The flowers were lovely and my request that some freesia be part of the arrangement was honoured. The flowers were the last I shall ever send to my sister. They were for her funeral. I had put off ordering them and Flowerzone delivered them with very little notice. I am very grateful.
I ordered and got nothing like my order. No truffle and customer service very bad. Have to wait 24 hours for investigation when pic clearly show the difference

Their flowers were reasonably priced and I was able to find a discount code as well that saved me $5. Their delivery was prompt, even during the COViD-19 period, and the flowers were fresh and lasted a couple weeks in water.
Ordered a Valentines Day package --flowers, teddy bear, etc...Specifically said Monday (13th)...order gets delivered Friday (10th)...GF coming Monday...called Bloomex...song and dance and excuses...but no refund or redelivery--so stuck with flowers that aren't in good shape by the Monday...

My husband has sent me flowers from Bloomex before and they were fine. This time the roses arrived half dead, a day later the heads dropped and they were completely dead. Good roses usually last a week, not 1 day. I contacted them and explained we regularly buy from them. I spoke to someone in Taiwan. They referred me to an email that kept bouncing back. After 3 days, no one would help me and they said they could do absolutely nothing. My husband paid a lot for these dead roses. Their customer service is awful, with no concern or care to loyal customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! I will go to my credit card company to dispute this charge. VERY DISAPPOINTING…. SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR FLOWERS!
Literally the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I spent $100 and when they couldn't guarantee me it would be delivered the next day I asked to cancel the order. They refused to cancel it, I spoke to over 20 people and I got hung up on and disconnected numerous times because nobody gives a flying F about their customers.
Teh arrangement arrived a day late and was a completely different arrangement to what I ordered> Cheap supermarket lillies which my mother is ALLERGIC to and could not even handle, they had to go in the bin. Bloomex demanded that the arrangement be sent back before they would refund me. They refused to help me every inch of the way and have withheld my money. I have reported to the ACCC. I am absolutely FUMING, I have never dealt with a company so openly criminal in their dealings. How they get away with it is beyond me. They should be taken to court and the company should be banned from operating. Completely false advertising.
STAY AWAY FROM BLOOMEX! Three bouquets I ordered, THREE were all wrong! One came without a card to say who the flowers were even from. The flowers were supposed to be a DELUXE (I paid extra for that) hydrangeas, and instead they sent an ugly, beat up, tulip bouquet. Two previous orders were even sent on the WRONG day. Customer service is terrible and useless. They claim "Canada is a big country so we send the flowers out when we can." They also claim that the tattered bouquet that I didn't order was in compliance with their guidelines. SHAME ON BLOOMEX! DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS! They really get ZERO stars from me, but that's not an option. Before buying, do your research. There are full pages dedicated to how HORRIBLE Bloomex is.
DO NOT USE. I ordered flowers on February 9th and it is now February 13th and flowers have still not been delivered. Asked for a refund and they refuse. Customer Service sucks! Do yourself a favour and don't bother with this company.
They have shipped wrong item. And when I try to call them they are not ready to pickup the call and take complaint. It's scam: when I have selected for place a new order(in IVR option) then it got connected to the operator, when I ask I got wrong item they put and on hold and disconnected after 30sec.
Ordered $74 bunch and it was appalling they were to be delivered Tuesday only arrived Thursday morning...2 days late. Will never deal with them again and never recommend either
Ordered flowers about 8.30am and just after 11am I got a message from my friend to say she had just received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Very impressed with the quality of flowers and speed of delivery. Thank you
Worst company! I wish I could have given zero star. I ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation and the flowers never showed up. When you call customer service they are not allowed to make refund.
I think the owner of this company is a web site designer with a back rad garden and no shipping knowledge. Dead flowers, no customer service. Stay away!
I ordered chocolates to be delivered the next day. They confirmed it will be deliverd the next day and took my money. Got an amail on delivery day confirming it will go out at 8am. At 3pm, got an email saying they do not deliver there and that the stuff will be delivered on Tuesday(instead of Saturday) Contacted them and they are refusing a refund, offered a Tuesday delivery(when there will be nobody at home) or a store credit which I do not want.

-Flowers arrived on time, but 3/12 of the roses were completely dead, and most of the others were in rough shape
-Only offered to re-send the order, or give me a store credit - but I'd have to pay the delivery fee again
-Company policy: NO REFUNDS (wish I had known that)
-I had to call these guys 4 times to escalate this issue, but response was always the same
-Emails they sent to me were incomplete, didn't include a description of what was happening with my request; just said the order was 'UPDATED' with no explanation

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a sympathy arrangement and first they told me they were delivered, then they would look into it and get back… which NEVER happened then they didn't have what I ordered and would send something different… 3 days later and STILL NOTHING…. My cousin was sick for a while so I decide to send her some flowers to cheer her up. I ordered Gerberas and she was very pleased. They were so bright and colorful that could make her smile and forget about the disease for a moment. Later when I visited her she thanked me again for the flowers.
Broken at the stem and old/opened/dry roses as well as incorrect delivery dates and cheap gift baskets that looks nothing like what's advertised on the website. Don't waste your money nor time!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
