Offered to deliver to Kingston the day of delivery they said it was unsuccessful to deliver and refused to refund my money. My mom was without her birthday present. I will never use this service again, and will let everyone know never to use this service. Poor customer service terrible
Very poor customer service, did not get a confirmation of delivery had to call but no proof given. Its a bit awkward to call the person you were sending the flowers to check up on the delivery, when it's being sent due to a passing. Customer service was no help.
I bought a bouquet of flowers for my mother which was supposed to have roses, lilies, and lavender chrysanthemums. I even paid to upgrade to the largest size! A total of $80 to have them delivered. Instead, my mother received left over scraps of Carnations. A complete abomination. I was both baffled and embarrassed of what my mother received. When I spoke to costumer service they told me that the "flowers" delivered met their policy. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Had flowers delivered from Bloomex for my mom's birthday and had following problems:
-Flowers delivered at 9am even if I had specified "afternoon delivery" on the order and confirmed this by phone.
-No personal message as I had requested and paid for.
-Flowers no where near the picture. Poor quality.
Terrible customer service and absolute rip-off.
Never again!
Every year I send flowers to friends in Wales. And every year, they are so delighted by the quality and beauty of what is delivered. Thank you for each and every arrangement so well executed and prepared to order!
I order flowers only here. They are always fresh, tender, very beautiful. The staff is polite and courteous, the prices are good, it's nice to work with them. I recommend to order flowers only here for holidays. They're great.
Nicely done. They failed my order in time, but I did it in advance. Got resent in a few hours, while I was searchin all those bad reviews there. It was last second before I did a mistake. Beautiful basket for my daughter and it's best I ever had myself. I ll add a photo later. No time.
Unless you do not care what arrives, do not order from Bloomex. They don't what they deliver or where or whom they deliver it to. While their communication about how bad they are is excellent and fast, there are no solutions. Lesson learned for this customer.
They charge me an outrageously high shipping fee but don't guarantee delivery on time nor quality. My order to My Mother In law (who lives in a difference province than we do) was delivered 3 days after the date I selected and paid for.
The flowers were also put into a box upside down - the labels were on the top of the box but the flowers were bloom down, no water and crushed. My MIL left me a message yesterday about the conditions and I only had time to contact them today. (Approx 36hrs after delivery).
Their response was - we used Purolator so shipping is out if our control. And we only have a 24hr guarantee on flowers…. Seriously!

This is my first time of using the website to send flowers to my friend, she was delighted with them and said that the flowers were beautiful. The website was easy an smooth to use, I will surely use bloomex again.
Very impressed. It was my first time using and it was pretty close to perfect. The only confusing thing was I got an email saying it had been delivered before it actually had been delivered. Other than that, I cannot complain!
I placed an order 2 weeks prior to delivery. Was supposed to be delivered in the morning and still not delivered at 11pm at night. Have called customer service time NUMEROUS times only to get answering service. No one has yet to return my call and no delivery to date.

I received a beautiful surprise from a wonderful nephew when I felt my worst. It was a lovely gift and I knew I wasn't by myself in this terrible time. Beautifully boxed, it gave me something to smell, something to look at, something to hug and some very nice chocolates. Thank you nephew! And thank you Bloomex you made me feel a lot better.
I received my first order last week and was thrilled to see the beautiful flowers I look forward to my next flower delivery... real gorgeous flowers always brighten and make a home look inviting and cheerful
I ordered color from this company. I wanted to please my mother and sister. We made an order with the operator, decided on the colors, price and date of delivery. The courier arrived on time, was very polite and courteous. Also said nice things to my mom and sister, and not just shoved the bouquet and left. I am very pleased with this attitude. This indicates the level of work of the whole company.
First time customer and got to say the quality and the arrangement of the flowers was awesome. Delivery was made by noon and I cannot fault the overall experience and will definitely use again. Thank you

I ordered for my parents for Christmas a Centre piece. This Centre piece is embarrassing for me to gift and for Bloomex to stand behind!
This is what 100.00 gets you. Stock photo is what I ordered and second is what I received. It's a joke. And no one from the company has replied to my emails.

I ordered a fruit basked called European Sampler - a basket with 10 beautifully arranged fruit pieces in a basket with handle and bow. What I got was a small square basket with 10 pieces of fruit literally thrown in and freely rolling around - not nicely packed and arranged as on the webpage and not a handled, attractive container as promised, If customers are to order by picture and basically sight unseen, the order must be filled accurately. It was not! The basket received belw was no where near worth the $50 we paid!
Neither I nor my daughter will ever use Bloomex again - the disappointment was huge.
I ordered the "loving lilies "flower arrangement and it had ZERO lilles! I paid $180! It was filled with cheap carnations!
And it was for my in-laws 50th anniversary!
And someone attached a card that said "deepest sympathies".
I also ordered a glass vase. But it was delivered in a box.
I emailed to complain (you can not speak to. Manager over the phone) they refund the $ for the glass vase that was not delivered!
And offered me a coupon for my next purchase!
I will never purchase from them! See pictures below... the advertised loving lilies on their website and the basket of carnations that was delivered!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
