I emailed them to ask about an item they sell. I received a reply that they didn't have the info I needed, but would look into it and get back to me. Months later, still waiting. Then I found something that I want (and don't need their "help") -- but when I went to order it, I noticed that while the URL starts with "https", there is no little padlock to indicate that the site page is truly secure. I've always been told to look for both "https" and the padlock. So, I have to wonder if this is a safe place from which to order online. I think I'll pass.

I order almost all my clothing from Blair for years. I never ever had to send anything back. You were also very prompt on sending the order out. I just have never
Seen a store change the quality of their clothing like you have. I will never order from you again. I feel real bad. And the price to send them home was terrible.

I have ordered from Blair a few times and my items arrived on time or early. Everything I have bought I was very happy with from dresses to sink floor mats to Mr. Lid Storage containers. I will be a lifer at blair.

Got my refund back
January 30, 2018

I want to update my review about Blair not giving me a refund. I was given credit for both outfits that i returnedfinally.And just want to post this update. Im still not sure why it happened but glad its cleared up

Ive been buys from Blair for years. Recently I saw a dress, took my measurements and ordered the correct size (M). Im no small. When I got it it was so big in the chest even after I washed. It was on sale for $20. They wanted to charge me $10 to ship back. It was marked M. No amount of review would change that. They were rude. Said I only had two choices. Theyre shipping back or mine. I told them I had a 3rd choice. I closed my account.

I like Blair but am considering canceling my card. Try and look up how to pay your Bill... I searched everywhere... it's terrible... either you have to open a special account with cominity bank in Columbus Indiana or, you have to go to a special (Place I never herd of that pays bills) or call them pay online the Bill in full so it seems, or Mail it to a PO Box in Texas which I chose to do... really a lot to sort out for us older folks. (Bah) The clothes are fine.

Bad return policy

It will cost you $10 to return an item. Quality is good but, since you have to spend $50 to get free shipping, it costs a lot to do business with Blair.

Ordered gifts for a friend in June. Charges continued to hit my checking account until September. I was told a credit was issued for a refund when in fact it was not and my account was continuously charged. There are other great sites to order from. This one is not worthy of anyone's business. Although they offer a full refund they keep sales tax and delivery as well as charge your payment authorization for months after the purchase. Never again.

Do Not buy
November 14, 2019

Ordered a $16 vest that did not fit when it arrived. I had checked the return policy on the web site and no mention was made of a $9.99 return shipping charge. I called customer service to get return instructions when this return charge came to my attention. I could throw the vest away and only loose $6. Guess you can imagine that's what I'll choose to do! Never ever ever buy from this outfit!

I ordered some pants for my elderly mother and they were too small. I went from misses to women's sizes, but wanted them short. The sizing chart was not clear on how the size and length considerations overlap, so I called the company to get more information and reordered what I thought would fit my mother. But the second batch were not right either. I asked the company to pay for the return shipping based on the ambiguity, but that request was denied in a rude way. Talked to a supervisor who was also ungracious and dismissive. I will not order from this company again.

Years ago I stopped ordering from Blair's because of a problem with a legit return. I just recently ordered a few items because of medical problems, it's difficult for me to get out. One item was tóo large and they are going to charge me $10 to exchange it! I don't think so. I'll take my business elsewhere. No wonder they are going out of business. Can't compete with Amazon with lousy customer service.

Rip Off

I only use Blair because my elderly mother likes the clothes and can't go out to shop. They advertise codes and discounts that don't work, try to trick you into a bogus VIP program with promise of 15 $ off next order and promise gifts that you can't redeem, or are worthless. Really BAD business practices!

Blair is a ripoff!

Blair is a RIP OFF! My Mom bought 3 pairs of pants and sent two pair back. She never got credit, never received a revised bill and then she was tagged for a late fee!
So it cost her over $80 for a single pair of cheap pants. They definitely prey on the consumer! Don't buy Blair!

I bought a vest on sale $23. Didn't fit too large, returned the vest for an exchange using their label that I had to pay $9.99. And on top of that, I checked out my checking account last night & saw that I charged another $23 for this vest, No it was NOT a credit, in was a minus on top of that $9.99 that I to pay to return the vest. So, now I'm charged over double the cost of what the vest would had cost reg. Price. I would NEVER buy any thing from this company again. Buyer Beware. They are crooks. That's how they stay in business, ripping people off!

Bought a vest on clearance, seemed ok til I put my hand in the pocket and found a big hole! Next order, they sent the wrong color and are charging me 9.99 to exchange it when they screwed it up in the first place!

If there was zero stars I would make sure to give that to Blair. This company is terrible. I spent more than an hour trying to understand why I hadn't received my exchange. What did they tell me: we tried to reach you via email and you didn't respond. However, their emails NONE say to reply. So, what do the incredible people of Blair do? They decide to cancel my order and not tell me about it. This is suppose to be my mother and grandmother's Mother's Day gift. The "supervisor" says that he would waive my shipping and get it to me as soon as possible. A few minutes later what do I see on my card: full charge for expedite shipping. I still had to spend another 20 minutes trying to explain. It really isn't worth the time wasted with this company. I hope that the business bureau see what they are doing and that they don't treat their customers with respect.

Wrong items
December 5, 2019

I ordered 4 ceramic Christmas trees for gifts sent to my daughter. She received a small box with what appeared to be the label was cut out of another cardboard box and taped to the shipping box. She opened the box and there were two boxes of chocolate pretzels (which they don't even have in the catalog), and it appears one box has open and pieces are missing., and NO trees! I called customer service and they said ship them back (the website said do not return food items) and AFTER they verified the return they would resend my order. In the mean time they have my $65 and there's four people without Chisymas gifts. This is their fault and I'm being punished. DO NOT order from this fraudulent company.

Read the other reviews as well. Their sizing is in accurate, and their return policy is way out of date. Grossly unfair that we have to pay for their bad sizing. I bought two garments the same size Dash one was gigantic. Cost me half the cost to exhange it. Never again!

I've purchased several articles of clothing from Blair. Their catalogs and website are so enticing, especially when they have sales. Unfortunately, their website and catalogs do not accurately reflect the clothing size. Although they readily accept merchandise returns, customers lose the shipping cost each time. After complaining that their merchandise was being returned solely because their sizing charts were grossly incorrect, skirts literally so large that they dropped to the floor, I was told that a customer who uses their return label will be incurring the 9.99 shipping cost.

When explaining to customer service that I would have been keeping the items had they been reflective of their advertising, they simply repeated their company's return mantra. It is unfortunate that this is how they treat their customers. I won't be shopping with any of the Blair companies again. Buyer beware.
