I have had two bad experiences with this company. Customer service is terrible.
I asked for a delivery to my husband's step mother who resides in a nursing home. The nursing home moved her to another room, same address, same nursing home. The delivery company didn't have the brains to have the nursing home deliver the flowers to the correct room. Bloomex is charging me another $14.99 for a redelivery charge.
I was the recipient of a Bloomex arrangement on November 8th. Several of the blooms are still beautiful, on December 6th! That was the only recommendation I needed to become a customer. Thank you for a beautiful and long-lasting product.
My mother was delighted with her flowers. The service online was easy to work with and the flowers that arrived resembled the picture online. I am definitely going to use your services again. BestDr Harrison
I'm always impressed with Bloomex customer service. Their products always arrive on time and look great. If for some reason they aren't it's immediately replaced. Personally I had an issue with them just once when the flowers for my mom didn't look the same as in the online photo. I called Bloomex and the manager Anastasia handled it resending the flowers. In the end, I got the flowers I had ordered and my mom was delighted with them.
I needed to change the message on my card and was told that they'd recieved my request and asked for the new message. I sent it but it never happened which led to embarrassment for me and the recipient. Never using them again.
Called ordered flowers for deliver. Person on line told me I will get the delievery for Valentines day. They emailed me stating it wouldn't happen and I would get the delivery the day after. Why not tell me when I ordered
I ordered my flowers, balloon, chocolate and a teddy bear, yesterday, June 26,2022 and i asked if they can deliver it for today June 27,2022 anytime from 9 am-8 pm, the staff confirmed to me that they can deliver it on the said time, but, then i received a call from an agent that my order will not be deliver today. It ruined my friends birthday surprise, as she will fly going to US, they just told me that it cannot be possible to deliver it for today, i wouldn't order. But what can i do, i don't have choice but to wait for the nxt morning (tomorrow). I hope my friend can able to receive it on time.
Please for the staff of bloomex, dont ever confirmed to your customer that you can deliver it, then later on you will change the delivery date and time, its very frustrating. Thanks.
I ordered the " supersize" Enchanted Cottage bouquet and made the assumption that it would be similar to the full bouquet that was pictured with the advertisement. It certainly was not! What was received was a sparse bouquet which looked terrible. I emailed pictures to the company and also telephoned the company and left a message. So far l have not received a response. The bottom line appears to be that l was "taken".
Amazing florist beautiful flowers and deliveredd on special day at short notice. Just amazing and perfect and saved me I. A moment of special need xx. Quality and display of flowers was perfect and so cheered someone who had a terrible accident xx thank you so so much xx
They advertised on their website they could deliver the flowers on a certain day. I even paid for it to be expedited. They called that evening and said they could not deliver it that day and they could deliver in the morning which was the morning of the funeral. Then I got an email that said they couldn't deliver it the next day and it would be 2 more days. Customer service was rude and of no help. They said I had to wait for an email from management. I told them to cancel it and he said he couldn't and I had to wait for email. I am still waiting and if they still charge me I will be very upset.
I ordered flowers to be delivered in my best friends birthday(April 25th). I got an email ON the 25th saying the delivery has been post poned to April 28th... as of the 28th they have still not been delivered. You cannot speak to anyone through their 1-800 number and the online live chat is a joke. I hope I get my money back.
Flowers were ordered on the 4th May for delivery on the 6th. The flowers were not delivered until the 8th of May (after I needed them on the 7th). Also, I did not get what I paid for... not even the blue vase. Stay away. Order from someone local who can make it right. I reported to the BBB and still they don't want to refund my purchase. Will be calling the credit card company next. Stay far far away. Save yourself the headache.
I currently have a credit which I am attempting to use. When I place a new order, I have to pay an additional delivery charge as I'm told, the credit doesn't include the delivery charge. Ummm, yes it does. It's my credit! Unbelievable. Once I've paid them more money and used the entire credit, it will be the last time. I know a number of people who use them as well and I'll be sure and let them know of my experience. Dreadful.
I ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Monday for my Aunts bday. It's Wednesday, and she still hasn't received the flowers and I have tried chatting, emailing, and calling for 3 days with no response.
My wife received a bouquet of flowers from her sister-in-law because of the passing of your mother. The flowers arrived frozen. BLOOMEX offered very pathetic compensation, a 50% store credit. They would not offer a full refund - I mean, why would I want a store credit when I would never use them again!

I ordered flowers with a vase & the vase was delivered in bubble, broken (flowers were in a box). It was accepted at the front desk & the attendant was surprised a broken product was delivered with no response from tge delivery man. I emailed in a complaint & the only response was a request to fill out a review.
Poor product & poor service.
My Bloomex bouquet order was a gift and the recipient was ecstatic! The bouquet was gorgeous and lasted for quite some time. This wasn't the first time I have ordered from Bloomex and it won't be the last!
I paid $75 for deluxe flowers and a vase to be delivered on the 15th June, 18th June they decide to deliver no vase and flowers that I did not order. Customer service is a joke, chat is a joke. All they keep saying is 15% off your next order that I will never place as they have not given me what I paid for.
For $96.00. I got flowers sent to my mom. I added on extra, and got nothing like what I actually ordered or was charged for. My daughter recommended them. But, I certainly got better arrangements from telaflora for a heck of alot less.

I ordered flowers for my friends who got Covid and we're isolating over the holidays. The order was placed December 20 and were to be delivered on the 23rd of December. I got an email saying they were "delivered" when they were not. It is now December 29 and the flowers have yet to arrive, and I even repaid a delivery fee. This company is disorganized, inconsistent, and has zero care or regard for their customers. DO NOT USE THEM!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
