I have always ordered XL misses tops. Looking at the Blair catalog that arrived today, I noticed that XL misses size is gone. Women's sizes start at XL and are $5 x $7 more expensive. Catalog went straight to recycle.
They sent me the wrong item. When I contacted customer service they said someone would get back with me within 24-48 hours. That never happened and everything I call they say the same thing... be will get back with you within 24-48 hours. All I want at this point is a refund.
Going to cost you if you don't like what you ordered. I bought two pairs of shorts - cost with their mailing $62.37. Bad fit - I returned them the next day in their envelope with their mailing return bar code. What was credited back on my card? - $39.99! - Called them - "Oh, you have to pay our mailing cost of $12.99 plus the return cost of $9.99!" (For some reason its cheaper to return them than mail them - LOL) They make their money on returns, not on their merchandise. Stay Away!
Ive been buys from Blair for years. Recently I saw a dress, took my measurements and ordered the correct size (M). Im no small. When I got it it was so big in the chest even after I washed. It was on sale for $20. They wanted to charge me $10 to ship back. It was marked M. No amount of review would change that. They were rude. Said I only had two choices. Theyre shipping back or mine. I told them I had a 3rd choice. I closed my account.
I ordered one item and somehow it directed me to a website for extra coupon/savings, once you enter the website they sign you up automatically to become a VIP member without even asking for your permission as they use credit card number from the order that was place.
REPEAT CUSTOMER, MANY ORDERS OVER 10+ YEARS. FROM CATALOGUE ON LINE ORDER WOULD NOT GIVE $10 DISCOUNT PER SAME ITEM #. HAVE BOUGHT SAME ONLINE WAY FOR MANY YEARS! NEVER RAN INTO THE "ATTITUDE" OF A CUSTOMER REP FROM BLAIR AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. VERY RUDE! VERY CONDESCENDING! THEY HAD ALL THE INFOR NEEDED BUT 23 MINUTES TO ORDER 2 ITEM # BUT DIFF. COLORS? NOT GUD!
I buy all my clothes at this website, Their sizes are true to size and I have never had to return anything because it did not fit. Their prices are really good and they have specials all the time. Their styles are up to date.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, l in black, 1in blue. I only received the blue pair, although my packing slip said l received both.To date l have never received the black jeans. I have made 4 calls, l placed the order in February, this is the end of April. I haven't even received a refund for second pair.
Placed order on June 9,2016 of twenty-six clothing items. All items were in stock. BLAIR didn't fill and ship order until June 17 and four of the items were back ordered until second week in July. Items paid for with PayPal at date of order.
I checked there rating today, a little late. I'm not the only one with complaints!

The piece I ordered had an under piece and a dress that supposedy fit over. The under piece was alright but I couldn't even get the dress on over it. After reading a few reviews I will throw the pieces into the Goodwill and put my own negative review on the internet. It's easy to give free shipping and then send pieces that are not the same size so you can get extra money charging customers to send them back. I wonder how many times you have done this to increase your profit. Lousy customer service. I will make sure never to order from you again and tell anyone I know to be sure to steer clear of your company.
They use DHL delivery... my order has been been at their distribution center since Friday Nov 13th 4:14am. Today is Wednesday 17th. Still sitting there... Their warehouse is only 4 hrs away!
Called DHL no help, they have a lot of codes, to get through their tutorial.
Didn't know it! Called Blair... they have 14 day wait before they do anything! So I said just cancel my order... they kept reading their script of 14 days wait hold. So, I just called credit card company... They are wonderful... They handling... Including the shipping fees... since I didn't receive anything.

I have never received such terrible customer service as I have today. The CSR agent actually argued with me! I asked her to speak with a Supervisor and she just kept talking and talking. I repeatedly asked her for a supervisor. I never got to talk to one and she ended up hanging up on me. Cut up my card and will never order from them again! Would advise anyone to stay away from them!
Bought some shorts and they did not fit - EASY RETURNS. What they don't clearly state is they do not refund the original shipping (12.99) AND THEN they charge $9.99 to return the items! Threw away $23.00 in postage and a pair of shorts!
When I first started I had a credit limit of $250.00 I paid them every month on time and every month my credit limit got smaller I paid them off it went down to 100.00 I will not order anything else from them.
When I buy I want to know where item was made. Simply saying 'imported' won't cut it. And all their clothes are 'imported'. I suspect they are made in China; and I won't buy items made in China!
If you buy two shirts and return them. You are charged shipping to receive the items and $9.99 to return the Items. Too costly to try their items out.
Got dress call Blair snagged in the back. Called me I would not have to pay for the return now they're telling me I have to pay $9.99 to send the snag dress back to them I will not be buying nothing from them again I would not buy anything from them again
I placed an order to the tune of approx $240.00, the next day I found out that I needed 3 dresses out of this order and called customer service if it was possible tp pay additional shipping and get these dresses earlier than they had planned to ship them out.
I was told that this was indeed [possible and I would be billed additional shipping and everything is all good. This is what Blair did! Blair used my additional shipping and mailed out all the winter items that I did not need instead of the 3 dresses. I was outraged that they used my additional shipping cost to mail me useless stuff that I did not need at the moment and my dresses did not arrive on time for the events I needed them. Unfreaking believable!
I called customer service and was treated rudely, cancelled all other items and now they have the audacity and shipped them out anyway, even though I cancelled all remaining orders and they billed my CC thru paypal. Never again, ever...
I ordered 4 things from Blair. All size Petite Small. I received them in about a week. First thing noticed that quality was not too good. Tried all of them on and they were huge. Definitely not close to a Petite Small size. Then i find out that they charge $9.99 to return the products. Also the envelope they came in was way too full and I was not able to use it to return the items so had to buy a new envelope. Another $3.99. So $14.00 and I kept non of the products. With so many companies that are free returnes and better quality I would not order from Blair again. Too expensive to return and quality not too good.
I ordered 2 polo shirts last June and paid with a credit card. I use the card for most everything and have several automatic payments that come out monthly. I canceled the card recently and went through the monthly bills and noticed a recurring payment for $14.97 each month. I called Blair and the agent explained I had signed up for free shipping on future orders for this price each month. I didn't sign up for any such thing. I asked for my money back and was promised a full refund.
