I wanted to surprise a colleague on her retirement day, at work, with a bouquet and found ordering online from Bloomex to be easy and the bouquet I chose was perfect for this individual. Delivery date was not honored. The bouquet was entirely different from what I had selected. Not nearly as nice. In fact, tasteless, like someone had just thrown together what was on the floor. Customer service - subzero. This was my first time ordering from Bloomex. Never, never again will I order from this company. First and last time for everything, I guess.
I ordered The Afternoon in the Garden (supersized) with teddy bears and chocolate for a same day delivery and was assured that it would be delivered the same day. The flowers were not delivered until 5 days afterwards and the arrangement that was delivered did not resemble the one that I had ordered in anyway and none of the extra items that I had ordered with the flowers were sent. They even wrote the wrong message on the card so the person I sent them to didn't even know that it was me that had sent the flowers. I contacted the company and after many emails and phone calls I was credited $30.00 on a $200.00 flower order.
Nice flowers. They are pretty but expensive. The bouquets seem comparable to what I can sometimes get at my local grocery store. I really like how customizable the monthly deliveries can be - it has been very nice to send flowers to friends and family during COVID.
On a Monday I ordered flowers for a friend having day surgery on Tuesday for the flowers to arrive the Wednesday... knowing she would get them after she was home and recuperating, I was sent an email stating there was a shortage in stock and more arriving that they can have them delivered the next available day which was Thursday, I accepted this. I was in contact with my friend all day Thursday waiting for her to send me a text and pic of the flowers when she got them and 5 pm came along and still nothing, I contacted the company and spoke to 3 different people all asking me what they could help me with and they blamed the courier
I sent a flower display to my sister. It arrived when specified and she was over the moon with it. She sent me a photo of it. It was beautiful and she said it smelt really lovely. First class service 10 out of 10.
This is my first time ordering flowers online and I was a bit scared because of what my friends and family had told me about ordering flowers online because wouldn't come as the picture described but Bloomex cleared all my doubts. When my wife received them she sent me a picture and it came out perfect. Flowers were full and beautiful, vase was as advertised, as well as the cookies and card. The whole package couldn't have been better. I was very pleased with my purchase as well as my wife. I will definitely use this company again.
Service at a high level - I was contacted and reported that there are no colors that I ordered. I was offered two options: delivery of a larger bouquet at the same time that I chose or wait for the delivery of flowers and make delivery of the bouquet later in the day. I chose the latter. Fresh flowers, very beautiful packaging.
Ordered 2 roses for my partner for valentines day. The ordering and checkout was easy. The roses were delivered next day (valentines day) and were very beautiful. They were arranged lovely - simple but effective. Perfect! Thank you

I was the sender and everything was excellent from that perspective. The recipients were pleased to have the flowers. I have used your company on prior occasions and the recipients were pleased then also.
Bloomex has an EXCELLENT selection too, with flowers and edibles and gifts. I've used them before without any problems, and this very positive experience encourages me to use them over and over. I don't know if the shipping issues were my fault or a glitch in the system, but either way it is all taken care of and my 30th wedding Anniversary! Was the best!
The first time yesterday, when I ordered from Bloomex was a bouquet for my mother on Mother's Day, which pleases her today. She was pleased, and so I decided in the future to order a more expensive bouquet for my mother's birthday.
It was easy to find a florist located near the recipient of the flowers I wished to send and the price was very reasonable. The flowers were send on time and the recipient said the flowers were very beautiful!
Had an order to be delivered. Received an email that the driver couldn't find the address so went back to the warehouse. I contacted the and they asked me to pay another $14.95 for re delivery. I will never order from them again.
I ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery for my girlfriend. It was a very special occasion. Called Bloomer to verify my order would be delivered on time because the Oder status hadn't change. The person assured me it would be delivered by 6pm. I called at 6pm because nothing was delivered. The order status still showed "packaging". The customer service desk said it wouldn't be delivered till the next day. I said I wanted my money refunded. They said they had to get a supervisor get back to me by email. She could not do anything for me. Did not receive any email. This site is a total screw up. Stay away from this service.
I purchased flowers on May 9th for Mother's Day, but these were never delivered. I was told day after day they would deliver the following day, when calling in I was hung up on before I could even get my order number finished. I received an email today stating the order was lost and that they could give me a new arrangement or a store credit. I will never shop at this place again so a store credit is futile, and Mother's Day has passed, today is May 19th, and sending a new arrangement is insulting, to say the least. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) in Canada, anyone who has been frauded out of hard-earned money by this company is entitled to a full refund. Stay as far away from this criminal organization as you can.
I received a bouquet of flowers from Bloomex for my birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. I have subsequently recommended them to anyone who is sending flowers to loved ones. They also have disount coupons.
I was very pleased with the floral arrangement it was exactly like the photo online and a generous array of flowers. It arrived at the appropriate time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bloomex for your floral needs
I ordered in plenty of time, to have Mothers Days flowers delivered for Mothers day. The 14th. I have now been informed that my order.which was a sizeable order.will NOT be delivered till the 16th! 2 days After Mothers Day, and they will NOT refund anything, saying Order has been confirmed. I do NOT recommend Bloomex Canada. At all
This company is brutal. Their customer service is the worst... Rude and Ignorant! There is no way to talk to anyone live and you cannot get a refund from them.
They take your order and guarantee that it will be delivered when stated. They take your money and then a day later they send you an email telling you that your order will be delivered within a week or so. They offer you a small upgrade for your trouble. BRUTAL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
