I ordered the wrong color. They will not accept, return or pay for shipping back. The worse quality product and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They should be shut down.
I really find this company Great, they are doing a very good job on Amazon as third party sellers. Gazebo received was very early And 100% intact. They even asked for my opinion on the experience
We received an air conditioner that had obviously had been returned then repacked very poorly and sent out. There was a broken part in the box and all the broken pieces weren't even with it. The styrofoam packaging was broken and the box was a mess with a lot of tape all over it. POOR practice to not even examine returned mechandise before sending it out again. We will never order from this company again.

This is the first piece of expensive furniture my husband and I have purchased for ourselves. We found this couch at a lower price than where we were originally going to purchase from. I am completely thrilled with our couch and it came in perfect condition. Yes the box it was shipped in was pretty banged up but the delivery driver also helped me open the box to check to make sure it wasn't damaged. Their customer service was prompt after I made the mistake of not choosing the correct option for tracking with the tracking number and they were sincere in helping me navigate the tracking page. They also made sure to tell me I could refuse my delivery if it was damaged and to make sure the driver waited. I believe if you've had issues with the outside of the box it has everything to do with the hands it passes through with delivery as our box was less than stellar too. I gave them 5 stars because of great customer service, arrival of my couch on the expected date, and the overall 100+ dollars we saved! Will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

In 2016 I purchased a small CD player from Bison through Amazon, who have always had an excellent 30 day return policy. When I received the CD, I didn't know how to run it so, since my husband was out of town it was a few days before he tried it. It was TOTALLY DEFECTIVE! I was shocked to find out it must be returned within 7 days of delivery, a policy NO ONE EVER HAD. I was certain Amazon would correct it but NO. I was SOL. I attempted to write a review which was completely honest but Amazon refused to accept and print it. Apparently they only will accept sweet, kind positive reviews. I am still steaming about the defective player and the defective, corrupt company which sells crap and won't take responsibility for it.

Purchased a beautiful glass table from Bison Office (through Amazon) and a year later it spontaneous EXPLODED. I was in the room when it happened and all at once the table burst into a million tiny shards of glass. The max weight that was ever applied to it was a small stack of magazines. It took me 4 hours to clean up and over a month later I'm still finding glass in my living room (glass was found 13 feet from the table).
After 33 emails back and forth, and relentless phone calls, they finally agreed to a replacement and a $400 refund. I had to fight them at ever turn to compensate me for this nightmare of a scenario. They refused assembly so when the replacement arrived, the 198lb table was on a pallet and I had to try to get it inside my row home alone, while it was raining. I just opened it and it came with NO table legs, NO hardware, NO instructions. I already paid the $200 to have a junk truck pickup what was left of my last table so now I just have a tabletop sitting on the floor of my living room. In total, I would say this issue has cost me 15-20 hours of my time and it's still not over.
They do not deserve your business!

During unpacking, however, discovered rather
Nasty damage to the upper corner of the
Huge lower back panel.
Not via FedEx...
All four boxes arrived in perfect condition!
Contacted Bison to alert them to potential
Failure of the manufacturer's Quality Control.
They responded promptly, offering to replace
The item, which was moot, as the closet was
Already assembled, and replacing would
Involve further installation appointments and
Cost.
Again, Bison responded promptly,
And unexpectedly credited a small discount.
This is a first, in many decades of ordering online!
It's no surprise that Bison has such appreciative

Have ordered 1000's of items & dozens of rugs from Amazon. This was unfortunately fulfilled by Bison Office. NEVER, EVER had a worse experience.
My grandson tripped on edge of rug & feel & hit his head, immediately packaged rug for return but Laura from Bison Office refused return unless I could prove the rug caused the fall! WHAT? I DON'T WANT THIS RUG & THEY ARE REFUSING TO RETURN THIS $500 rug!
I am very happy with my Murphy bed, including the delivery and service from Bison Office. I needed extra parts and BO was easy to contact, responsive and friendly. The parts were delivered quickly.

I wouldn't buy heavy furniture from them. You may end up regretting it. They are reselling from China and the turn around time, replacement process for damage items is a lot of work and you may feel it isn't worth it. It wasn't worth it for me. If you receive an item damaged, you have to submit photo's immediately and if it's a specific part they will try to send you the replacement part. That means that bison will then contact the manufacturer and or vendor and try to figure out which part it is. When you have heavy items coming from over seas, the probability of receiving the item damaged is very likely. Then add into UPS and the carriers with all that happens with them. They also have a restocking fee at least on Amazon and you may end up having to pay for return shipping which is a high cost for large bulky heavy items. Good luck but you have been warned.
