I ordered the "loving lilies "flower arrangement and it had ZERO lilles! I paid $180! It was filled with cheap carnations!
And it was for my in-laws 50th anniversary!
And someone attached a card that said "deepest sympathies".
I also ordered a glass vase. But it was delivered in a box.
I emailed to complain (you can not speak to. Manager over the phone) they refund the $ for the glass vase that was not delivered!
And offered me a coupon for my next purchase!
I will never purchase from them! See pictures below... the advertised loving lilies on their website and the basket of carnations that was delivered!
I have purchased flowers twice from Bloomex. The first time was for my mother's 85th Birthday. The flowers were not delivered on time, then they could not let me cancel the order. They arrived the 2nd day in the evening. Flowers died very quickly, poor quality. After my complaint offered me a $30 coupon on next order. Well got fooled again! Ordered a birthday bouquet that was supposed to be $60 on sale for $30. Used my $30 coupon and had to pay add'l $19 for shipping/tax. Flowers delivered were not at all as shown on their website, poor quality, died in few days. They were comparable to $15 flowers from Supermarket, Never again! Stay away!
This is the second time that Bloomex have not delivered my flowers on time. Yet they accept the order and then send a note to say that they cannot deliver to the address I have on the order. This was for Christmas and Easter. I am sorry but they have spoilt my flower surprise to my 81yr old aunt twice and it is most disappointing. They need to check the address and do not continue to accept a booking if they cannot make the delivery so the customer can go to another supplier to get their flowers delivered on time. This needs a policy and computer system change.
Bloomex, you made my day! My fabulous flowers were delivered on time. The were absolutely fresh and lasted long after the big day. The staff was so helpful and patient. I got exactly what I wanted and imagined!
Order never arrived on time and all that was received was a balloon not even the flowers. Would not return my money and only willing to give me store credit. Like I would trust them a second time. NOOOOO
When completing your order bloomex asks for payment before even putting in recipients address. In my case, found out address was undeliverable and so was trying to figure out different method to deliver. Bloomex cancelled my order, kept the money paid and said it was because I didn't complete it within the 1 hr timeline! Why would they process a payment on an order that is not complete or showing a delivery address? Do not use, would not recommend
Love this site. Have ordered numerous times and have always been satisfied with the flowers. Easy site to Navigate but best of all the flowers are super fresh and they are Environmentally mi ded about their growing and shipping methods. 100% satisgied.
Your flowers are awesome. However, during a recent purchase I could not get clear advice on a order and consequently did not get what I wanted. I made it clear that what I wanted when I communicated with your assistance person but I kept getting different persons. I also was prepared to order flowers for mother's day but I could not update or switch order. I needed to cancel previous selections but could not. This needs to be fixed bc I had selected 3-4 Bloomex but only wanted to cancel 3 and purchase 1. I could not finalize order.
Ordered flowers over the internet to be delivered the following day. The recipient told me that the flowers were lovely and were delivered without a hitch. So I was extremely pleased the the service. I would use this company again.
A week ago I ordered a bouquet of roses for my sister for an anniversary. Bloomex employees took into account my wishes and made the packaging of the desired color, and the inscription with congratulations.
I ordered a basket of flowers for next day delivery. I was notified that it would be an extra day with an upgrade. The flowers that my friend received was nothing I ordered. They were the same colour but that was it. First it was few flowers in a vase instead of a basket of flowers. 77 dollars for flowers you can get at the grocery store for 15 dollars. What a rip off.
My brother ordered 1 dozen roses for our mother (who lives in Fredericton, NB) for Mother's Day. Bloomex delivered white daisies in place of the roses and did not notify us. We only realized the substitution was made after we saw a photo of the delivered flowers. After reporting this to Bloomex, we were told the substitution was due to a shortage of the flowers of our choice. They offered a $20 gift certificate towards our next purchase. I refused and requested either a full refund OR 1 dozen roses be delivered to our mothers. After weeks of hounding Bloomex, the roses were eventually delivered. And sadly they lasted all of 3 or 4 days. I will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will advise other people to follow suit.
I am new to Bloomex as a customer, and ordered from you because I received the most incredible and fragrant bouquet from Bloomex 2 weeks ago from my family for my birthday. The flowers--white lilies -- arrived as bud, bloomed the next day, and lasted for a full 2 weeks!
Sent the order in the morning and the flowers were with the recipient the same day. Bloomex kept me updated via email about the progress of my order including when they had to transfer to a different florist. The recipient was happy with the flowers. Would use this company again.
I ordered flowers to my daughter using Bloomex and it was brilliant idea. The first thing I noticed was user friendly service. Flowers were gorgeous and beautiful. Customer service also was super and delivery was on time.
Before I placed an order, I sought assurances that Bloomex could deliver to that address. They assured me, twice, that they would do so. Then, when they did not deliver, they issued a store credit, without my authorization, against my wishes, instead of refunding my money in full. They said they would get back to me. They did not do so. They are engaging in fraudulent practices. They are in breach of their agreement. Do NOT order flowers from Bloomex.
Ordered white lilies and roses for sympathy got colourful carnations and daisies. Ordered card got a piece of paper. Order directly from the company of your choice don't let bloomex work for you you don't get what you pay for... First picture what I got second picture what I ordered... notice the paper card... Wrong message as well
I placed an order to send some sympathy flowers to a friend. The website and order process is efficient and easy to use. There is a great selection of well priced flowers to choose from to suit any budget.
I love ordering from this company. I have ordered 3 times and every time the process has been so easy and the deliveries are always on time. Every one I've ordered for has been very happy with the flowers.
Quick and easy service. Easy to navigate the website, no problems whatsoever! I called the store delivering my flowers for an update and they were more than happy to help. I received email confirmation when my flowers were delivered and they were beautiful!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
