I ordered a "Designer Collection" floral arrangement in Bloomex Montreal. The person received them on time, but the flowers that they got were not the ones in the picture (they were cheaper flowers). The arrangement was fine, but not as depicted in the website picture. It was overpriced considering it wasn't the original flower arrangement I asked for.
Ordered flowers for Father's Day to give to my mother, the flowers were never delivered and no one answers the phone when it rings.
The customer service and moral of the company is beyond poor. They should not own a business liscnese and they are NOT reputable.
I was a little worried at first because of the negative reviews but after I messaged customer service about my concern they assured me they would be fresh and delivered on time. I received updates on when they were in transit and when they were received.
Every time that I order flowers the recipients as so happy and satisfied with the quality of the flowers. They are also very happy about the extended life of the flowers. I belief that you get what you pay for and this has been proven with every order that I have made with Bloomex.
Added a couple of things to my cart, then after I had added my billing information decided I wanted to change the cart up. Well it didn't give me the option to change the items in the cart, so I used their support chat and she was able to adjust it to where I could edit the items in cart, when I received a notification that the charge had been pushed through. I never actually approved the order! She told me that they couldn't do a refund and could only give me in store credit, which wouldn't be applied til the next day! I'm trying to dispute the charge on my card now. Very disappointed and worried.
It was easy to order. I was worried about what I was going to get and how dependable using Direct was going to be, but service was very fast, the florist did a wonderful job and the flowers were delivered on time. Thanks so much
This was the first time I'd ordered flowers online and was nervous as I knew nothing about the florists. The flowers were for a friend whose going through breast cancer so they needed to be the best and they were. Delivered on time and my friend was delighted. I couldn't of been more happy with both the service and the quality of the bouquet. Would definitely recommend

My order was exactly as ordered and delivery driver was courteous. I was apprehensive because I had heard of customers being extremely disappointed on the condition of their order but as mentioned we were extremely satisfied ours was as ordered.
I am so cross and embarrassed the flowers that were sent to my Aunt were not what I ordered and paid for. Not even similar in any way. I will not use this company again. Truly unbelievable! I did not get what I carefully chose and paid for.
I ordered a bright, supersized and colorful bouquet of flowers... I received tulips and some unopened flowers. The whole reason for ordering this arrangement was for the color and variety. It was supposed to be thick and filled with that green stuff. I paid USD $100 for those tulips and truffles! They said they ran out of stock... and yet they took my full payment anyway. If they told me they couldn't fill my order I would have found another arrangement or gone elsewhere. They told me that their "substitute" was within their policy. You can clearly see the difference from the pictures.
Twice this year (Jan and Dec 2020) I ordered supersized gourmet baskets for my mother. The baskets always met expectations and were delivered on time. My mother was very pleased with the selection of products in the baskets. I will order again from Bloomex.ca.
Beautiful flowers delivered within 4 hours of ordering online. They were to be delivered to a school and they were delivered before end of school day. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Not to mention the flowers were gorgeous and greatly appreciated. 10/10 рџ‘ЌрџЏјрџ‰

Terrible company and terrible experience twice.
The first time my order was 4 days late and this time it never showed up. My order never arrived and Bloomex refused to issue a refund. Wouldn't use this company with a gun to my head.
I had a gala event and had a lоt of bouquets of flowers. The event was very important and I was lооking for a responsible company that would qualitatively and responsibly fulfill the order. This company knows how to ruin people's day on top of ruining a very thoughtful gift. WATCH OUT! They will say they attempted delivery. You can't confirm or deny that they did. This company won't even call you to arrange a proper delivery and when you finally call them to see where your delivery is (as my friend said they sent me flowers) and what happened they say it was undeliverable and if you want to have another delivery set up they will charge you again. Seems like the perfect way to get extra money from someone. When someone wants to send you a thoughtful gift to brighten your holiday season but you end up getting scammed! Thanks but no thanks!
1st and last time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Flowers were sent by purolator in Dec arrived frozen and damaged and with no card. Contacted customer service and was told I only had 3 days to place a complaint. The people I sent them to didn't even know who sent the flowers and tried to find out and had no luck. I contacted customer service on Boxing Day which now made 4 days from delivery date and was told they could do nothing exes or give me 15% off my next order. There will be no next time. Trust me!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
