I ordered something from their BisonOffice Amazon seller account. It was the wrong thing, my bad. To return it, I must ship it back to the warehouse less than ten miles from me and lose a 20% stocking fee plus pay the shipping for 2 very heavy boxes. I'm going to lose 40% of what I paid. Yes, my fault, but they lost the chance for me to turn around and buy the correct items from them. It was a $100 sale for them, small potatoes, so they don't care.
I had called the main office of S. P. Richards, the warehouse provider, and a very nice person told me that I could take it to the Atlanta warehouse, and she transferred me to that office. I left voice mail, but nobody called me back.
I called again today and the Customer-No-Service agent on the phone was very rude.
DO NOT BUY from BisonOffice unless you have the exact right information. It's hell getting any help if you make a mistake. I'm also going to inform Amazon of this lack of service.
