, sent a refund and told me at 6:30pm, so again I couldn't fix the problem. It is now thursday and i have heard from no one regardless of my 3 emails and phone calls where no one answers. I have left messages and no response. They also delivered another one of my orders on the wrong day. Worst customer service ever! Also i forgot to mention that i ordered them 2 weeks plus before Mother's day...

Beautiful flowers

Ordered these flowers (cool breeze) for a friend who was absolutely delighted with them. They were even more stunning than the photograph online. Delivered when promised and emails kept me updated on delivery. Would definitely order from here again.

Flowersm were nice but my complaint is their delivery process and their written policy (guaranteed before noon). I specifically said in my order if flowers could not be delivered by noon to cancel the order. The flowers were to be delivered to a local restaurant for our anniversary lunch time. They never came and when I got home and I phoned the driver and he said he just picked them up at 1:00PM. How they could get them there by noon when the driver picks them up at 100 is well beyond me. I tried to contact them but was put on hold for a long time so I hung up. I will try an e-mail. To see what they are going to do about not cancelling the order. They processed my credit card.

Great products, excellent support staff who make you feel like a values customer. I would have made it 5 stars, but on the last 2 deliveries, the flowers where a little beat up and only lasted about a week. Also we had sent my niece Jolene a boquet to mark the birth of her son, but they also arrived inpoor condition and died quickly. Careful! You're slipping!

I ordered two bouquets of flowers in this company. There was the first time that I've done an order in Bloomex. I can say that this service is really nice, all the stuff knows how to work, the creative ideas of making bouquets. Also i suppouce the prices are cheap, if to compair with other companies.

Two years ago a delivery I ordered was a day late (no credible reason) and I told myself "never again". I decided to try again as I wanted a kid-approriate arrangement. This was for our 8 yr old granddaughter's birthday. I ordered it 4 days in advance, all confirmed. By 7 pm on day of delivery, hadnt arrived, no notification from Bloomex. I called and they said that due to "courier problem" couldnt be delivered until next day. The problem was that courier doesnt deliver to this town (not exactly on the frontier!) on Mondays! This is 1.5 hrs north of Toronto and there are multiple florists in the area.
If they had mentioned this 4 days earlier, I would NOT have ordered;
I want my MONEY Back.
Useless company.

Still hasn't arrived and refused refund
December 27, 2022

Ordered a Christmas centerpiece for delivery Dec 22 (before the storm expected Dec 24th) and the household have been at home for delivery. Order notes still "in transit" on Dec 26th. After 3 phone calls to the toll-free help line, they will offer a store credit and refused refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, surely will not be using Bloomex service again. Off to go shopping now because of their shoddy service. Be warned.

Update - Bloomex continues to refuse refund for order not received noting it was the address outside of their area (Dundas and I was not alerted when the address was uploaded with postal code), but offers to send something else anywhere in the country. Refund is still being refused.

Worst Service
December 21, 2020

My Aunt who lives in Ottawa had just passed her 96th birthday when she found out from her youngest son that her oldest son had passed away in Edmonton. I live in Hamilton and was just about to send flowers to her for Christmas. Bloomed looked reasonable and the arrangements looked great so I picked Joyous Noel to be sent to her. When I was told about the service charge tax and delivery fee my 39.99 (On sale from 69.99) went upwards of $60.00. I told the person on the other end that maybe I would wait on the order and check with other local florists. He then offered a further 10% off and fool me took it. Needless to say instead of the lovely basket arrangement I ordered there was a basket with poinsettias in it. No pinecones no tropical plants. Buyer beware. Anyways I have pictures that I have since sent to customer service and not received a response. The arrangement was embarrassing and I still want the correct arrangement sent to her.

I was really amazed with the service by Bloomex I ordered the flowers for my Fiancee the day before valentines, fully not expecting them to come, there was a little hickup when i called the next day to check with florist and they could not do it and explained it was not direct 2 florist fault due to computer errors, however when i called i got through quickly and they had already got another florist and they got delivered that day by 6pm, I was over the moon and cant thank them enough for pulling out the stops. Very grateful

Multi deliveries

I used Bloomex to deliver 4 lots of flowers to family members and neighbours who had supported me through some medical issues. The wedsite was really easy to use and the flowers were delivered during the the requested times. All the recipients were over the moon and I got loads of smarty points.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

I ordered flowers for my Mother who lives in Tennessee and I live in Canada. They were never delivered so I contacted Bloomex and they said they had been delivered on Saturday May 7 as I had arranged on May 3... so plenty advance notice for this "SAME DAY DELIVERY" BS that bloomex advertises.
So today I called... got through to a customer services only to have them hang up on me. I called right back and again I was hung up on before even speaking to anyone. Third time is a charm (But not in this case) Spoke to Jonah at the same time I was online live chat with Malena neither were able to help but rather sent it to their Manager to contact me via email... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No ONE, could tell me who signed for these? Seriously?
A reputable company would immediately have someone speak with me...(Must be dealing with a lot of NON-"Deliveries"
Please... do not but taken in by this company... they are crooks!

I paid $20.00 to have flowered delivered to my mom and mil on mother's day. It said delivery date May 12th. They arrived on the 13th and looked horrible. The "live chat" is a complete waste of time. They ask for the order # then don't reply. There is no one to talk to about the order. # on the website is to purchase flowers. You can email but that is a pain to. They replied back with a $20 store credit or a $5 refund. Both are a waste of time. I will never buy from them ever again. The service was horrible and so was the product!

I ordered an arrangement to be sent for same day delivery. I continued to check my account, but all it would say is confirmed. They do nto send a delivery notification, so unless I call the person I would never know if they received it. Also, it was missing the card that was purchased. I have not received a photo to know if the arrangement is as ordered. Then when I contacted customer service on their website, they person clsoed the chat before I could get all of my questions answered. I order flowers online frequently as I work odd hours, but this was the worst customer service and lack of communication I have ever received.

Love them! Every time I get flowers delivered to a friend from Bloomex, they tell me how beautiful they are and how long they last. A friend told me to try Bloomex and now this site is the only one I use to order flowers for people. Affordable flowers, coupon codes easily available/usable, easy-to-use site. Flowers get there when they say they will. I couldn't be happier that I found Bloomex!

My friend was feeling down so I thought I'd send her some bright flowers to cheer her up. What I chose and what she received are not even in the same class. I order a Birthday designer Collection I boquet - roses, mums, daisies, mini carnations, fresia and greens. What she received, 4 carnations and some cheap looking flowers that I can buy at Safeway for $9. I was embarassed by the cheap bouquet. While I understand that substitues are sometimes required, this was not even close to being anything like what I ordered. Buyer beware. Contacted them, they offered me a discount on my next order. Like I would EVER use their business again - NOT!
